Chapter Ninety-Eight: Counting the Harvest

The way in before had been sealed by lava. Behind Luka www.biquge.info in the hole that had been accidentally shaken out, the lava was also rising rapidly, and it would not be long before it spilled over to the ground.

And that's not the worst of it, when they first landed on the island, Lukka and their faces were covered with a damp cloth for filtration, but now they are dry and completely incapacitated to poison gas and soot.

Is there any other exit?, Lukka thought, his gaze sweeping over the lair. To his disappointment, except for the passage he had just entered, there were basically no twists and turns in the entire lair, and the solidified lightning reflected everything in the shadows: here, there was only one exit!

Oh no, two, if you count the hole where the silver dragon fell.

However, both of these holes are now occupied by lava, and even Nora is hard to say if she will be injured in the lava.

After a few seconds of froze, Lukka realized that he had to figure out a solution. Looking at the collapsed rubble in front of him, he suddenly shouted, "Cave wall! Crete, find the thinnest wall of this lair!"

Crete immediately understood what he meant, and with his hand holding up his glasses, which had already broken a leg, he began to look at the walls of the entire lair.

Suddenly, he pointed to the cave wall on the northwest side and said, "There!"

Lukka walked around the hole in the middle of the lair, his boots kicking several silver wine glasses with a few pleasant "tinkling" sounds. He ignored all this, and in the midst of the volcano's shaking after vibration, he used his hands and feet to come in the direction that Crete pointed out.

Facing the stone wall, the seismological spell exited again.

I don't know if any other mage has used this spell in a vertical direction, but Lukka's attempt this time was successful, leaving a huge depression in the cave wall with a single cast.

Again! Lukka cheered himself on, not knowing how thick the mountain behind the cave wall was, and he couldn't stop.

Ollie looked at Luca, who was sweating profusely, and wanted to come forward to help. But looking at the piece of wood in her hand, she hesitated, this kind of tool can only help up, right?

"Ding!"

As the mountain shook again, a silver wine glass rolled to Ollie's feet. She looked in the direction the glass was rolling, and her greatsword was slanted over the smoke-filled hole, crumbling.

Ollie took a few leaps forward, gripped the greatsword above the dangling hole, and the dust under his feet slid down, engulfing the lava in an instant like the silver dragon before him.

Daniel's large hands tugged at her leather vest from behind, dragging her back a moment before Ollie slipped off.

"It's too dangerous!" the ghost didn't expect the little girl to be as greedy for money as the captain.

"Get it back!" Ollie smiled as she raised her sword, fumbled under her again, and pulled out something that hurt her thigh, and tossed it to Daniel.

"My scepter!" the ghost suddenly remembered what it had come here for.

Ollie patted Daniel, who had been smiling at the scepter, and pointed to Luca, who was busy in front of him, and said, "Hurry up and help!"

Then, she threw the backpack to Nora behind her: "Pack more things and go back, you can pack as much as you want!"

With that, she walked over to Lukka and began to clean the stone wall that Lukka had shaken with her greatsword, and Daniel followed with her scepter.

With a helper, Lukka was much more efficient, and instead of having to distract himself from using the mage's hand to remove the rubble, he could concentrate on destroying the cave walls.

Finally, after advancing more than ten meters, the stone wall in front of Lukka shattered, and a wisp of salty cold and moist air blew in front of him.

He had never missed the sea breeze so much as he did now.

As everyone helped each other back to the Silent Reaper, Lukka finally felt tired.

The depleted mana pool, coupled with a sprained ankle, made his journey back even more difficult. However, looking back at the bulging backpack in Nora's arms, Lukka suddenly became energetic. What made him even faster was the red lava flow that was already flowing down the hillside.

......

"Let's get out of the boat!" Lukka hurriedly ordered after everyone returned to the Silent Reaper.

It didn't work out for him, and Daniel had begun to control the sails to retreat.

Ten minutes later, the volcanic island behind the Silent Death burst into a series of bright red flashes that reached into the sky, and the entire sea shook a few times.

Unlike the silence that appeared when it appeared, the island disappeared with a loud noise, rumbling for half an hour before slowly sinking with the water vapor that evaporated from the lava as it came into contact with the sea.

On the Silent Death, Lukka observed a second of silence for the unknown silver dragon. Those scales are worth a lot of money at first glance!

But now what he has to care about is: Is he losing anything?

Nora shook the bottom of her backpack a few times and poured out everything in the bag.

Among them, only Ollie's armor was specially picked by her, and she didn't look at the other things at all, and she put whatever she touched in her hand. The things that fell on the ground were all shiny without exception, and it seemed that the taste of this silver dragon was similar to that of a magpie.

There were a lot of gems, and Lukka put them all away.

I don't know if the silver wine glass is pure, so let's go back and ask Leon to help exchange it for silver coins.

Suddenly, an oval-shaped silver sphere slipped from between Luka's fingers. It was first mixed up with a few golden plates, and Lukka didn't grasp the smooth shape, and his hand shook and fell to the ground.

The oval sphere rolled a few meters and came to a halt on an old book spread out on the ground.

Shut up and woke up from his sleep, instantly turned into a parrot and jumped into the air: "There is an assassin!

"You go back to sleep, we're tidying things up. Lukka pressed it back onto the shelf.

"No...... No, something just struck me!" Shut up's memory was still stuck in the moment before the lightning struck, but when it lowered its head and saw the orb still rolling around on the floor, it grew out of its mouth in surprise, and it took a long time to spit out two words:

"Dragon Eggs!"

"Is this a dragon egg?" Lukka scooped up the orb and examined it carefully.

The egg is about 30 centimeters long, with an oval silver shell evenly distributed with small golden stripes, and the ends of these golden patterns are bright red.

Shut up and jumped on Luka's shoulder, looked at the egg and said:

"Silver Dragon's egg? No, the pattern and color are not right, is it a half-blood? I haven't heard of such a hybrid! Where did you get it?"

After Lukka described what had happened on the volcano as succinctly as he could, the parrot jumped into the air again and shouted:

"What? You killed a dragon?! And you didn't even take me with you!"
