Chapter 20 Drink Trolley
A draw is the best outcome?
According to this logic, isn't the overtime of basketball ridiculous? Or rather, the very existence of the game is a laughing stock.
"Why decide the winner, the game is all about having fun, for the sake of enjoying the process, isn't a quiet draw the best outcome?" said Carlo, still calmly.
"However, if there is no winner or loser, the game loses its rules and cannot be played. The very existence of competitions and wins and losses is also an invention created by human beings to entertain themselves in order to kill boredom. Lulu retorted.
"Hehe, you guys seem to have a point. I listened and interjected.
"Anyway, at least three to three proves that Kahlo and I are good at chess, right, wahahaha. Ao Ao crossed his waist with two fluffy melon seeds and made a smug gesture.
Haha, what kind of logic is this, can three to three prove that both of them are good at chess? Why does it automatically filter the possibility that one person and one cat are stinky chess baskets? What an optimism. I can't help but feel a little funny.
"It's time for some salad. "Shouster shouted to us.
Ah, great, I'm a little hungry right now.
We walked to the window of the à la carte salad that Schust had set up. A variety of salads are served in coffered tubs. Since different colors of fruits and vegetables are put together, the overall color looks colorful and attractive.
"You can choose your favorite variety and then pick your favorite sauce. "Scheuster introduced to us. He was wearing a chef's suit, a chef's hat, and a hood even around his mouth, and he was dressed quite decently, haha.
Choosing your favorite variety and then picking it out and mixing it may be a way of cooking in itself. Cooking does not necessarily need to be stir-fried, so that the taste of the ingredients themselves blends with each other and complements each other, and the taste of eating is different from eating a single item. If you pour a sauce that suits your taste, it will be like a one-of-a-kind meal that you have made for yourself.
So, a few of us sat down at the freshly set table by the pool, with plates of salads of our choice in front of us. Shoster came with a basket with forks, and gave one to each of us. Then he went back and pushed a trolley over, and there were buckets of drinking on the cart, and there was a faucet under each barrel, which seemed to be directly unscrewed to get the drink out.
"What do you want?" said Shuster, picking up a cup and waiting for us to speak.
"I want raspberry juice!" Lulu shouted with her hands raised.
"Good. Shuster pointed the cup at the faucet of a bucket, and a glass of raspberry juice was ready, and he handed it to Lulu. The pinkish-purple color of the raspberry juice is so beautiful, and there is foam floating in it.
"What about the others?"
"I drink cocktails. O'Ao said.
"No problem. Scheuster took out a cocktail glass, made one on the spot, and handed it to O'Or.
After that I ordered coffee milk, Carol ordered watermelon juice, and Schust asked for grapefruit juice himself. After getting into the water, eating food and drinking by the pool is so refreshing.
"Shub, what's the plan for a while?" Lulu asked Schuster as she ate.
"Hmm...... I haven't figured it out yet. Do you have any great ideas?" replied Sauster.
