Chapter 18: The Demon and Quidditch Match
Kevin has been studying the notebook he found that night in the past few days, but he can't understand it at all, he originally thought that the writing of the wizarding world, but when Kevin went to the library to check the materials, he couldn't find the relevant literature at all, until he met Hermione in the library.
"Hey, Kevin. Hermione came out of the bookshelf and saw Kevin reading at the table next to the bookshelf.
"Oh, hello, Hermione. "Do you want to read too?" Hermione had been very friendly to Kevin since that night's outing, and the two of them had gradually become ordinary friends.
"yes, what are you looking at?" Hermione asked,
"Nothing, just looking up some information, what about you?oh, a history of ancient magic!" Kevin saw the name of the book Hermione was holding,
"It's almost Christmas, and I'm going to borrow a book for fun!" Hermione laughed
Pastime?Such a thick book?Are you kidding?Kevin is speechless.
"What information do you want to check, maybe I've read it!oh~ Demon Script, have you started studying Demon Script?" Hermione saw a few symbols written on Kevin's parchment, and looked like you were already so powerful!
"Oh no, I just don't know what this symbol is, curious! So look it up!" Kevin explained, "You just said that this symbol is a demonic script?"
"Yes, I've seen similar symbols in a book, which says that the magic script is a kind of magical text created by ancient wizards from the elven script, and now there are very few wizards who are proficient in the magic script, and we will only have an elective course in the magic script until the third grade!" Hermione gushed endlessly, and Kevin was dumbfounded!
Coming back to his senses, "It's worthy of Gryffindor's 'jack of all trades', and it deserves its name!"
Hermione was a little shy and lowered her head embarrassedly, "If you want to check carefully, go to the eighth bookshelf inside, the sixth floor is, I'll go first, goodbye!"
Kevin smiled, packed up his things on the desk, and prepared to read the book Hermione had said!
"It's a Quidditch match between Gryffindor and Slyerin this Saturday, will you go and see it?" Suddenly, a voice came from Kevin's side, it turned out to be when Hermione was back.
"Of course I will, I'll go and cheer Harry on!" Kevin replied,
"Oh, goodbye then!" "Goodbye!"
After Kevin lent Mrs. Pince the copy of "The Origin and Development of the Demon Text", he returned to the dormitory, ready to understand the magic text!
As we enter November, the weather becomes very cold. The mountains around the school were gray and covered with snow and ice, the lake was cold and hard like hardened steel, and every morning there was frost on the ground! But this kind of weather is indeed extremely pleasant for Kevin, the cold season makes the ice element very active, and even Kevin's meditation is much faster. Kevin stood from the tower window and looked down at Hagrid, wrapped in a long moleskin coat, wearing rabbit fur gloves, and huge beaver leather boots, defrosting his broomsticks on the Quidditch pitch.
The Quidditch season begins, with a team from each house playing against each other until the last and best team wins the extra 150 points for the house.
Ravenclaw's hourglass is now almost full, and it is believed that even if Ravenclaw loses a Quidditch match, he will not lose the House Cup.
The next morning, the weather was clear and cold. The enticing smell of grilled sausages fills the room, everyone is looking forward to a good Quidditch match, and there is a lot of chatter with excitement, even Terry and Mike are chattering around Kevin. Today is Gryffindor vs. Slajelin, and in two days it's Ravenclaw vs. Chippac.
Kevin walked over to Hermione and them, ready to give Harry Potter a blessing that he wouldn't break his leg, which was the most sincere blessing because he had heard about Slaerin's style of play.
"You have to have a few bites of breakfast—" Before she could get closer, Hermione's voice came.
"I don't want to eat anything. Harry grimaced, looking nervous.
"Eat a little bread, you have to have the physical strength to compete. Hermione admonished.
Seeing Kevin coming, "Hello Kevin!" Kevin replied, "Hello Hermione!"
"Hello Kevin!" Jon also greeted Kevin, "Hello Kevin!" Harry asked as well, but visibly listless!
"Hello, Harry, what's going on?" asked Kevin.
"He's so nervous that he can't even eat breakfast, he'll lose the energy to compete!" Hermione said helplessly.
"You need stamina, Harry, the Seeker is always the target of the opponent's defense, you don't want to hold your teammates back!" Kevin said, picking up a sandwich from the table and handing it to Harry. Harry took it and ate slowly.
"Then I wish you all the best today, I'll be cheering you on from the stands!" said Kevin, gesturing to Hermione and walking away.
