Interlude The majesty of the gods
Around us, an invisible undercurrent is surging.
They are invisible, intangible, silent, but they are the basis on which mages cast their spells—the sub-planes known as the "magic webs" (Ley_Line).
After the summit of E.C. 4400, it took the Blue Dragon a century to build it and develop the accompanying arcane magic. When each mage casts a spell, he borrows energy from that plane and then uses it. The existence of the web also normalizes most arcane magic, making it easier and more accessible to cast spells, though there are still very few people in the human race who can master this skill.
This is also normal, after all, it is a force that can change fate.

Alphonsos Ta'o (Alphonsus_Taol) looked up at the statues of the gods, which were shaped with the utmost skill by the most legendary sculptors, the gods of mythology, the embodiment of the gods, worshipped day after day.
This is the temple of the Six True Gods.
Verdia, the goddess of life, spring and hope, has long been considered the Virgin of Love, and she is the most popular among the gods in human society, bringing salvation and hope to generations of people.
Often depicted as a maiden scenting flowers, Sylpedru, the goddess of nature, tranquility and balance, is a Druidic and forest elf deity who is also worshiped by many races, including fishmen, centaurs, and bears.
Legend has it that Catherine, the goddess of change, autumn and fate, is captivating in beauty, but she is always veiled and shrouded in an unreal hazy mist. Catherine was believed by countless people seeking wealth, beauty, or good fortune because she was in charge of her face and destiny, but she is said to have a fickle temperament and a penchant for testing her followers with trials.
The burly, heavily armoured warrior was Argsus, the god of battle, summer and strength, who was tall, muscular, and brave, and legend has it that he rode a lion as a mount and was invincible, the god of all martial or warlike deities.
Votoc, the god of order, justice, and truth, as the only god promoted by mortals, is not much different from humans: the unsmiling middle-aged man is always in a wide silver-white cloak and looks straight ahead.
The emaciated figure in the corner hidden by the pitch-black hooded cloak is Mogus, the god of death, winter, and reincarnation, who is seen as the embodiment of death. While most people don't know him and fear him, Murgus admires those who dare to face death, who have a strong will, and a calm intelligence.
In ancient times, the gods blessed their people, and immersed in the blessings of the six true gods, the human race was able to multiply and human civilization to develop...... Until that catastrophe struck.
Although the catastrophe was eventually put to rest, the attitude of the true gods has since changed. Perhaps disappointed with their people, or testing their believers, the gods decided to stay away from mortals.
After that, people gradually ceased to hear the voices of the gods and received only limited blessings and guidance. To this day, in mid-October every year, solemn prayer offerings are held in various places to plead for the return of the six true gods.
As Alphonsos sees right now. This month is also known as the Divine Month.

In that turbulent era, the White Cloak (White_Mantle), the Prophet (The_Seers), and the Stars'Sword were established; P.1389-C.W.60), Sin'ka (C.W.18-S.N.10) led mankind to a new era of sword and sorcery, and his name has been passed down through the ages.
But rather, it was arcane magic that created the glory of the Starry Calendar/S.N. period. Arcane magic was first taught to humans by the High Elves, and Alphonsos had just returned from a study tour in Elrosus.
The first to receive arcane magic outside of the five-colored dragons was a race of elves known as the Sun Elves. After learning the extraordinary skills taught by the Blue Dragon, they moved to El'Aurosus, east of the Olothus Mountains, and called themselves the High Elves. Over the next century, they built the glorious and bright magical city of Alosorn and forged the Great Barrier of Elosus, which made the land forever beautiful.
E.C.34050In the years, with the rise of the "Pioneer Mind" within the Olos society, many young High Elves became "Far Travelers". They traveled out of the Great Barrier to the world, exploring uncharted territories and guiding primitive civilizations with potential.
In the year E.C. 34059, a group of Olos travelers came to the land of the present-day human countries, found humans still in a primitive society, and thus devoted themselves to the civilization of the human race. This year was the first year of the first V.P. calendar, and arcane magic began to be introduced to human society.
All of this history is well documented in the Archives of Allothorne, but it has long been forgotten in the human kingdom. Today's people don't even know much about the grandeur of previous dynasties, let alone the ancient history before the starry sky. The knowledge, technology, and great magic industry of the past have been lost in the wars of the Azuki Calendar, and the decline of the Fourth Dynasty and the displacement of the people by the wars of the various lords have left the kingdom in a different situation.
The Prophet Order is long gone, and it's rare to see a mage as great as Torontos today, and arcane magic can no longer guide humanity out of its predicament.
But Alphonsos saw a new kind of hope.
During his study tour in Ellosus, Alphonsus came into contact with a religion known as the Order of the Light, who believed in the supreme Light (The_Holy_Light). The Light is not a single deity, but its followers are capable of magic. Some High Elf scholars believe that the power of the Light arises from the believer itself, and that it is a great power transformed by the faith itself.
In any case, the Holy Light Divine Techniques can be used to save the dead, drive away evil, protect the weak, and eradicate injustice, and their teachings promote the values of virtue and order, which is suitable to guide the people of today's troubled times to usher in a new era of peace and prosperity.
The Cult of the Holy Light has been passed down for tens of thousands of years in Elrosus, but it has never appeared in the human realms. It's time to change that.
Alphonsos turned and walked out of the hall with his back to the statues of the gods, his steps steady and steady.
Facing the door of the temple, he saw the sunlight shining through the room, so bright, so dazzling.
Walking forward, he saw a wide and bright avenue, an avenue leading to splendor.
It was a sunny day.

In the autumn of the 165th year of the Blue Moon Calendar, a religious organization called the Holy Light Sect began to rise in the kingdom.
