In addition to the eyes, ears, nose and tongue, the body is the feeling of a person's body. In fact, the eyes, ears, nose and tongue are also part of the body, but they are all relatively independent subsidiaries of the head office, and their importance is still above the head office.
The feelings of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body are summed up, and the ten thousand rivers return to the sea, and the ten thousand streams return to the ancestors, and the meaning is formed. Meaning is the convergence of eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body, and then in turn, feeding back the eyes, ears, nose and tongue body, in a person's feelings, it is both a destination and a destination.
To give a simple description:

So how can this complex, turbid sea become clear again?

Nine out of ten Chinese have probably heard the story of Dayu's water control. Dayu's father Kun took the method at the beginning was to block, but in the end he cupped, so Dayu played, used a sparse method, and finally Heqing Haiyan.
If you want to govern the sea of consciousness, the same is true, it is better to block it than to sparse it.
And sparseness, that is, to establish a suitable circulation channel for consciousness, so that the six things of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind have their own responsibilities, each has its own duties, assists each other, circulates with each other, the main trunk and branches are distinct, and the important and secondary are appropriate.
These things, because of the wide range of reasons, Fang Tian had been exposed to them in his previous life, but they were only superficially touched, and they were not deeply touched.
Because there is no need to go deeper.
As an ordinary person, there is no need to pay attention to this, and of course, there is no time for this. At that time, he didn't have enough time to pay attention to food, entertainment, etc., where did he have the time to pay attention to these things?
