The dismal results are expected, and I was planning to write a story to entertain myself, earning some cigarette money by working hard, but I didn't expect to be popular.
One of the most important concepts is that the Jindan monk in the cultivation realm, in order to break through the realm, he wants to divide a wisp of soul and cast it into the earth to reincarnate, which is originally written around this concept.
In the later stages of writing, I became less motivated, mainly because the characters were deviant, and Luo Nan deviated more and more from what I originally expected, and became unrecognizable. The descriptions of several women are also unsatisfactory, and their personalities are not highlighted.
Perhaps before I wrote this book, I had a problem with the tone, and the image of the monk in my mind was too rigid.
There were many more I wanted to write about at first, including the cataclysm that followed, the rise of the earth cultivation realm after the cataclysm, and so on. But Lonan's character is clearly no longer suitable for this story.
So I'm going to strip out all the subsequent stories, change the protagonist, a native of the earth, a more flesh-and-blood protagonist, and try some new ways of writing.
Let's think about it first, write a football book for now, and then write this story when I'm done.
When it came to the shelves, I said I would write 80 to 1 million words. At that time, there were a lot of funny little stories in my heart, such as letting the protagonist go on a mission to shoot a ***** with record sales in the island country. But later it turned out that none of these small stories were suitable for Luo Nan's character, so he had to cut them down. For example, the story of killing and devouring other Jindan monks and dividing their souls, I wanted to write in detail. Chop and chop, and in the end there are only 600,000 words left.
Then this book is about to say goodbye to everyone. I'm going to put all my mind on the new book. If you are interested in competition, you can try it.
Thank you to all genuine readers for their support.
