Chapter Ninety-Nine: Expressing Gratitude

In his sleep, Hugo still couldn't get rid of what happened last night, he dreamed that a big snake was chasing him frantically, and then a tall werewolf like a hill suddenly appeared in front of him, and the two beasts opened their bloody mouths and bit Hugo, before he could feel the pain of being devoured by the monster, Daniel suddenly appeared in front of Hugo's eyes, holding a dagger in his hand and stabbed him with a hideous face!

Hugo opened his eyes suddenly, covered in cold sweat, and a hairy face with a stunned expression appeared in front of his eyes, this strange face that suddenly appeared startled Yuguo, he screamed and then rushed behind him, and hit his head on the bed board above his head with a muffled 'bang'!

The blue eyes were frightened by Hugo, and let out a 'ahhh

"What's wrong with you, Hugo, are you having nightmares again?" Will had woken up, sitting on the edge of the bed in his cloth coat and looking at Hugo in dismay, apparently this time the movement was a bit big.

Hugo wiped his slimy face, squeezed out a smile, and said in a hoarse voice: "Yes, this time I really had a nightmare!

The morning light outside the window has shone in, sprinkled on Hugo's face, the warmth made him feel much better, and Will hurriedly washed up, put on the wizard's robe and the two went to the cafeteria for breakfast, and then began a day of study, and soon Hugo felt different!

Those spells and spells seem to have become simpler! Those originally cunning runifens in Hugo's world seem to have suddenly become well-behaved, like a tamed border collie, let it do whatever it wants, Hugo and these runifens seem to communicate with each other suddenly much smoother, as if the previous estrangement never existed at all, this sudden change made Hugo very happy and at the same time made him very puzzled!

This change must have something to do with the crown that hung over his head last night, is it true that the crown of Lord Ravenclaw is so strong? Can a man produce such an astonishing change simply by wearing it for a while? Isn't that a casual creation of a great number of geniuses?

It's hard to imagine that a magic item would have such a powerful effect! So is this change a problem with Hugo himself, is the crown related to Trelawney, or is it just with Hugo?

There is no answer to this speculation based on the information that Hugo currently has, maybe His Excellency Ravenclaw knows some inside information, but how does Hugo ask that cold and cold Excellency? Thinking of Ravenclaw, Hugo subconsciously looked towards the position next to him, where there sat the golden seaweed that looked similar to usual, except for the feeling of being a little tired, she was like nothing had happened, it was really a huge nerve!

And the injured Helena did not appear in the classroom, presumably she was recuperating from her injuries, even if the physical injuries could heal soon, but the impact on her mind was probably enough for her to digest for a while, who would have thought that Helena's father would be the dark wizard Peverell? The twists and turns during this period, the love-hate entanglement may be made into a thrilling epic movie!

But at noon, to Hugo's surprise, Helena still appeared at the table, except that her face was a little pale, she looked fine, she put the dinner plate next to Hugo's 'snap', held up a pair of slender throwing knives, squinted at Yu Guo, and then leaned over and whispered: "You didn't tell anyone about last night, especially not that guy Will, you know!"

Well, Hugo was also physically and mentally exhausted last night, and he was lying on the bed when he went back, and he didn't have the mood and energy to talk to Will at all, and besides, he had been warned by Mrs. Camitchell not to reveal what happened, and he was not a person with a broken mouth, of course he didn't tell anyone else, but why did he deliberately remind Hugo not to tell Will?

"Telling Will is tantamount to telling Rosaline, and telling Rosaline is tantamount to telling the whole school!, so you must not tell Will about yesterday!" Helena turned her head and whispered to Golden Seaweed after warning Hugo, not knowing what she was talking about, presumably reminding her not to tell her about last night's events or anything like that.

After explaining to the golden seaweed, Helena turned her head again and whispered to Hugo mysteriously: "Come with me after class in the afternoon, my mother wants to see you!"

Your mother wants to see me! Lord Ravenclaw wants to see me?

"What did Lord Ravenclaw do when he saw me?" Hugo asked involuntarily, taken aback.

Seeing Hugo's expression, Helena picked up the knife and said dissatisfiedly, "What kind of expression do you have?

When he first heard the news, he didn't know why Hugo's heart jumped suddenly! An indescribable strange feeling permeated his heart, did Lord Ravenclaw want to personally thank the person who saved her daughter's life? Normal parents should come forward to express their gratitude, but it is obvious that Helena's mother is not a normal parent!

Hugo couldn't help but think of the power of the crown on his head that night, could it be that this meeting had something to do with the crown in addition to gratitude, but it was also an opportunity to figure out the series of changes that would occur after wearing the crown!

After learning that he was going to meet with His Excellency Ravenclaw, one of the Big Four, after class in the afternoon, Hugo suddenly became nervous, and he kept thinking about it all afternoon, as if he wanted to see his mother-in-law.

After class, Helena appeared in front of Hugo's eyes like a ghost, grabbed his robe, and ignored Will, who looked inexplicably beside him, and ran towards the Ravenclaw tower, all the way into the Ravenclaw common room.

In the alcove opposite the door of the common room sat a half-length marble statue of Rowena Ravenclaw, Helena grimaced at the statue, and then Hugo was stunned to see that the statue actually turned its head slightly to look at them, and then changed to its original posture as if it had never moved.

Helena pulled Hugo into a passage next to the statue, which was originally connected to the dormitory, but when he entered again, Hugo was surprised to find that the familiar road leading to the dormitory was gone!
