Chapter 5: Accidental Killing
"Boss! what is this!!, it hurts!" said the dwarf boss.
"Just bear with it, it's magic pouring into your body," said Zekraft.
The light on the dwarf vanished, and the pain disappeared with it. The four dwarfs fell to the ground and stood up in a panic.
"Now you can learn magic! Here's a magic book for you," Zekraft said.
The dwarfs looked at a spell book with a strange cover and a look of curiosity and surprise.
"There's a lot of magic in this magic book, it's so thick! When will we finish it!" said the second dwarf.
"You can't try it all at once, because the next level of magic is built on the previous level!
"The first thing we need to learn is the magic of fire, which is the magic of the first class," said the dwarf boss, looking at the first page.
"Alright, you guys should study here first, I'll go back first," said Zekraft, fearing for Ruby's safety.
The four dwarfs chanted the incantation, and smoke began to rise from the palms of their hands.
"Wow, ahhhh
"yes!' it's hot!" said the dwarf boss.
The four dwarfs jumped up and down hotly, and kept shaking their palms.
"It's really hot!" said the third dwarf, blowing his palms through his mouth.
"Don't worry, we're magical, we won't get burned by the flames," said the dwarf boss.
After he said this, everyone was bold to try. The palms of the four dwarfs emitted thick white smoke, but there was no flame in sight.
"Boss, it's so uncomfortable, it's really hot," said the second dwarf.
"Bear with me, we'll get used to it!, and learn the magic of fire," said the dwarf boss.
After half a day of practice, it was still fruitful. I saw small flames coming out of the palms of the four dwarfs, which were churning and growing.
"Boss, the flames are out," said the second dwarf excitedly.
The four dwarfs were working hard, but they went out every time the little flame was lit and was about to grow bigger.
"Boss, what's going on!, why is it extinguished again," the silent fourth said when he couldn't bear it.
"Let's practice again!" said the dwarf boss.
It didn't succeed until it got dark, and the four dwarfs had to go back.
"How's it going?" asked Zekraft.
"There's only a small flame at the moment!, no matter how much we practice, we can't make it bigger," said the dwarf boss.
"That's because you're not concentrating! Don't think about anything else! You have to have a feeling of arrogance in your heart to make the flame in your hand bigger and more powerful," said Zekraft.
"Keep practicing! You will succeed! There is not much stock left in the warehouse! In a few days, you will be responsible for the safety of the sweet potato convoy," said Zekraft.
"Oh, is it that serious!?" said the dwarf boss.
"It's not a valuable thing!" said the second dwarf.
"Those are ancient aliens! They have been here on Earth since a long time ago! If it weren't for the fact that we in Sun City have gathered many magicians and amazing heroes! we would have been at war with many ancient aliens, and they had all failed to breach Sun City and were wiped out," said Zekaff.
After a few days of hard training, the four dwarfs were ready to use the magic of fire.
"Okay, you guys early! Tomorrow we have to protect the sweet potato convoy, they will have to make a short stop at the oil supply station, and there may be an alien attack on the way," Zekraft said.
"Yes, yes," said the dwarf boss.
Early the next morning, five large trucks roared out of Cité Soleil.
"Boss, do you think we're going to have an alien attack!?" said the second dwarf.
"Probably! From Zekraft's description!!," said the dwarf boss.
Five large trucks cut through meadows, through forests, up steep hills, across rivers and onto wooden bridges.
"Boss, the scenery along the way is good, there are many new things that I have never seen before!" said the second dwarf with some excitement.
They finally reached the terminal, where it was almost exclusively sweet potato farmers. The dwarfs followed the buyers from house to house to collect the sweet potatoes.
Farmers weigh bags of sweet potatoes and throw them onto trucks, after which they count the accounts and collect the money.
Five large trucks are fully loaded and ready for the return trip.
After driving over several hillsides, they entered a supply depot full of large tanks to refuel. After filling up the gas, the purchaser also reminded the entourage and the four dwarfs to be very vigilant in case of an alien attack.
They drove their big trucks past several rivers and through forests. Just about to leave the forest, something happened to him. A large number of embarrassed people suddenly appeared and launched a fierce attack. These embarrassments were covered in glowing water chestnuts, and their eyes were like large glass balls, dark and dripping with a black liquid that was constantly dripping on the ground. The Aliens held a sharp, curved machete, the blade glowing yellow. The truck was bruised and wounded by the bombing, and it was about to be scrapped.
"Hurry up, everyone, hurry up!" shouted the buyer to the convoy.
The embarrassed star slashed at the convoy with a flashing machete, shooting out a bolt of light and blasting at the convoy.
The retinue kept shooting back, but they couldn't hurt the Alien.
"Boss, let's use fire magic!" shouted the second dwarf.
The four dwarfs concentrated and chanted the incantation. But there was only smoke in the palm of his hand, and there was no flame.
"Oh no! what's going on!" said the dwarf boss.
"Quick, use the pink, the aliens are approaching the convoy," shouted the dwarf boss.
The four dwarfs picked up the powder guns and blew them up one by one.
The convoy finally got rid of the aliens and returned to Sun City.
"We're back," the dwarf boss gasped.
At night, Zekraft didn't seem to be very happy and kept putting on a face.
"I'm sorry! We still haven't been able to fully protect the convoy! I'm so sorry you lost a truck," said the dwarf boss.
"Well, why don't you use magic," said Zekraft angrily.
"We used it!, but we couldn't do it at the critical moment," explained the dwarf boss.
"Alright, it looks like you still have to practice! I'll take some time to instruct you!" said Zekraft.
The next day, he thought that he had been busy with affairs for many days, so he didn't go to see if the ruby sweet potatoes were safe and placed in the secret room. He walked into the inner chamber and found the mechanism to open the first wall, and then a small space appeared that could only accommodate one person to pass through. After that, he opened the second wall and went down to the secret passage, and after a short walk, the space became spacious.
"No! someone has entered the chamber," Sekraft scares.
The door of the secret room was wide open, and suddenly a mysterious person jumped out of it, dressed in black.
"Don't want to escape," Zekraft said, holding out a palm and pointing at the man.
The man floated in mid-air, feeling a pressure to crush himself. The palm of his hand shook from side to side, and the man hit the wall from side to side. The man was knocked and vomited blood, a little impatient.
"Enough! you dead man!" thought the mysterious man.
In an instant, the secret passage was filled with a thick green mist, and the man performed a magic spell. Zekraft felt dizzy, and his body was powerless to parry. The mysterious man rushed at Zekraft and struck him directly in the heart. Zekav vomited blood and fell to the ground. The mysterious man ran out of the secret passage and through two walls. He didn't expect Zekraft to be dead, but he chased after him. The mysterious man used a spell of lightning from his palm to shoot at Zekaf. This time! Zekraft fell to the ground and closed his eyes.
The four dwarfs were just about to enter the inner chamber to look for Kraft when they ran into a mysterious man, and they passed by. When the four dwarfs saw the fallen Zekraft, they hurriedly chased him out.
