Soul Principle One
The Soul Principle is a very broad and profound science. And the metaphysical direction that leads from this is simply unique. In my other book, I use six or seven verses to explain this. However, because I was believing in Buddhism when I was writing the book, I added a lot of spiritualistic things to it. That's why I got some crazy stories out of that. Most of them have been modified by me and thrown into Heluochuan. Some of the crazy ideas in the legend of Helo are my own experience.
Okay, without further ado, let's talk about soul science, if you want to explain the soul, you must first prove that people have souls. So how to prove it. There are a few questions to ponder
First, people are afraid of ghosts, and orangutans are afraid of ghosts. Second, is human consciousness innate, and third, if the soul exists, does the soul have strength? Fourth, if the soul exists, then what are the contents of the soul. Fifth, what is the evidence that can be verified?
I remember dreaming of ghosts when I was a child, when I was only four or five years old, but I was already crawling ghosts and was scared to death. However, if you catch an adult orangutan, will it dream of ghosts? I don't think it even thinks about those things, and it doesn't think those things exist. The question is not whether it's smart or stupid. Rather, there is a difference between humans and orangutans and animals.
Coming to the second question, whether human consciousness is innate. In 1972, scientists discovered three wolf children, these children could not speak, and their habits were like wolves. They were raised by wolves, and because the children were unable to adapt to human life, they all died soon after they were discovered.
So our knowledge, our language, can't be a usable set if we don't learn it from a young age. The body is like computer hardware, and if you don't install the system, then the body can't exert great power. The effect of the same hardware, installed DOS, Windows98, and WindowsXP is different.
The third question is whether the soul has strength. Someone will be frightened, what is this gall, that is, the strength of the soul, and besides, an adult male fly, no matter how robust, will die if he performs a single act of intercourse, and if he has done it many times in a row, far more than the body loads, he will also die. But one act is not enough to threaten life. The strength of the soul can also be seen from this.
It can prove the strength of the soul, and it can also show that the soul exists.
Fourthly, in psychology, the great teacher Sigmund Freud analyzed the structure of the personality and proposed three consciousnesses: id, ego, and superego. Thus ushered in the era of the mind in psychology. But the ego, id, and superego are nothing new, and the theory of the three souls of man was proposed in ancient India and ancient China thousands of years ago. Then the three consciousnesses of human beings are actually just a projection of the three souls. However, the three consciousnesses in psychology can be used as a way to study spirituality.
The id contains the driving force of all instincts that demand immediate gratification, like a cauldron boiling with instincts and **. It acts according to the pleasure principle, eagerly looking for an outlet, blindly seeking satisfaction.
The ego sits between the id and the superego, represents reason and resourcefulness, has a defensive and intermediary function, and acts as an arbiter, supervising the movements of the id and giving appropriate satisfaction.
Most of the ego's mental energy is consumed in the control and suppression of the id. Anything that can become conscious is in the self, but there may be something in the self that is still unconscious. For the relationship between the id and the ego, Freud had this metaphor: the self is the horse, and the ego is the coachman. The horse is the driving force, and the coachman gives the horse directions. The ego wants to control the ego, but the horse may not obey, and the two will stalemate until one of them gives in. In this regard, Sigmund Freud famously said, "Where the self was, the self should be." The ego is like a bag of anger, caught between the "three tyrants": the external world, the superego and the id, trying to reconcile the conflicting demands of the three.
The superego represents conscience, social norms, and self-ideals, and is the senior leader of the personality, acting according to the principle of the highest good, directing the self and limiting the id, like a stern and serious patriarch. Freud believed that only when the three "I's" get along in harmony and maintain balance, people will develop healthily, and when the three quarrel, people sometimes wonder "this one me is not me"? or there are different voices in the heart talking: "Do not do?" or the heart is miserable because of the conflict with morality? Or panic at one of their own ugly thoughts that stand out? If this situation lasts for a long time, or the conflict is more serious, it will lead to neurosis.
