The Shengfeng shopping mall where the accident occurred is located at the most prosperous intersection in the city center, and it is the evening rush hour, and when the special service patrol team in the area receives an order from the command center to rush to the accident restaurant, half an hour has passed. When Chen Fu, the new head of the intelligence department of the National Security Bureau, arrived at the restaurant with the operation team, all the entrances and exits of the entire mall had been blocked. It took him more than half an hour to get here when he received the order.

Transferred from the position of head of the network supervision detachment of the city bureau to the director of intelligence of the State Security Bureau, the background of the demobilized cadre made the 35-year-old Chen Fu defeat many opponents and successfully take office.

The head of the substation was communicating with a female officer in the open space in front of the accident restaurant, and a middle-aged woman was sitting on a chair next to her, wiping her tears.

Chen Fu strode over, the leader of the sub-bureau and the female officer stepped aside, signaled Chen Fu to go over, and in a secluded place, the sub-bureau leader introduced in a low voice, "Director Chen, this is Major Chen Chunying, the security staff officer of the lost child's home. ”

"Hello. Chen Fu was shocked, and shook hands with Chen Chunying after saluting.

He immediately understood why the case of missing children had led to the dispatch of the National Security Intelligence Service. At what level the leader of the unit would be equipped with a guard staff officer, and he was also a major officer, he knew very well.

After all, Chen Chunying has experienced a big scene, and any negative emotions at this time are not helpful, so she is very calm and said, "After finding that the child was missing, I immediately contacted the call desk and the mall security for less than three minutes, but the mall security checked all the vehicle personnel who left the mall before the police arrived, and found nothing." ”

The leader of the sub-bureau said, "Our people are searching the entire shopping mall, and the special service detachment of our city bureau has just arrived, and at least 300 police forces are conducting the search work, and there are no clues at present." ”

Chen Chunying said in a deep voice, "I'm basically sure that this is a premeditated kidnapping case. ”

Chen Fu transferred to the local public security to work as a technical cadre for more than 10 years, and he asked, "What about the monitoring of shopping malls?"

The leader of the sub-bureau said, "I have checked, but nothing has been found, and now a more careful investigation is being carried out." ”

Chen Fu immediately said, "My people took over the investigation and monitoring, in addition, please contact the communication department, we will check all the wireless phone signals in the mall during this time." Counselor Chen, what is the exact time when the child was lost?"

Chen Chunying glanced at Li Fanghua over there and said, "At 19:45, the child was going to the toilet, and the child's aunt took her there, and the person didn't come back ten minutes later, I came out of the restaurant and walked about 17 meters away from the accident to wash my hands and feet, and the child's aunt ran out and shouted the child's name, and I knew that the child was missing." This process takes about two minutes. ”

Clearly restored the situation at that time, Chen Fu nodded, "In other words, the child's aunt found the child lost at about nineteen:fifty-seven." ”

Looking at the time, he said, "It's twenty thirty-six minutes...... Can I talk to my aunt and get a feel for what was going on? ”

"Yes, but she is very emotionally unstable. Chen Chunying said.

"I'll take notice. ”

Chen Fu strode over to Li Fanghua, who was accompanied by two policewomen, and sat down, and introduced himself, "Eldest sister, I want to know about the situation at that time, could you please tell me more about the situation at that time?"

Li Fanghua raised her eyes and saw Chen Chunying, so she tried her best to stop crying, stabilize her mind, and said, "I let the child finish first, and then asked her to wait for me inside, after I came out, I didn't see her, I thought she was disobedient and ran out, I came out of the bathroom and looked around and didn't see the child......"

I cried again as he spoke.

Chen Fu thought about it carefully and asked, "Eldest sister, how long did it take you to go to the toilet? In other words, how long did the child leave your sight?"

Chen Chunying patted Li Fanghua's back comfortingly, Li Fanghua wiped her tears and said, "It's only two or three minutes, I'm anxious to see the child, it's definitely not more than three minutes." ”

"Three minutes......" Chen Fu pondered, "Was there anyone else in the bathroom at that time?"

"There are a few, I can't remember the mess. Li Fanghua shook his head and said.

Chen Fu nodded, comforted a few words and then stood up and walked aside, the branch leader and Chen Chunying walked over tacitly, Chen Fu asked in a deep voice, "How old is the child?"

"Six years old. Chen Chunying said.

Chen Fu nodded slowly and said in a deep voice, "I agree with Staff Officer Chen's judgment, it is very likely that it was a premeditated kidnapping or ......."

"Or what?" Chen Chunying asked with a frown.

Chen Fudao, "Abduction." ”

"The suspect was very professional. It took less than three minutes to abduct or take away a six-year-old child, and the situation on the precinct showed that no one else noticed anything unusual at the time. This shows that the suspect is not only well prepared, but also very professional. Chen Fu said, looking at the leader of the sub-bureau, "I suggest that the serious case be reported, and our national security team will form a special team with the serious case, and we will lead the investigation." ”

The head of the sub-bureau immediately nodded, "I'll report immediately." ”

After he left, Chen Fu asked, "Counselor Chen, ...... father of the child?"

"The chief is on his way. Chen Chunying said, "Director Chen, I picked up my children from school and came here, and I didn't find any signs of being followed during this process. I have a judgment that the suspect may have been able to determine the location of the crime by following the child's aunt. ”

"Do you suspect the child's aunt?" Chen Fu frowned.

