Lucifer came out of hell, flew to heaven, flew to the Garden of Eden. With this action of his, between heaven and earth, another holy voice sounded, which was the holy sound of singing his praise.
Unlike the holy voice of Michael, which is bright and warm, full of uplifting power, this voice of praise to Lucifer is clear and high, and makes people feel the greatness in it.
Light and boldness, not succumbing to darkness, not visible to evil, this is Michael's belief, and it is Lucifer's pride to be strong-willed, fearless of power, and unchangeable.
As Lucifer took off, Michael finally opened his long-closed eyes, and his gaze was full of energy. In the midst of heaven, a ray of light was cast to draw him away.
The two right-hand men of Yahweh can be said to have arrived in the Garden of Eden at the same time, and fell in front of Yahweh and the angels, as well as in front of Adros.
"Very well, Michael, Lucifer, you have not disappointed me. From now on, you will be the new Vice-Ruler of the Kingdom of Heaven, the Archangel and the Head of the Archangels. β
Yahweh's division of his subordinate gods is very peculiar, ordinary gods are angels, and the main gods are archangels, and now they have become masters, so they are called archangels.
The two newly accomplished archangels saluted Yahweh, and although they became the masters, they were not at all arrogant in front of Yahweh, and they were not much different from before.
Michael didn't say it, but Lucifer was an arrogant angel in Adros's original heart, and seeing Lucifer's current attitude, Adros felt that it was necessary to know the archangel again. Perhaps, his future rebellion has some special changes in it.
"You two have just attained supernatural powers, and it will take a while to familiarize yourself with your current rank and strength, and in a short period of time, you will go to the Garden of Eden to think about your own path of faith. For the time being, I have left the affairs of the world to a few other archangels to deal with. β
Michael and Lucifer have no opinion, the things of the world, compared to the path of the two of them, the path of faith, and the things of the world, are indeed not a big deal.
"Gabriel, you will settle this calamity of the Israelites. β
Yahweh named a female angel who, like Michael, was the guardian of the Garden of Eden, wielding the power of life and dreams.
Gabriel's delicate and beautiful countenance, complemented by the hundred and forty pairs of delicate wings behind her, seemed to be able to see the beauty of the world in her, both gods and humans.
This beautiful angel answered Yahweh's command and went down to the land of the Israelites on earth. At this time, the Israelites could already be said to be in dire straits.
The great army of the Canaanites had defeated the allied armies of the Israelites, and the Israelites had suffered the most since the Exodus under the rule and enslavement of the Canaanites.
Their belief in Baal, the Lord God of Canaan, the incarnation of the former Heavenly Vice-King Baal, failed to save them and bring them out of danger.
At this time, the few Israelites who still believed in Yahweh began to re-erect the temple of Yahweh, and under the leadership of the judge Deborah, they prayed to the god who had made them and commanded them to be brought out of Egypt.
"Great God, open your eyes and behold these people of yours. Now that they have known that they were wrong, and have been punished for believing in other gods, save them. β
After seven days and seven nights of continuous prayer, a voice began to sound between heaven and earth, like a praise for all life, and a very beautiful angel appeared, who was Gabriel.
"Deborah, the Israelites will be punished by our Lord for their unrealistic demands of immortality in the human body of the gods. β
Deborah hurriedly knelt on the ground and bowed to Gabriel, who had descended from heaven, and said, "Great messenger of the gods, now the Israelites know what they have done wrong. From now on, our faith in God will be unbreakable, so please save God's people. β
The Israelites of today, after decades of pampering in Canaan, are no longer as able to endure hardship as they did in Egypt. These days of Canaanite rule had brought the Israelites to the brink of torment.
Gabriel looked at the Israelites, but she kept in mind Yahweh's demand that the Israelites be punished severely, but that they should be given hope. And Yahweh had already spoken out the punishment that the Israelites would suffer.
"Deborah, your prayer has been heard by God, but the Israelites must also be taught that God is not to be deceived. From now on, the gods will no longer appear on the battlefields of the Israelites and other tribes, and the Israelites will face all the difficulties themselves. And our lord will raise up among the children of Israel great judges generations, and great judges will lead the children of Israel against the many other nations that come against them. β
"The Canaanites need to be defeated by yourselves, and the Midianites will come again, the Ammonites will return, and the sea peoples who were once direct to the Hittites. They came one after the other, and the Israelites went through all these hardships before they were once again blessed by our Lord. β
"And you, Deborah, the great judge of this generation, have given you the mission of our Lord to deliver the children of Israel from the rule of the Canaanites. β
Hearing Gabriel's words, Deborah, who was at the head of the group, suddenly became a little anxious: "The great messenger of God, Israel today, can no longer pull out an army strong enough to confront the Canaanites. If the gods don't do anything, how can we get through this?"
