However, entertainment belongs to entertainment, and the effect on the maintenance and improvement of the body and mind is actually quite small. Don't look at the elderly, there are many people with physical and mental conditions. Pretty good, far better than those young people who are lazy and not sick, but just have no energy all day long.

In the world of previous lives, cultivation, in terms of the improvement of the body, it seems that it is not too obvious.

Therefore, throughout the ages, too many heroes and heroes have been masters of "heart cultivation". Or there are also great achievements in "body cultivation", but Fang Tian doesn't know it.

This is actually quite normal. - if not shouting loudly. And don't show it much, outsiders, who knows?

And no matter which of the two is this, in the world of the previous life, such people are a minority after all.

It can even be said that it is a minority of the few, a very few.

This also shows that it is much more difficult for a person to improve in both physical and mental aspects in the "body" than in the "heart"!

It is said that the six ancestors of Zen Buddhism, that is, the one who later made "there was nothing originally, where to stir up dust", did not know big characters, and made a living by chopping wood.

I don't say anything I realize, but my "heart" should be absolutely different from what I was before I heard the scriptures. And his "body" should still be an ordinary person, otherwise, there would be no move to avoid disaster in Lingnan in the future.

This is the relationship between the "body" and the "mind". ——The heart can reach the sky in one step, but the body cannot move an inch.

However, a person's body and mind are one after all, and the role of body and mind can also promote each other.

"Emotions and joys are not tied to emptiness, and a thought is not attached to the earthly world, this is emptiness and loneliness from the earthly realm. ”

"Empty and dusty, creation and self-transport, gradually to the heart and body full, into the early sun and snow dissipation. In this realm, the heart turns around, the heart is the guide, and the body is the follower. The heart is made by the self, and the body is created with it. ”

This is the first realm of the "Six Realms of My Dao", and it can also be said to be the entry realm, the "Realm of Emptiness and Silence".

The main purpose of this realm is to "turn around with the heart".

In fact, it is just a matter of starting with the "mind" that is easier to adjust and change in both physical and mental aspects. It's like a person who wants to have a relationship with his boss or a certain target, and he himself is not easy to climb and difficult to bite, so he turns to climb from the people around him.

This is how the so-called "wife tackling key problems" and "children tackling key problems" came about.

No matter how difficult it is to speak, when the wind blows by his wife's pillow or is entangled by his children, he often becomes easy to speak.

This is called "cutting the tree from the edge first", or "picking up the soft pinch of the persimmon first".

Anyway, it all means the same thing.

In general, it is impossible to walk on the front and not easy to walk, so change the direction and go from the side.

This "Empty and Lonely Realm of Dust" in "My Dao Six Realms" is played like this. - The "body" is not easy to cultivate, so I change the direction and start from the "heart".

Because he had the foundation of his previous life, the most important thing was the experience of being born and dying in two lives, so Fang Tian's "heart" was easy to settle down, and then naturally and lively, without any reluctance, naturally entered the so-called empty and dusty realm.

Even from Fang Tian's current point of view, this was indeed the most suitable method for his introductory cultivation.

Actually, it is possible to cultivate directly from the "body", but that requires step-by-step and practical guidance, in other words, it requires a responsible and intelligent teacher. - But where does he have?

So, that road can't be taken.

You can only take the indirect, heart-to-heart path.

When you pull with your heart and let your body be full, you have to turn it upside down again and turn your heart with your body.

Why the other way around?

Or is it okay to have the previous "heart"?

The answer is, yes!

It just doesn't work!

The previous "heart" was just a clear and quiet, and it was deliberately maintained.

When the "body" is not very good, this "heart" is still advanced, and can play an exemplary and guiding role, just like in a group of illiterate people, even if they are elementary school students, they can be regarded as literate and can be admired by everyone.

But when all these illiterate people became college students, the original "literate" primary school students were not enough.

In practice, after the "body" has achieved results, the "mind" is also like this, and it needs to be re-cultivated.

Therefore, there is the second realm of "the six realms of my path".

"Carry the camp and hug one, can you be detached, dedicated, soft, like a baby, can you cleanse the mysteries, can you be flawless, can you be a female?

"The body is leaky, the knowledge is stained, and it is the body and mind of the world. ”

"Under the creation, the shortcomings have to be made up, this is the early sun and snow dissipation, which is said to be the leakage of the body, the dye of the knowledge is snow, and the sun can be eliminated by snow. ”

"Heart" is based on "body".

There is no doubt about this. Let's not say, "If you want to capture a man's heart, you must grab a man's stomach." "Or something, just let a person, an ordinary person, go without food for three days, don't sleep for three days, and then what?

Actually, it's easy to guess.

No matter what its original "heart" was, at this time, most of them will be a mess.

On the other hand, if the "body" is well-understood, healthy, free from illness and disease, well-fed and well-slept, and free from miscellaneous and troublesome troubles, then what will happen to one's "mind"?——?

More often than not, it's a slight smile that is very captivating, oh no, it's a slight smile and the world is wide.

Therefore, this second realm of "the six realms of my path", "the first sun and snow disappear", "body" is improving, and more is "heart" is improving.

In the past, Fang Tian had imagined the "leakage of the body and the dyeing of knowledge" in this realm, but it was not thorough enough.

And now, after going through this realm, it is clear.

He knows the existence of the sun in the sea, so that his body is always in the best state, exaggeratedly, even a cell in the body, will not be wronged, now it seems that with the words "the sun can be eliminated by the snow", it is really very appropriate.

It's not a description, it's a real description!

This is a "leak in the body".