Chen Chunying shook her head and said, "No, it's impossible, there is nothing wrong with the child's aunt." ”

Chen Fu thought for a moment and nodded in agreement. The big chief's family, including relatives and friends, has not been investigated, and the problem has long been discovered. And judging from what I know so far, the child's aunt has absolutely nothing to do with this matter, just an elder who lost the child and was in pain.

Li Mu, who received the news, undoubtedly encountered a thunderbolt from the sky, and he fell into a state of panic for several minutes. Children are the hearts and minds of parents, especially the second child, with her character, I really don't know what will happen.

With Wang Guoqing, Li Mu drove by himself, almost stepping on the accelerator pedal into the fuel tank, the invisible siren of the cheetah 2030d honked frantically, and the red and blue police lights of the middle network flashed rapidly, and he ran all the way over and ran seventeen red lights in a row, resulting in three local vehicle scraping accidents.

When Li Mu rushed to the Shengfeng shopping mall, Chen Fu and the people of the serious crime team of the Municipal Bureau set up a temporary command group in the office area of the shopping mall, and the group met the legendary chief here.

"Xiao Mu ......" Li Fanghua saw Li Mu as if she had seen a life-saving straw, stumbling over and hugging Li Mu and crying.

Li Mu comforted her, "Sister-in-law, don't worry, don't worry, I will definitely get the child back, and it will be fine." ”

Finally appeased Li Fanghua, Li Mu summoned all the personnel to understand the situation.

Chen Chunying walked over, her eyes were a little red, and it was difficult to control the self-blame in her heart when she saw Li Mu, "Boss, it's my dereliction of duty." ”

"It's not your problem. Li Mu shook his head and said.

Chen Chunying took a deep breath and asked, "Do you want to report to the eldest sister?"

Li Mu thought about it for a moment and shook his head, "Don't tell her yet." ”

If Feng Yuye knew, he wouldn't have to think about it, and he would definitely make a big battle. She doesn't have as many worries as Li Mu, she has lived in such an environment since she was a child, whoever hurts her child will take someone's life, and if you don't compromise your means, she will escape to the moon, and she will launch a moon rocket to kill you.

The National Security Intelligence Department took over the case, Chen Fu introduced the details, and finally said, "At present, there is a basic judgment, if the security of the mall is not negligent in the inspection of the personnel and vehicles that left the mall during this time, then the child must still be in the mall." The mall has a daily footfall of up to 20,000 people, and a comprehensive search is ongoing. Surveillance investigations are also ongoing, but they have not yet been discovered. There is no monitoring in the bathroom, but there is monitoring outside, except for the inside of the bathroom, other movements can be found through the monitoring system. ”

Undoubtedly, the focus is on the mall.

However, after thinking for a while, Li Mu said, "The search in the mall will continue, but basically, people are no longer in the mall." Unless it's disturbed, you're sure to find clues. ”

Chen Fu also thought of this and immediately replied, "The experts transferred from the bureau have just arrived, and they are checking the operation status of the shopping mall's monitoring system in the past period, and there will be results soon." ”

"If the monitoring is okay, then the key point is in the bathroom. Li Mu said this and looked at Chen Chunying.

Chen Chunying replied, "After my sister-in-law came out, I immediately entered the bathroom and checked the bathroom, but I didn't find anything. ”

Only she immediately understood what Li Mu meant.

Li Fanghua is just an ordinary person, she doesn't have the slightest relevant common sense and awareness at all. If the suspect controlled Li Jinyu at that time, he did not leave the bathroom, but hid somewhere, and then calmly left when everyone's attention was outside the bathroom. This is highly likely.

Fortunately, Chen Chunying did not mess up because of the sudden situation, and immediately checked the bathroom, and even inspected the men's toilet and the utility room in the fire escape, the staff locker room and other places.

However, it also shows that the suspect is definitely very professional and not a simple criminal or human trafficker.

Li Mu sat down and waved them out, and then he trembled uncontrollably. He knows very well that the best outcome is that the child is still in the mall, even if the suspect or witness can be found in the mall. Once out of the mall, with the ability of the current suspect or suspect gang, they can leave Lunan City within an hour.

Once this happens, it's really like salvaging a needle in the vast ocean.

The point is, it is not known for what purpose the other party is, kidnapping for ransom, abducting children, or retaliating.

Thinking of revenge, Li Mu's body trembled even more. He has been in the army for more than 10 years, and he has personally found out how many enemies that affect national security, and it takes several pages to pull out a list.

What I am most afraid of is the retribution from the criminal gangs at home and abroad that Li Mu has attacked.

Wang Guoqing and Chen Chunying stood in front of Li Mu on the left and right, but Li Mu did not give them any instructions, they could only wait. They could also realize from the trembling degree of Li Mu's hand holding the cigarette how scared Li Mu was in his heart.

A few minutes later, a team of experts who had checked the surveillance sent a report that there were no signs of human influence on the surveillance system. Almost at the same time, the investigation of the mall also yielded results and found nothing.

The police force eventually increased to 500 people, and a sweeping sweep of the mall took nearly an hour to complete.

The results all show that the child has been taken away from the mall.

The investigation has reached an impasse.
