The Online Literature Committee of the Chinese Writers Association and the Digital Reading Working Committee of the China Audio-video and Digital Publishing Association have issued the following proposals to the national online literature community:

1. Adhere to the people-centered creative orientation. The great practice and fiery life of the masses of the people are an inexhaustible source of literary creation. The people need literature and art, and literature and art need the people. The vast number of online literary creators and practitioners should cherish the motherland and the people, firmly establish the direction of serving the people and socialism, take satisfying the people's spiritual and cultural needs as the starting point and end goal, and always persist in writing, lyricalizing, and expressing nostalgia for the people. Online literature enterprises should persist in making the creation and production of excellent works a central link, using new media technology to organize, disseminate, and promote more outstanding online literary works that are loved by the people.
