On the third day, Bai Chen received a call from Zhang Qingyuan again, asking him to go to the school to collect the teaching materials, and at the same time meet with the teachers in the same class to communicate with each other.

Bai Chen rarely freshened up and tidied himself up, and went to school.

When he arrived at the school, Zhang Qingyuan waited for Bai Chen at the school gate, and pulled Bai Chen very enthusiastically: "Xiaobai...... Ahem...... No, Mr. Bai, I came very early. ”

"It should. Bai Chen's smile was a little empty, he had never liked this kind of politeness.

"There are still some teachers who haven't arrived yet, and you're walking around the school with me?"

"Well, I just want to get acquainted with it in school. ”

"Teacher Bai, do you have any expectations for your position?" asked Zhang Qingyuan as he walked, obviously, Zhang Qingyuan wanted to take this opportunity to find out.

"Educate my students well. Bai Chen replied hypocritically.

"What do you think is good education?"

"Let them know how to learn to survive in society. ”

"Huh...... Well, I don't want the students who come out of our school to be just nerds. ”

"Principal Zhang, isn't education now all about grades? For schools and parents, grades are the only criterion for judging students' quality. ”

"Yes, the current education system is like this, whether it is above or below, even teachers, they only pay attention to grades, for them, students read extracurricular books is not doing their job, school is no longer the same place to teach and educate people as before, it is a place to erase individual independent thinking, as if it is like a processing factory, processing each student into a module. Then they remove what they think is defective. That's what we do. ”

"Headmaster. Ahem......" Bai Chen interrupted Zhang Qingyuan's speech at the right time, he didn't want to go deeper on this topic.

Because there is no solution to this topic at all, the education system is not something that the two of them can decide.

Education reform is talked about every day, but today's education system is already a huge cake, and even the top leaders cannot shake the interest groups, and it is not something that can be solved by empty slogans.

"Huh...... That's a lot. Zhang Qingyuan was confused: "This thought has always been in my heart." No one ever listened to me, and I didn't dare to say it, but now it's different. ”

"Different? Is there any difference?"

"Didn't you notice that the news of the other day that maybe in the near future, there will be a storm in the education world. ”

"Principal Zhang, do you have any inside information?"

"I can't say the inside story, but I can see a little suspicion, the twenty Union States were formed after the last Los Angeles incident in the United States, and now the twenty Union States are releasing this news at the same time. Clearly, this is a sign that the Allies are ready to carry out a reform campaign for the next generation. Today's education model is likely to be shattered. ”

"Whether it is our Chinese education system or the Western education system is not perfect, the principal should know that many Western college students have to use computers to do a ninety-nine multiplication and division, but the creativity of Western students is the students of our country, and they can't catch up, even if they are a primary school student in the West, they can write a thesis, but most of our college students who are about to graduate have to copy a paper and complete the last homework in their studies. ”

"What kind of education do you think is perfect?"

"Now there is no so-called perfect education system, because whether it is the East or the West education system, have their own focus, our students are studying hard before college, after college is desperately playing, and the West is just the opposite, before college desperately playing, after college desperately studying, now many people in the education sector advocate the combination of China and the West, this is indeed a kind of progress, but from the perfect can not talk at all, not to mention, the future of the world, not necessarily focus on knowledge, and a diploma is likely to no longer be able to guarantee a foothold in society。 ”

"Oh, what do you think?"

"I can't talk about it, that is, I want to talk about my own feelings, the opening of the door of the Dakan world, let us see another different world, after the initial conflict broke out, although the other party said that they did not want to go to war, but after all, we are two completely different worlds, different races, even if there will be no war in the short term, but there will definitely be friction, and the gap between human beings and the natives of the Dakan world in terms of physical fitness is obvious, and today's education reform is likely to be inclined to improve the physical fitness of the next generation. ”

"What you said is indeed a bit possible, but the gap in physical fitness between our two races cannot be bridged by taking a few more physical education classes. ”

"It's really hard to make up for this, but I guess the state will focus on reform and research in this area, if the top is really determined, it's not impossible, we just do our own work, and I don't need to worry about national affairs." ”

"Haha...... You are calm, then do you think there will be a battle between the earth and the Dakan world?"

"The principal should have heard the story of the white man's discovery of the American continent, the fall of the Indian kingdom is because they are not strong enough, today's earth civilization is the original Indian civilization, but the gap between the Dakan world and the earth is not so big, or the Dakan world has not fully understood our world, the real peace is not completed by the ideas of a small number of people, it is the blood and flesh of countless heroes in exchange, take the peace of our world today, is it really peace? It's just the ultimate weapon for countries to fear each other, peace on the surface, but not intrigue in private. ”

In fact, Zhang Qingyuan can understand what Bai Chen said, but it is useless for him to worry, he is just a principal, and he doesn't even have the strength to hold a gun, so he can't change anything.