Then the id-ego is actually the earthly soul of man, the ego is the human soul, and the superego is the heavenly soul. According to the doctrine of the ancients, if the earth soul dies and goes to hell, the human soul will stay in the cemetery, and the superego will return to heaven. However, I will not preach any of this here.
We need to study the manifestation of the three souls in the human body, which we often mention, that is, IQ, EQ, and stress quotient. IQ corresponds to the heavenly soul, EQ corresponds to the earth soul, and stress quotient corresponds to the human soul.
We often see that some people are very intelligent but not emotionally intelligent, and some are very emotionally intelligent but have a worrying IQ. Some people are very weak, but some people can hold an electric drill in their hands and bend their necks with red tassel guns. The characteristics of the soul are actually very obvious. People suspect their existence only because they can't be seen or touched.
The ancients in China have done a relatively in-depth study of the three souls. Except for the sky, people. There are other divisions, such as the living soul, the awakened soul, and the soul. It is also called the Yuan God, the Yin God, and the Yang God.
The living soul (yang god) dominates life, can reproduce, grow and develop, and can produce the environment. Also, the ancients believed that plants only have souls, which is actually wrong. When we talk about flies, we say that no matter how healthy a male fly is, a single xing behavior will die. Why? Because its soul is exhausted. So you see, isn't this soul very important? Why do some people indulge in lust and then stop doing it, and it's too late? Because the soul is weak.
Jue Soul (Yin God): Dominates the seven emotions and six desires, and the itchiness and pain of the senses. In addition, the ancients believed that animals have two souls, of course, the first half of the sentence is right, and the second half of the sentence is also wrong. In addition to the previous content, Awakening Soul actually controls the mental behavior of some people, and many mental patients and obsessive-compulsive disorder patients are actually the problem of Awakening Soul.
Soul (Yuanshen): dominates people's consciousness, can know good and evil, has spirituality, can understand the feelings of all things, and self-improvement.
The ancients also commented that if there is something wrong with the soul, people will become demented. If there is something wrong with the soul, people will go crazy, their nerves will be scattered, they will not know shame, and they will easily have disorderly behavior. If there is something wrong with the soul, people are prone to illness. This is the crystallization of the wisdom of the ancients
The relationship between the three souls and people is that although you are not aware of and understand their existence, they still invisibly determine the direction of your life......
For example, the soul determines the quality of temperament, for example, emotional intelligence affects the success rate of love. For example, the soul affects the length of life. And so on and so forth.
Not only the Chinese discovered that people have three souls, but the Indians also discovered such a law, and in the ancient Upanishads of India, it is written that people have three souls, namely the beast path, the ancestral path and the heavenly path.
This beast path, ancestral path and heavenly path are very similar to but not the same as China's concept of heaven, earth and man. What is the difference? That is, the way of beasts, the way of ancestors and the way of heaven, which can be regarded as an analysis of human history, human beings, evolved from beasts, with traces of beasts. This is a kind of rudimentary form of evolution.
But as a human being, when we develop to this day, we must have the experience of our ancestors to pass on sincerity, so we know the duty of people. And this kind of thing that has been passed down from human ancestors is called ancestral road.
In addition to the beast way, the ancestral way of man seems to be guided by fate, carrying the way of heaven, which guides the future direction of mankind and the direction of human evolution. It has its uniqueness, and at the same time can explain the character characteristics of the three consciousnesses of human psychology, the beast road represents the wild nature, that is, the animal instinct of man, the ancestral way represents human nature, and the heavenly way represents justice, so it can be called a must.
The three consciousnesses, from different perspectives, have evolved into three different realms, and each of them can evolve into immeasurable knowledge. The first is already world-famous psychology, and the second is the cause and effect of spiritualism and Buddhism, which are currently in the beginning of science. The third is the theory of biological evolution. But this is still not the whole research direction of the Three Souls Theory, so if you study it in detail in the field of the Three Souls and become a master-level figure, it is definitely not a dream.
In this section, we will begin with a rough discussion of these four questions, and in the next section we will continue to present evidence for Soulology. and the breadth and profundity of quoting it.
