When the time came to 1:30 sharp, Wang Guoqing, the company attendant, blew the assembly whistle, and almost at the same time, the wake-up call sounded in the barracks.

So, like a calm pot of cold water being boiled in a second, there was a jumble of voices in the various squad rooms, the shouting of the squad leader, the dull sound of recruits rolling off their beds and smashing on the floor, and then the sound of running down the stairs from the upper floor.

Sooner or later, they learned to descend twelve steps in three steps.

Wang Guoqing said to Li Mu with a smile, "When I was a recruit, the assembly was three seconds slower, and I was beaten half to death by the squad leader, and I lived on the second floor at that time. ”

Lin Chao on the side was shocked when he heard this, but Zhang Fan didn't feel too much, and his military age was not shorter than Li Mu's.

Li Mu said, "At that time, I lived in a row house, and a row of more than 30 people lived together. At the time of the assembly, the door of the opposite door was banged and broke in a few days. ”

Dozens of people rushed out, inevitably hitting the door panel.

Li Mu raised his wrist and looked at the Seagull brand 70th anniversary military commemorative collector's edition waterproof multi-function mechanical watch, showing that two minutes had passed, and said, "This speed is too slow." ”

Wang Guoqing walked out without saying a word, stood downstairs, raised his head and shouted at the barracks: "Hurry up!

As soon as he finished speaking, he saw a soldier really rolling down from the second floor!

The soldier rolled down like a pumpkin, and when he reached the floor of the corridor on the first floor, he got up and patted his ass and rushed over, standing in the established position, the first to gather, Ma Qicai also.

"Are you lacking in heart?" Wang Guoqing was stunned.

Ma Qicai said, "Report to the platoon commander! I, I, I stepped on the empty ......."

“......”

Wang Guoqing looked at Ma Qicai and asked, "Are you okay?" ”

Ma Qicai moved his limbs and moved in place.

Nodding, Wang Guoqing didn't say anything more, what a big deal.

Wang Guoqing began to shout at the barracks again, "One row! What's the matter with you! The nearest speed is not as fast as the three rows! Hurry up! Grinding and chirping like a girl!"

Xiao Yan, the leader of the first platoon, is also an instructor at the base and a lieutenant, and when Wang Guoqing criticized his platoon by name, his face was not good-looking. However, he didn't dare to say anything, Wang Guoqing was much older than him, not to mention the little lieutenant, that is, the battalion company commander, Wang Guoqing also criticized him by name.

Xiao Yan could only scold himself with a cold face, and said coldly with impatience in his eyes, "Hurry up!"

It took a full five minutes for nearly 100 people in the company to assemble.

Wang Guoqing sorted out the team, and then reported to Li Mu, "Report to the company commander! The whole company should be one hundred and one people, but it should be one hundred and one! Please instruct!"

"Take a break!"

Li Mu walked over from the atrium.

"Take a break!" Wang Guoqing started to run back to the head of the third line after giving the order, no more, no less than seven steps.

Li Mu stood in front of the team, "Tell me!"

There was confusion in the ranks, some were upright, some were indifferent, and there were even two situations in one class. Li Mu stopped, leaving time for their squad leader. The squad leaders of each squad poked out their heads to inspect the soldiers in the squad and scolded in a low voice: "When you hear it, you must stand up!

Li Mu saluted, "Take a break." ”

Li Mu said, "Comrades, when you arrive at the army and wear a military uniform, you are a soldier, and your assembly speed is not good." In five minutes, the Yankees had hit Beijing. I heard that before you came here, you were trained in a queue for three or two days, and this standard is not good. In the afternoon, focus on this reaction speed. It's over!"

The squad leaders all stared at each other, and said in a suppressed voice, "When you hear the speech, you have to stand upright!"

"Take a break. Li Mu saluted and left the command position.

Wang Guoqing ran to the command position in seven steps, turned to face the team, and said loudly, "After the disbandment, go back to the room, and come down and assemble when you hear the whistle!"

Qian Duoduo didn't want to be the last one anymore, and rushed to the staircase when he heard the disbandment. After he ran out a few meters, he didn't see anyone else in his peripheral vision, could it be that he was too fast, and then he found that his surroundings were very quiet, and there was no chaotic footsteps that should have appeared.

He felt that something was wrong, stopped and turned around, and found that the good people in the team were still standing there, and he ran out alone, how outstanding he looked in such a state.

Shao Zhongqiang's face darkened.

Li Mu couldn't help laughing when he saw it, and said to Lin Chao beside him, "New comrades will always make some jokes." ”

Lin Chao laughed, "Yes, recruits." ”

"What are you doing in a daze! Get back!" Shao Zhongqiang's face was hot and he scolded.

Qian Duoduo hurried back and stood up.

At this time, each platoon commander stood in front of his platoon and began to speak, Wang Guoqing walked to the front of the three platoons, looked at Qian Duoduo and smiled, then put away his smile, and said, "We all live on the third floor in the three platoons, and the assembly action should be faster, and we must not fall behind the other platoons." Which class is dragging its feet, I will settle accounts with which squad leader. Disband!"

Qian Duoduo was about to rush out again, but at the last moment, he stopped his steps, because the others didn't move at all!

Shao Zhongqiang may know that he has a difficult soldier.

It wasn't until the squad leaders of each squad gave the order to disbanded their squads that the teams dispersed violently and rushed towards their respective squad rooms.

Qian Duoduo then understood, the company commander and platoon commander just said 10,000 words, and the squad leader couldn't take action without giving an order!

For the Ninth Company of Recruits, what was to be done at this time was undoubtedly because the company commander was not satisfied with their assembly speed, so he had to practice several times.

It is so simple that it can't be simpler, and if the standard is not enough, it will be practiced repeatedly until the standard is reached, and when the standard is reached, it will be stopped.

It doesn't get much more effective than that.

After repeated drills and assemblies, it was not until the assembly time was controlled within one minute that Li Mu was barely satisfied, and the soldiers were allowed to start internal affairs. After today, they will know that if there is a link that is not done well, it will take up their own time, because the company commander will not give them more time to sort out their housekeeping!

They will know which link is occupied because of a problem, then the plan for the rest of the day will be disrupted, and they must complete the rest of the link in a shorter time until the lights out horn blows, and it is they who are uncomfortable.

Gathering before the afternoon exercise, Wang Guoqing left the seventh class behind and beckoned Shao Zhongqiang over. Li Mu pointed at Lin Chao and Zhang Fan and asked Shao Zhongqiang, "Seventh squad leader, do you know these two?"

"Company commander, this actor I know, the commander of my regiment who filmed me, I forgot the name!" Shao Zhongqiang replied.

Zhang Fan saluted, and then shook hands with Shao Zhongqiang, "Hello Seventh squad leader, my name is Zhang Fan." This is our director Lin Chao. ”

Shao Zhongqiang saluted Lin Chao, and Lin Chao politely shook hands with him.

Li Mu said to Shao Zhongqiang, "In the afternoon, your class will cooperate with Director Lin to shoot a few scenes, and you will be specifically arranged to listen to Director Lin." ”

"Yes!" Shao Zhongqiang's eyes lit up, and he was a little excited.

Li Mu said to Lin Chao, "Director Lin, the person will be handed over to you." ”

Li Mu took Wang Guoqing to the squad room and began to check the housekeeping one by one, Chen Shangwu led the troops to the big playground, and the soldiers saw the company commander and the third platoon commander walking into the first squad room of the first platoon, and their hearts became uneasy.

If something goes wrong, then I'm guilty again.

But how to boil it, this is the first day of the-mother-! 2k reading web