At this time, a white car passed by the road and stopped in front of Bai Chen and Zhang Qingyuan.

When Zhang Qingyuan saw the car, he immediately stepped forward with a smile.

"Your colleague is here. ”

Bai Chen also put on a smiling face, but when he saw that it was Ruyi and Bai Xinya who got out of the car, his smile immediately froze.

"Ruyi, let me introduce you, this is Bai Chen, the new homeroom teacher of Class 7, Teacher Bai, Teacher Bai, this is Teacher Ruyi who teaches mathematics, and this is ...... I remember it's Teacher Bai Xinya, and he's also a new teacher, teaching Chinese, what a coincidence, your surname is Bai, hehe......"

Zhang Qingyuan obviously didn't notice that the three of them looked at each other for a few rounds.

"Uh...... How? Do you know each other?" Zhang Qingyuan found that the three of them did not speak, but his eyes were staring at each other, and he immediately found suspicion.

"I don't know, I've seen it twice. Bai Chen replied with a smile.

Although there were some grievances between them, after their eyes exchanged, they still reached an agreement not to expand the festival between the two sides.

"Hello, Mr. Bai. Ruyi also took the initiative to step forward, with a smile without a trace, and shook hands with Bai Chen.

"Hello, Teacher Ruyi, Teacher Bai Xinya. ”

"You are all young people, you should be able to talk together, I went to see if other teachers came, you also learn more from Teacher Bai, he is a high-achieving student who has studied abroad, although he is not as old as you, but he already has a very rich experience. ”

After Zhang Qingyuan finished speaking, he left the three of them and left, Bai Xinya and Ruyi heard Zhang Qingyuan's words, and they were as disgusting as eating insects.

"The high-achieving students who came back from overseas are really amazing. Ruyi said in a somewhat contemptuous and provocative tone.

Bai Chen still didn't think so, the purpose of his coming here was to get close to Bai Xinya, and now this purpose was very coincidentally smooth.

Although they had an unpleasant quarrel, Bai Chen didn't care, and he didn't plan to reveal his identity anyway.

"I'm really worried about the students in Class 7, and I don't know how those children would feel if they knew that their homeroom teacher was a. ”

"I should be worried about them, if they knew that some teachers were scoundrels, drunk and crazy, and almost entered the bureau, what would they think, the teacher's face, it would be gone in an instant. ”

"Then they'd better not know about you living with a little girl, otherwise, I think the parents will definitely demand a change of head teacher." ”

"So your mind is dirty, and you are still a teacher, are you sure that you can do this job?"

"I'm sorry, I've been working in this job for three years, and I've won the city's Outstanding Teacher Award for three consecutive years. ”

"I'm starting to worry about the standards in education now. Bai Chen shook his head with a sigh.

"Okay, don't quarrel, we have to work together, this school hasn't started yet, it's going to be a lot of trouble, how will we teach in the future. Bai Xinya watched the two of them go toe-for-tat, and couldn't help but worry about the future.

"I'm trying to persuade some people to give up the industry as soon as possible, lest they lose sight of the situation in the future. Ruyi pouted and said.

At this time, Zhang Qingyuan came back again, and there were a few teachers by his side.

"How are you talking? I'll introduce you two new teachers, this is a chemistry teacher, this is a physics teacher......" Zhang Qingyuan introduced them one by one.

Zhang Qingyuan finally introduced a tall-headed man, this man was dressed relatively thinly, his chest was bulging, and he looked at it and gave people a feeling of being strong: "This is Lin Tao, a physical education teacher." ”

Lin Tao's gaze quickly locked on Bai Xinya, but he turned a blind eye to Bai Chen, and immediately took the initiative to go to Bai Xinya: "Hello, I'm Lin Tao." ”

"Hello, I'm Bai Xinya. ”

"If there is anything you need help in the future, just say, if there is a student who is disobedient, I will also be happy to help Teacher Bai solve it. ”

"Ahem......" Zhang Qingyuan immediately coughed and interrupted Lin Tao's words, this Lin Tao is still so clueless when he speaks, and this kind of nonsense is also talked nonsense in public.

Bai Xinya also felt that this was inappropriate, so she could only smile very reluctantly: "Thank you, if you want to help, let's help another teacher Bai." ”

Lin Tao turned his head to look at Bai Chen at this time, and looked at him lightly, with indescribable contempt: "Teacher Bai, I don't know how to take the initiative to come up and say hello, it's really rude." (To be continued......)
