Chapter 52: Crazy Quidditch
If anything, if there was anything that would make wizards not afraid of the heir of Slaerin, it would be the crazy Quidditch.
On Saturday morning, Kevin woke up from his meditation and turned his head to look at his roommates. Shaking his head, Terry was asleep but still sitting, and Mike was lying on all fours on the bed, with a slight snoring sound. Ever since the two of them sensed the magic, Kevin asked the two of them to meditate with Kevin. The two of them, who were eager to try it at first, fell asleep in the middle of the night after the first meditation, and it seems that Kevin still has a long way to go in order to get the two people used to the long meditation. However, the effect is not bad, although it can't absorb magic power, but compared to before, the control of magic power by the two people has made great progress.
There's a Quidditch match today, Gryffindor vs. Slyering, and Harry is going to play, so he's going to cheer for Harry. With a wave of his wand, the magic showed half past seven in the morning. Kevin got out of bed and waved his wand to get Terry and Mike to lie on the bed and cover them over. Although the weather is not very cold, it is better to be careful of colds. It's eleven o'clock, and they'll be able to sleep for a while.
Kevin washed up, came out of the bathroom, and poured pet food into Darsil's food box. Watching Darsil eat, he stroked her feathers. After she finished eating, she went downstairs to the Great Hall, the weather looked like it was going to rain today, and Kevin decided not to let Darsil out on the waves.
Kevin went downstairs to the Great Hall and packed some food in a parchment bag, and by the way, helped Terry and Mike pack food as well. Kevin had been reading a book in the common room after breakfast, and he had been curious about what the strange sounds Harry was hearing. In the past few days, he has been looking for relevant information, but he has not received any useful information.
When Terry and Mike came down from the dorm, Kevin was still sitting on the couch and munching on a book. Kevin, who heard the movement, looked up and saw that it was Terry and Mike.
"Good morning, Terry, Mike. Kevin greeted lazily.
"Good morning, Kevin. The two said in unison,
"Breakfast is on the table, there's a Quidditch match today, you guys should go, right?" Kevin asked,
"Of course, there's nothing better than watching a Quidditch at your leisure. Mike exaggerated as Terry had bread in his mouth and nodded.
As eleven o'clock approached, the whole school began to head to the Quidditch Stadium. It was a cold, wet day, and there was a faint sound of thunder in the air. Kevin met Ron and Hermione on the sidelines of the court, and for the past few weeks, everyone has been rumored about Hermione's mysterious disappearance, and it was not until Hermione was discharged from the hospital that the rumors gradually dispersed. But no matter how much people asked Hermione, Hermione didn't say anything about the past few weeks.
Kevin tells Terry and Mike to wait for him at the stand. He, along with Hermione and Jon, went to the Gryffindor locker room to find Harry and wish him good luck. The Gryffindor players donned their bright red Gryffindor jerseys and sat down to give them a pre-match morale-boosting speech.
Kevin, Hermione, and Ryan say goodbye to Harry to the stands. Although the weather was wet, it still didn't stop the students' enthusiasm for Quidditch. Flags from various colleges fluttered over the field, and shouts and cheers filled all corners.
When the Gryffindor team came out and walked onto the field, they were greeted by a boisterous noise. Mostly cheering, as both Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff wanted to see Slytherin defeated, but the Slytherin boos and cheers of the crowd could also be heard. Lady Hooch, the Quidditch referee, asked Flint and Wood to shake hands, and they glared at each other menacingly.
Mrs. Hodge blew the whistle, and the members of both teams took off one after another. The crowd was in a roar as they took off, and the fourteen members of the team jumped into the lead-gray sky together. Harry flew taller than all the team members, squinting and looking around, looking for the Golden Snitch.
Kevin stood in the stands, with Jon and Neville cheering for Harry, and Mike shouting "Come on, Gryffindor!" Kevin saw Harry fly high above everyone, and then Malfoy reached the same height as Harry, and then flew around Harry like a show of skill.
Just then, a heavy black Bludger flew towards Harry, and he dodged it by a fraction of a second.
The battle was fierce, and Harry dodged the Bludger that was coming at him three or four times. Gradually, something was wrong. The Bludger seemed to be magnetically attracted around Harry, and after Harry dodged it again, Harry ran after him again, and Harry had to flee as fast as he could.
Kevin realized that something was wrong, once or twice or maybe it was an accident, and this time he was heading towards Harry. Hermione stood beside Kevin, apparently aware of the problem, grabbing Kevin's hand and pinching it tightly, staring at Harry as he fled in all directions.
Kevin couldn't help it, Bludger and Harry were too fast, and Kevin's perception wasn't strong enough to cover the entire Quidditch pitch, so he couldn't detect who was manipulating the Bludger.
It was starting to rain, and Kevin drew his wand with his other free hand, using his magic to hold up a transparent umbrella, and magnified it to cover Terry and them. Then he continued to stare at Harry as he fled.
The situation was not optimistic, knowing that Wood had asked for a halt to the game. But the mad Bludger was still chasing Harry, and Harry couldn't continue to fly around the Quidditch pitch.
The rain came and went as fast as it came, and it didn't stop after a while, but Harry didn't, knowing that the Bludger had hit Harry's hand. Harry sped through the sky for a moment before falling from the sky.
Kevin and Hermione came out of the crowd just as the ball hit Harry, and they stormed the Quidditch pitch.
Kevin saw Harry fall from mid-air and immediately raised his wand, and Hermione raised his wand as well, but not at Harry but at Harry's Bludger.
"Light as a feather!"
"Broken bones!"
Two spells came out of their wands, and Harry's falling figure fell lightly and slowly.
With a flash of red light, the Bludger was blown to pieces by Hermione.
The two caught Harry as he fell, and Harry was smiling at the two of them.
"We won!" said Harry's uninjured golden snitch. It turned out that Harry had fallen off after getting the Golden Snitch after being injured.
But Harry's other hand was twisted, apparently broken.
The students and professors all came down from the stands and gathered around Harry.
