Chapter 406: Return of the Missing
One evening a few days later, Louis left the Slytherin dormitory and headed downstairs.
Generally speaking, it is considered a violation of the school rules to go out of the dormitory at will during this time period, but Louis is not even invisible, and just walks with a big grin. As he walked through the hallway, he noticed that Harry had just walked out.
"What do you think Mr. Bagman will tell us, Louis?" asked Harry as he walked.
"I've been listening to Fleur babble through the underground tunnels these days, and if that's what she says, then we might be in a game of treasure hunting?" Louis said uncertainly.
"If that's the case, I think I have a good idea. Harry suddenly looked confident.
"Oh?" Louis gave Harry a surprised look, in his opinion, Harry should not be so powerful.
"Hagrid has a nest of sniffers, and if that's the case, I'll ask him for two, one for each of us. Harry said in a deliberately low voice.
"Harry, we're rivals. Louis said as he looked at Harry with a smile.
"Without your help, I would have been burned to charcoal by the fire dragon or drowned in the water. Harry said nonchalantly.
Louis could only shrug his shoulders, he knew that Harry had been trying to find a way to return the favor. Unfortunately, he didn't need Harry's help.
They walked down the pitch-black lawn towards the Quidditch arena that Professor McGonagall had announced.
"What are they doing?" said Harry, who stopped his steps at the sight in front of him.
The Quidditch arena in front of you is not as smooth and smooth as it used to be. It looks like someone has erected countless long low walls here, which seem to be intricately stretched out in all directions.
"It looks like a wall. Louis said after a moment's pause.
"Good evening!" shouted a cheerful voice.
Ludo Bagman stood in the middle of the pitch with Krum and Fleur standing next to him, apparently both of them having already arrived. Louis and Harry stepped over a few low walls and walked in their direction.
As Luis approached, Fleur gave Louis an immensely beautiful smile, which caused Luis to lose his mind for a moment.
"Well, what do you two think?" asked Bagman happily as Louis and Harry climbed over the last wall, "it's going well, isn't it? In a month at most, Hagrid will be twenty feet tall." Bagman then saw the unpleasant look on Harry's face, "Don't worry, Harry. When the match is over, I promise to give you back a Quidditch arena that's exactly the same as the original!"
Bagman paused, then said mysteriously, "Guess what's we're going to do here?"
"Labyrinth. Krum said in a gruff voice.
"That's right!" Bagman still looked excited, unaffected by the impatience of the four people around him, "The third project is very simple, we'll put the Triwizard Cup in the maze, and whoever can find it will win the event!"
"We just need to go through the maze?" Fleur asked, apparently scared by the second game, which she had always thought would only have to deal with the water.
"Of course........ Not anymore. Bagman deliberately lengthened his voice and said, "There will be many difficulties in the labyrinth....... There are a variety of animal ....... offered by Hagrid A whole lot of spells....... There are also some troublesome spells...... Something like that...... Also, the Warriors who lead the scoring go into the maze first. Bagman smiled at Louis and Harry, "Then Mr. Krum came in........ Finally, Miss Fleur. You all have to work hard to succeed, it's up to you. ”
As everyone stepped over the low wall to leave, Krum suddenly pulled him back, muttered a few words, and then the two of them left side by side.
"Could it be that Krum's true love is Harry?" Louis muttered as he watched the two of them leave, he couldn't understand that the two men would have a connection.
"What are you talking about, Louis?" said a pleasant voice beside him.
"It's you, Miss Delacour. Louis replied politely.
"Just call me Fleur, Louis. Fleur said with a wink at Louis.
Originally, Louis wanted to refuse, but Fleur's actions had already made the little maid very angry, and he didn't want to make trouble for himself. But listening to Fleur's moving voice, he really couldn't say anything about refusal.
"Okay...... Fleur ....."
"You've been avoiding me on purpose lately, is there something I'm making you angry about?" asked Fleur, looking at Louis in confusion.
"Uh..... No...... I'm more homely..... I don't like to go out...."Louis looked away with a weak heart.
"But ......," Fleur said.
"Wait! Someone's running over here!" Louis interrupted Fleur.
"Anyone?" Fleur looked at Louis quizzically.
"Louis, great! Louis, you're not gone yet!" Harry's voice came from a distance, and he looked very anxious.
Louis drew his wand and swung it at the distant return, Harry's speed apparently becoming faster.
"Thank you, Luis. Harry ran up to Louis and gasped, "I saw Mr. Crouch, something seemed wrong, he told me to go to Professor Dumbledore............"
"Where is he? I'll go check it out first, and you go find Professor Dumbledore!" Louis said with a frown, a man who had been missing for so long suddenly appeared at Hogwarts, and looked very delirious, and it was obvious that there was something big wrong here.
"He's in the direction I'm coming from, Krum will watch him for me! I'll inform Professor Dumbledore first, and Mr. Crouch will ask you to help watch first, he doesn't look right, you need to be careful!" Before he could finish speaking, Harry hurried towards the castle.
"Fleur, you ........," Louis said, glancing at Fleur.
"I'll go with you! it's too dangerous for you to go alone!" said Fleur without hesitation.
Although she didn't like to take risks, if Louis was allowed to go alone, then what right would she have to continue looking for Louis in the future? besides, she was also one of the best students at Beauxbatons School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, otherwise it would not be her turn to participate in the Triwizard Tournament, and if she retreated at this time, then Madame Maxim would definitely be very disappointed. Therefore, in public and private, she will rush over with Louis!