Looking at these poor Israelites, Gabriel finally relented, and before leaving, showed them a clear way: "On the high of the plains of Moab, you buried the leader who led you out of Egypt. Now I say to you, go to him, to Moses, and he will help you against all foreign enemies. β
In the middle of heaven, Adros looked down teasingly, and smiled at Yahweh next to him: "Didn't you say that the gods didn't make a move?
For Yawei's practice of violating the rules he made, Adros really disagreed. It's just that this is a matter of Yahweh, a matter of Israel, and he doesn't need to talk too much.
Yahweh smiled leisurely: "Moses had to be an Israelite first, and then he could be considered a god." Besides, it was not the intention of His Excellency the Lord of the Stars to make Moses a being like me in the hearts of the Israelites? Otherwise, you would not have taught Moses the belief that you had pioneered to become a god. β
Adros didn't speak for a moment, Moses' business was a clear move he played, in order to have a chance to take Yahweh in the future. Although Adros also understands that this kind of thing cannot be hidden from Yahweh. But he was still a little embarrassed to be said by Yawei in person.
Not to mention the embarrassment of Adros, but in the midst of the earth, the great judge Deborah found Moses, the greatest leader of the Israelites, on the plains of Moab. Moses, on the other hand, had long been anxious about the recent changes in the Israelites, and after hearing the news that God had sent messengers, he agreed to help the Israelites repel the foreign enemies without saying a word.
Deborah the Judge and Barak the Judge gathered together ten thousand men of the tribe of Naphtali and the tribe of Zebulun, for of the twelve tribes of Israel, they were the two tribes that suffered the least.
Moses himself appeared on the battlefield and caused the Canaanites to flee in panic. Bara led his troops after the enemy and killed them all without mercy. Only Sisera, the king of the Canaanites, escaped by himself because of his strength and came to the tent of Hebai the Kenite.
At this time, the great priest Deborah was turning into Yayi, the wife of Hiba, and gave Sisera some water to drink. The water was poisoned by Deborah, and when Sisera had drunk it, she fell asleep on the ground exhausted, unconscious.
Deborah took the opportunity to hammer a peg into Sisera's head, and the mighty and terrible king of Canaan ended his life, and Israel was liberated again.
And Deborah, the woman who had just become a great priest, was severely injured by Sisera before she died.
She dragged her dying body back to the temple of Yahweh, gathered all the judges of the tribes of Israel, and proclaimed to them her chosen successor to the great judges, Gideon, one of Israel's most powerful warriors at present.
Soon after Gideon took office, the Israelites ushered in a Midianite crusade. It's not so much a crusade as a revenge. Decades ago, Moses had gone on a campaign against the Midianites on the pretext that they were guilty, and at the behest of Yahweh, he killed all the adult men of Midian, including his father-in-law and uncle, leaving only women and children.
Now that the children had grown up, they had once again gathered an army of 130,000 with their blood vengeance, and slew against the Israelites.
Compared to the Midianites, the Israelites had an army of only 32,000 men, but Gideon, the great judge, seemed to have been instructed by the gods not to increase the number of their army, but to reduce it.
The army of 32,000 was reduced to 10,000 by him, but Gideon still felt that there were many people, and it was reduced to 300 again. In the end, he took these 300 soldiers and took advantage of the darkness of the night to steal into the camp of the Midianites, killed the two kings of Midian, and defeated the Midianite army.
Then the Israelites returned to Midian, where they seized a great deal of gold and silver.
But Gideon's belief in Yahweh was not as devout as Deborah's, and after his victory, he asked the Israelites to hand over the gold they had taken from the Midianites, and from the gold he made an idol ephod. This was the secret method that Gideon received from Satan in order to live forever, and he not only made this image, but also forced the Israelites to worship it, causing the Israelites to fall into sin again.
At this time, Moses appeared, and he was completely uninvolved in the battle between the Midianites and the Israelites. But he had to deal with what Gideon was doing now.
He gathered all the judges to the place where the idols were worshipped, deposed Gideon's place of great judges, struck him in front of all the judges, broke the so-called idol Ephod in pieces, made the Israelites continue to worship Yahweh, and made Jephah the new great judge.
By the way, Gideon, the great hero of Israel, who won more with less, married many wives and gave birth to more than seventy sons. Many years after Gideon's death, one of his concubines, Abimelech, killed all his other sons, leaving only Gideon's youngest son, Jotham.
