Chapter Twenty-Nine: The First Arrival at the Burrow

During the summer vacation, Kevin was casual and lazy, and in addition to reading books, Kevin teased Darcier and accompanied Adam and Teresa every day. Half a month passed quickly, and today Kevin decided to start his own plan - as a magician, he must have his own magic tower.

Kevin informs Adam and Teresa that he is going on a hike and reassures them that as wizards, they are not afraid of any danger. Teresa refused to agree, but it was Adam who persuaded her. Theresa had no choice but to agree.

Kevin made a special trip to Diagon Alley and bought a lot of things. There are some potions such as white fresh, as well as equipment for making potions. There was also a small tent with a Traceless Stretching Spell in it, and it was the size of thirty square meters. Kevin could cast the Impermanence Stretch Spell, but it wasn't that big, the size of three suitcases at most. and some parchment and books for the second year (ask Robert, the textbooks are basically unchanged.) )

On the day of departure, out of courtesy, Kevin asked Darcyle to send a letter to Hermione and Harry, as well as to Jon, informing him that he was going on a trip. Hermione had said she would come to visit him, Harry had said the same, and Jon had invited Kevin to his house. Since what happened last semester, the Gryffindor trio has somewhat regarded Kevin as a good friend, and Kevin says that the friendship of the children came out of nowhere, but Kevin didn't mind having a few more friends. Kevin also told Jon in the letter that he would be staying at his house for the night, and Kevin planned to start his trip from the wizarding village of Jon's house.

Kevin also asks Darsil to send a message to Mike and Terry, apologizing for not being able to visit, and then getting ready to go.

Teresa muttered, "You're so young, you're going on a solo trip, and you have to bring more food and drink." As she spoke, she stuffed a large bag with boxes of sandwiches she had made herself and juice that had been squeezed and sealed in bottles.

After Kevin watched Teresa's movements, he hurriedly stopped her, he didn't want to carry such a big bag, and it was inconvenient to move. Kevin showed Teresa and Adam his magic backpack, and Teresa immediately enthusiastically began to put things in his backpack, almost filling the space. Maybe after Teresa saw Kevin's magic backpack, she felt that Kevin with magic would not be in danger, so she stopped nagging Kevin, except for wishing Kevin to take care of himself, Adam still touched Kevin's head and didn't say anything. It's just such an action, which still makes Kevin feel a strong love, Kevin cherishes the family affection of this life very much, so he must have enough strength to protect the people he cares about before the darkness comes, and a secret base is the first step. Kevin doesn't think that his parents, who are already on the opposite side of Voldemort, will be in danger in the ordinary world when Voldemort returns. In the Dark Ages, Voldemort killed many ordinary people.

Adam and Teresa stood on the side of the road and watched Kevin get into the car to London. Kevin must first go to the Leaky Cauldron and use the fireplace to reach his starting station, the Weasley's house.

After entering the Leaky Cauldron, Kevin went to the fireplace and paid Tom Sr. three silver cocos, got a handful of Floo powder, and got into the fireplace according to the method that Jonn had written back to him.

"The Burrow!" After the Floo powder was sprinkled, Kevin was instantly engulfed in green flames, and the dust was no longer visible when the dust calmed down.

In the Burrow, Jon was already waiting in front of the fireplace in his house, with Mrs. Weasley and Percy and the twins present.

A puff of dust fluttered out, and Kevin stepped out of the fireplace. Kevin swore he would never travel this way again, as if he had crawled out of the ashes.

Kevin pulled his wand out of his sleeve,

"Clean up!"

"Kevin!" Jon shouted happily when he saw Kevin, this was the first time Kevin had come to his house.

When Kevin cleaned himself up, he heard Jon's voice and looked up to see Jon welcoming him. Jon gives Kevin a hug and starts introducing his family to Kevin!

"This is my mother!" a slightly chubby lady in a knitted sweater dress looked at Kevin with a smile.

"Hello, Mrs. Weasley!" Kevin greeted politely,

Mrs. Weasley gave Kevin a warm hug, "Oh, dear Kevin, I've heard Jon talk about you for a long time, so come here and think it's your home!"

"Thank you!"

Jon then introduces Percy and the twins, both well-known Hogwarts figures, Percy Kevin often hears from Robert, and the twins are Hogwarts pranksters.

At dinner, Mr. Weasley also returned, along with Ginny Weasley, the little Weasley princess who had returned from playing outside.

When Mr. Weasley heard that Kevin was going on a solo trip, he praised Kevin for his courage and asked a whole bunch of questions about the ordinary world after knowing that Kevin was from the ordinary world, and it was Mrs. Weasley who stopped him. Kevin guessed that if possible, Mr. Weasley would most likely ask tomorrow. Mrs. Weasley also expressed concern about Kevin's plans to travel alone, and the twins have been whispering something after they were clamoring to go with Kevin and be suppressed by Mrs. Weasley. Ginny watched Kevin from time to time at the dinner table, and ran upstairs after eating.

At night, Kevin and Jon enter his room, and Jon actively introduces Kevin to his home and room.

"It's very simple, but it's all right, isn't it?"

"It's warm!" Kevin replied.

At this time, there was a sound of knocking on the water pipe from upstairs.

Jon said to Kevin, "That's a ghoul, he's been living on the roof of our house for years, and Mom never let us chase him. He picked up a stick in the corner of the room, stabbed the ceiling, and then went silent.

After the two of them washed, they fell asleep. It didn't take long for Jon to let out a snoring sound, and Kevin slowly fell asleep.
