But we must always be vigilant that the multifaceted nature of desires, sometimes for the sake of being positive, making the meaning of positivity superficial, and making all kinds of mistakes that seem to be right, this is the so-called obsession of Buddhism.

More people are unable to understand the nature of desire, and after unscrupulous means, it is still out of reach, which will produce greed, hatred, ignorance, resentment, love and separation, unwantedness, loss of glory and happiness, and fall into the quagmire of reality from which they cannot extricate themselves.

The nothingness and emptiness of Buddhism are actually in the same place as the avenue of heaven and earth, coming from the chaos of nothingness and going to the emptiness of everything.

The aura of heaven and earth nourishes all things, and all things will eventually turn into nothingness.

The emptiness of Buddhism is actually a kind of belonging, a kind of return to the basics.

Only time lasts forever, but time itself has neither a past nor a future, it always passes by, but it can never be captured, so time lasts forever, but it is also always nothing, empty.

Only by experiencing this layer, forgetting everything, and even forgetting time, can we truly achieve the emptiness of the five aggregates, surrender ourselves to heaven and earth, have no self and no thoughts, and be with heaven and earth.

In this way, we can keenly perceive every wisp of heaven and earth aura transformed by the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, and it is like an abyss formed by the confluence of water, so that all the aura naturally flows into the body and gathers in the dantian spring.

If you don't forget yourself, you are a hard stone, not a tank of water.

The second stage is to run the aura of heaven and earth along with the meridians, moisten the body and mind, and nourish the wisdom root, which can be carried out at the same time as the first stage.

The aura of heaven and earth changes because of people, and changes because of exercises, it can be called Buddhist spiritual power and aura in Buddhism, it can be cultivated in Confucianism, and Taoism can be cultivated into Taoist true qi, and there are even many other factions.

Because the aura of heaven and earth comes from nothing, it can be formless or ever-changing.

The aura of heaven and earth itself is nothing, but it contains the avenue of heaven and earth, the energy of heaven and earth.

The aura of heaven and earth nourishes all things, and man is one of all things.

Therefore, the movement of heaven and earth aura from the body, the accumulation of energy, and the cultivation of the body and mind are the results of natural formation, although people take the initiative with the help of exercises.

The Canaan Sutra is superior to ordinary exercises in that it can channel the aura of heaven and earth gathered in Ziquan to the greatest extent throughout the body, covering every corner of the body, even if it is just a hair on the hand.

In this process, the body is getting closer and closer to the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth, and it accommodates more and more Heaven and Earth aura.

Naturally, the body will change, except that the body will become stronger and tougher to withstand the impact of the energy released by the aura of heaven and earth, that is, when the supernatural power is cast.

The specific manifestation of cultivating Buddhism is that the sub-spring of the dantian content containing the spiritual energy is broadened into a jade pool, and then expanded into the Buddha Sea, until it is boundless, becoming a part of the vast and boundless spiritual energy of heaven and earth.

And the symbol of cultivating Buddhism, the wisdom root born in the divine court in the human head, is also constantly nourished, gradually sprouting, growing, and growing into a Bodhi tree.

This is the so-called Buddhism has clouds, and the body is a Bodhi tree.

The third stage is to nourish the soul and give birth to the Buddha's fruit.

What is nourished at the same time as the Huigen is the cultivator's divine soul.

The Divine Soul and the Wisdom Root are together, at the beginning it was just a little faint light, and with the nourishment of the spiritual energy of heaven and earth, it continues to grow and grow, and as the Wisdom Root grows into the Bodhi Tree, the Divine Soul gradually cultivates into a human form, which is more and more similar to the appearance of the cultivator himself, and the Divine Soul contains the Dao Heart, which is the foundation of the cultivator's spiritual wisdom.

Cultivating to the Mahayana realm, the Bodhi tree has been completed, and the cultivation of the aura of heaven and earth is already a drop in the bucket, and the effect is close to nothing.

At this time, the Canaan Sutra Exercises were mainly used for cultivating the Divine Soul and Dao Heart.

But even if the divine soul is cultivated to the point of immortality, and the Dao mind does not increase or decrease, it is still impossible to become a Buddha, just because there is no result.

Only when the Bodhi tree becomes a Buddha fruit and the soul picks the Buddha fruit can one comprehend the true Buddha path, carry one's own Buddha realm to ascend, access the heavens and Buddha kingdoms, become a part of the Buddha kingdom, and thus cultivate into Buddhas.

The Buddha fruit cannot be grown by relying on the aura of heaven and earth, nor can it grow through cultivation, but can only be cultivated by the cultivator to transform sentient beings and accumulate merits, so that the merits can be merged into the Bodhi tree of the body along the avenue of heaven and earth, and the Bodhi tree can be promoted to become a Buddha fruit.

Therefore, Buddhist practitioners also call the Buddha fruit in their own body the merit fruit, which is the so-called Buddhism has clouds and the heart has merit fruit.

In general, the three stages of Canaanite Sutra cultivation can help cultivators achieve all the realms of Buddhist cultivation, but they cannot help cultivators break through the bottleneck of the realm, that is, they cannot help Buddhist path cultivators overcome the three major tribulations of the Buddha path.

Breaking through the bottleneck of the realm, that is, calamity, is achieved by oneself to comprehend the Buddha's teachings, and no one can help oneself.
