This is the 'inner four'. When the 'inner four' is refined at home, refining and refining qi, refining qi and transforming spirits, and inducing qi with intention, and following the small universe of Zhou Tian in the body, the body will be strong and strong, and the youth will be long and not decaying;

The heart is refined, the mind is also, the consciousness is also, the spirit is also, the spirit is refined, the qi is born from the essence, the line is followed, the gathering is the god, the rise is the spirit, the inner light is reflected, the six veins are the same force, the golden fetus is suddenly formed, the refining of the god is also empty, the Xuanzhu is gradually revealed, and the spirit is great; The third is to follow nature, the Tao is natural, all cultivation is from nature, follow the trend, can be achieved. Small to food, clothing, housing and transportation, not taboo, not indulgent, not rebellious, from nature; to the family and the country, benevolence, righteousness, etiquette and faith can not be violated, loyalty, filial piety, love and grace can not be abolished, although people have personality differences, but the big festival is not against the contrary, from the nature of the world. This is the 'three slaves' of our Qingyang faction. What are the 'four virtues'? The so-called 'four virtues' are the 'four ways', morality and morality, which are the way in heaven and the virtue of man; in short, they are humane, earthly, heavenly, and Tao; what is the "Tao"? 'Liangyi' is the two images of yang and yin, and the mutual transformation between the two images, which is the foundation of the Tao, far higher than the 'outer three inner four', 'three from the four virtues' and 'three purities and three realms', encompassing all images and all creations, and is the most ordinary, always accompanying you and me, left and right, like a shadow, everywhere, all the time. For example, the earth is yin, the sky is yang, the moon is yin, the sun is yang, Ze is yin, the mountains are yang, the wind is yin, and the thunder is yang, the largest yin and yang between these four pairs of cosmic hopes, and it is also the largest image in the I Ching Bagua; for example, water is yin, fire is yang, night is yin, day is yang, lower is yin, upper is yang, inner is yin, outer is yang, concave is yin, convex is yang, even is yin, odd is yang, static is yin, movement is yang, softness is yin, rigidity is yang, void is yin, real is yang, apparatus is yin, work is yang, dirt is yin, and intestines are yang...... The list goes on and on. One yin and one yang is the way, one is closed and one is the change, all things are negative yin and embrace yang, and the impulse is harmonious. All of the above, taken together, is the only way for our Qingyang Sect to cultivate. There are thousands of cultivation methods, thousands of people and thousands of people, but when summed up, they are nothing more than these......"
