Chapter 79: End of Semester and Summer Vacation (1)
After exiting the medical wing, they separated and returned to their dormitories at several forks in the road. And when Kevin stepped into the Ravenclaw common room, the entire lounge was filled with Ravenclaw students, from the upper class to the lower class, everyone was clapping and cheering.
Terry and Mike burst out of the crowd and gave Kevin a hard hug.
"Brother, we're worried about you!" said Terry and Mike.
"Thank you!" Kevin also thanked him sincerely, he knew they were worried,
Robert also gave him a hug, and some first-year freshmen went out of their way to squeeze in front of Kevin and shake his hand.
At this time, the door of Ravenclaw opened, and the female prefect, Penelo Triwatt, and several boys came in through the door with lots of food.
"Be careful" Penelope asked Robert as he spoke to the man behind him, "Robert, I've brought food back from the kitchen, has our Mr. Albert come back?"
When she looked back and saw Kevin, she was surprised. She stepped forward and gave Kevin a hug,
"Dear Kevin, we've heard enough about you and your friends this week. You see, we've got a banquet for you, a Ravenclaw banquet only. As she spoke, she instructed the people who had gone with her to get the food and put it on the table.
"I ran into the Gryffindor twins outside the kitchen, and they wanted to invite Kevin to Gryffindor, and I asked them to go back and forth from where! I won't say yes to Percy in the face of Percy!" Penelope accosted Robert,
Robert nodded thoughtfully, "They have a savior and a savior's little buddy, they can't be robbing our Kevin!"
Kevin was embarrassed, and then Robert announced the start of the Ravenclaw feast, where everyone sat at several small tables, and Penelope brought all sorts of food from the kitchen, including grilled chicken thighs, pies, fruit pies, and the like.
Kevin holds a glass of pumpkin juice and answers questions from Terry and Mike, as well as questions from Penelope and Robert.
Since it was a party, it was inevitable that people would be asked to tell something, and a group of first-year students next to Kevin's table asked Kevin to tell about the experience, and Kevin had to tell some of them.
But from time to time, there was a burst of essence cries in the common room, and the senior students were okay, and when the junior students heard how Kevin fought the basilisk, they couldn't help but grab their companion's hand and let out an exclamation.
Then, when Professor Flitwick walked into the Ravenclaw common room. Professor Flitwick walked through the doorway with a large bottle in his hand, and everyone was stunned, but soon applauded.
"Oh, thank you! thank you, kids. Can I join the party? I brought a gift—a low-alcohol cider from three brooms. Professor Flitwick said in his humorous tone,
Robert and Penelope led the way to welcome them, and Professor Flitwick took a seat at Kevin's table.
Professor Flitwick expressed his blessing to Kevin,
"Dear Kevin, I'm so glad you returned to Ravenclaw in one piece, I'm so proud of you. As he spoke, Professor Flitwick took his glass, poured the fruit wine he had just brought, and said to everyone, "Students, let's raise a glass to our little Ravenclaw warrior, Mr. Kevin Albert!"
Everyone stood up, and Kevin hurriedly picked up his wine glass.
"For Kevin!" Professor Flitwick said,
"For Kevin!" everyone cheered,
Professor Flitwick stayed for a moment, then went back, saying that he would not be restrained. As soon as Professor Flitwick left, everyone was even more relaxed, and after the feast, everyone cheered and danced in the common room until late. The next day was the school's final party, and there were no classes, so even Robert and Penelope played late.
At noon the next day, Kevin got up. While Terry and Mike were still asleep, Kevin got up and washed up, went to Darcyle's cage, and released her. Darcyr rubbed Kevin's hand intimately, and Kevin picked up the bag of pet food from the side, only to find that the pet food was gone.
Looks like I'm going to have to go to Diagon Alley when I get home. Kevin thought, and then let Darsil fly and let her go to find food on her own. Darcyl didn't look bad, it seemed that Terry and Mike took good care of her.
Then Kevin went downstairs, and by this time, the Great Hall had finished eating, so Kevin went to the kitchen, which was not far away, and Kevin walked past the Hufflepuff Tower at the corner of a staircase, and saw a mural of a woman holding a plate of fruit next to a pile of large barrels.
"This is it!" Kevin said,
He went up and scratched the pears in the plate of fruit, and the pears trembled a little, and then a doorway appeared next to the mural, and Kevin walked in.
This was Kevin's first time in the kitchen. Then, Kevin saw a multitude of short, big-headed, big-eyed, big-eared creatures going back and forth in the kitchen.
This is a house-elf, Kevin has seen in a book, and compared to Lee's other creature that is similar to them, the goblin, the house-elf is much better-looking.
As soon as Kevin entered, the elves stared at him blankly. Kevin was a little nervous, staring at so many big watery eyes for the first time, and Kevin was a little skeptical that Hermione had learned from them.
"Hello, I'm here looking for food, do you have anything to eat?" Kevin asked softly,
Now it stabbed the hornet's nest, and the elves began to make a fuss, squeezing in front of Kevin one by one with food. While squeezing back, he said,
"Yes, yes! Mr. eat me!"
"Eat me!"
"Sir eat me!"
Kevin was completely confused, there is probably no more enthusiastic creature in this world than a house-elf.
Just when Kevin was having a hard time choosing, an elf squeezed out of the crowd.
"Hello, Mr. Albert, Dobby didn't expect to see you!" said the little elf named Dobby, with a look of pride,
"You know me?" Kevin asked,
"Of course, Mr. Harry Potter's good friend, Dobby knows. Dobby said sternly
Kevin didn't know when Harry met such an elf.
"So, Dobby. I'm looking for something to eat, can you and I choose some to take away, for three people. ”
"No one is so polite to Dobby except Mr. Potter, Dobby is so touched!" Dobby then began to repay Kevin with his actions.
He picked out a lot of food, and Kevin looked at him holding the food as high as a hill and said to Kevin, "Mr. Albert, Dobby can help you bring the food to the break room!"
Kevin was pleased, and he was worried about whether to tell Dobby to put some food back.
"Well, excuse me, Dobby. Kevin said,
"Dobby, let's go!" said Dobby, who disappeared with a thud and the food.
