Chapter 104: Removing the Curse
"You still know about Lemay, you kids, it's amazing. Pen | fun | pavilion www. ο½ο½ο½ο½ο½ο½ γ info" Dumbledore looked at Benjamin lovingly, like a real elder.
But before Benjamin could speak, Hermione was the first to say:
"That's right, Professor Dumbledore. We saw it from the card given by the chocolate frog. β
Although this girl was extremely nervous when she encountered unexpected situations, it was understandable considering her age.
Dumbledore immediately laughed, and his beard trembled as he laughed.
"Chocolate Frog, you like to eat that kind of stuff too! My card, I think about it, I'm still sending my own, hehe. β
Benjamin looked at Dumbledore speechlessly, the legendary headmaster always gave people the illusion of being very silly and naΓ―ve.
But Benjamin believes that even judging by his achievements today, he will definitely not be a simple person.
Everyone else laughed along with Dumbledore's laughter.
"Mr. Ludwig, I feel as if you have something else on your mind? As the hero of this incident, I think I can help you solve your problems. β
Dumbledore was still smiling.
Benjamin hesitated, but still said what he wanted.
"Headmaster, can you let them all out? I don't really want anyone else to know about this......
Without Dumbledore having to repeat it, Harry and Hermione both walked out of their own accord.
Draco glanced at Benjamin and left without looking back.
"Well, kid, you can tell me now. Dumbledore drew his wand again and gestured around. "So that no one can hear us. β
Benjamin had to admit that Dumbledore always had a sense of intimacy.
You can't help but let your guard down.
"I've been cursed, I was counting on the Philosopher's Stone......" Benjamin's eyes darkened, and he put his hand lightly on his chest with a very tangled expression.
A normal person will feel distressed when he sees Benjamin's appearance. It's just a child who hasn't reached adulthood, he, he's going to suffer like this.
It seems that he needs the help of the Philosopher's Stone, and it has become understandable.
Not to mention that Dumbledore was still a kind old man.
He put his hand on Benjamin's head as if he were looking at his own child.
"Merlin, child, you are so pitiful. You should have told me earlier, actually, I know a lot about curses, so you don't have to go to great lengths to find the Philosopher's Stone. β
Benjamin's face was the same, and he said timidly, "I don't, Headmaster." I'm just, I just heard it by chance, and then the thoughts in my heart just got bigger and bigger......" Benjamin said, looking at his toes crampedly.
If Draco had been around at this time, he would have been impressed by Benjamin's brazen acting skills.
"Don't be nervous, kid, I don't blame you at all. At your age, it's all too normal to not be able to control your desires. Dumbledore patted Benjamin on the shoulder, "If you don't mind, I'll test your body with magic." β
Benjamin thought about it, his body didn't have any secrets other than a curse. As for this curse, he was not afraid of being known to Dumbledore.
Benjamin nodded.
"Okay, kid, you just need to relax now. Dumbledore raised his wand and rested on Benjamin's body, then his eyes closed and it took a while before opening them again.
"It's the unicorn's curse. It looks like you've accidentally touched the blood of a unicorn. It's not a curse very often, so it's no wonder you can't lift it. Can't your parents do anything about it?" Dumbledore asked curiously.
However, Benjamin did not answer immediately, but looked at Dumbledore suspiciously, after all, his parents' position was opposite to Dumbledore.
Dumbledore laughed, "It seems that I am not so good in the mouths of your parents, I am used to it. The Malfoys won't even let me go into their manor!" said Dumbledore regretfully.
"My parents, they're not well-versed in curses. Actually, I've been to St. Mungo's Hospital, and the doctors in it can't help it. However, I had conceived of finding a way out of Muggle medicine to get into such curses. Benjamin thought about it, and finally told the truth.
Dumbledore's beard was raised, and he seemed very happy.
"Muggle medicine? I didn't think you'd be interested in that, honestly, I've always thought Muggles were a very intelligent bunch! Benjamin, I wanted to introduce you to Mr. Weasley. β
Benjamin's mind suddenly remembered an adult version of Ron, and he immediately shook his head.
"What a pity," Dumbledore said earnestly, a white light coming out of the tip of his wand, which slowly drifted down and wrapped around Benjamin.
"This is the blessing of the phoenixes, they are able to devour the curse. Close your eyes, kids, and feel the power of this amazing creature. Dumbledore's voice rang in Benjamin's ears.
Benjamin did so, and as the white lines slowly drifted into his body, Benjamin felt the intense temperature, and the heat.
And, the sound of the clear stream flowing in one's own body.
It was as if something was washing away all the dirt from his body.
When it all stopped, Benjamin felt like a whole new person.
When he pressed his chest again, there was no dull pain.
"Thank you, Professor Dumbledore. β
Benjamin said sincerely that although he didn't like Dumbledore, he was still grateful for the reason he saved him.
"Don't be so polite, but if you really want to thank me, you can invite me to your house during the summer vacation. Of course, don't think of it as a terrible home visit, I'm just going to wander around. β
Dumbledore tried to suppress his excitement.
Benjamin could see that this wizard at the top of the world had a keen interest in everything he didn't know.
For example, black magic.
If he knew that he could do necromancy, Benjamin always felt that he would be locked up by Dumbledore for study.
Of course, when he was able to be on an equal footing with Dumbledore, he wouldn't have to worry about that.
"Professor, my mother is in charge of invitations, but I'll convey your intentions to her. β
Before Benjamin wanted to continue his politeness, Madam Pomfrey had already rushed in and kicked Dumbledore out.
"Give the patient time to rest!"
Benjamin looked out the window helplessly, the sun was so good, summer was really coming.
