Chapter 19, Werewolf Camp
looked at the girl silently, a youthful and bright face was a little distorted and hideous.
Sighing softly, "This matter is also because of me, come with me!" Balin nodded and took Alice back on the road.
Adam walked ahead, and the three of them made their way into the forest.
Soon after, the three of them came to a canyon. Adam said: "There is a natural cave here, and the air in the cave is quite acceptable. Most of us live here!"
Looking in the direction of Adam's finger, Bahrain could only see the mountain walls covered with vines. There were only a few shadowy figures swaying in the vine-covered air raids.
"Go and let me know, don't cause misunderstanding!" Barin stood still at the mouth of the canyon and commanded Adam.
Adam nodded, and walked into the canyon in two or three steps: "Bald, come out!"
"Who are they?" said a man in his fifties, who had some hair loss on the top of his head, came out of the bushes and looked at the two Bahraini with a wary expression. It's just that when his gaze fell on the molten heart suspended at Bahrain's side, a pair of pupils suddenly contracted.
Involuntarily exclaimed, "Arcanist?"
The bald man's consternation quickly turned to ecstasy, and he quickly ran towards the two Balin.
"Your Excellency, are you here to pick us up to the Blood Sea Barrier?" When they were blocked by the Blood Sea Barrier, these werewolves were naturally full of resentment towards the Arcanist and despair for the world. However, after so many years, they were even more eager to be accepted by the Blood Sea Barrier again.
The sudden arrival of Bahrain made the bald man mistakenly believe that he was from an arcane master in the Xuehai Enchantment. All kinds of grievances erupted helplessly.
Unfortunately, reality is always so cruel. Bahrain, who was pinned on his infinite hope, just shook his head helplessly: "I'm sorry, I'm not from the Blood Sea Enchantment!"
It was as if he had been hit on the head with a blow on the head of a bald man. He stood stiffly in place, looked at Bahrain with a cloudy face, and then let out a long sigh.
"Let's go back to camp first!" said Adam, who hurriedly walked over and played the round. The bald man glanced at Bahrain with some grievances, nodded, and led the group to a hidden cave.
Peel aside the vines that deliberately cover the entrance to the cave, revealing a pitch-black cavern.
A faint light shone from the other side of the cave! The sounds of children playing, and the faint conversation of adults.
On the other side of the cave were guarded by two adult men, who were shocked and ecstatic when they saw the molten hearts around Balin. Obviously, just like the bald man, he misunderstood that Balin was an arcane master from the Blood Sea Enchantment who came to pick them up.
The bald man naturally knew what his companion was thinking, and walked up to explain with a wry smile.
The group quickly walked through the cave and came to the other side. The other side of the cave leads to a small, semi-enclosed canyon that looks like a former earthquake caused part of the cave to crack open, and sunlight casts through the crack above. A little mountain spring flows down the rocks, quite a bit of a glimmer of sight.
"There's a spacious clearing from here, and our people live in it. Further inside, there is a closed cave. Adam stood aside and introduced Bahrain, and some of the children came running over to see Bahrain and Alice timidly looking at the two strangers.
After turning a small corner, a rather spacious clearing opened up in front of Bahrain's eyes. Some of the log cabins are made of logs. Near the cave, a burst of water vapor rose, and several women were lying in it with their children. It turned out to be a small natural hot spring.
The Molten Heart seemed to brighten up a little, and Balin keenly felt an even richer lava power surging from under his feet, and the rhythm of his Molten Heart increased its speed.
With a move in his heart, he ran Zhou Tianxing's Dou Jue. Sure enough, it was discovered that there was a silent lava lake beneath the cave. Back then, it was also a volcano. It is only the vicissitudes of the sea and the changes in the earth's crust that form a karst cave.
Bahrain looked at everything in front of him with some emotion, this is indeed a good hiding place.
Soon, the werewolves who stayed in the camp surrounded them, and they were quite excited. Anyone who wanders in such a precarious way longs to return to a peaceful civilized society.
Adam had to explain again to his fellow men in the camp. After a while, the people in the camp started a bonfire, took out some prey and began to entertain the two Balin.
Although there were some disappointments, everyone knew that Bahrain would be their hope for a return to the Arcanist world. The Blood Sea Barrier will reject them, but it will not reject the return of an Arcanist who has been left behind.
Naturally, Balin also understands the expectations of these werewolves, and it just so happens that he also needs these werewolves to collect information and provide food for him during this time. Both sides have each other's needs, and naturally the guests and hosts are happy.
After so many days, Bahrain was finally able to eat a hot bite and get a good night's sleep. Briefly chatted with everyone a few more words and found a few clothes that fit. Bahrain came to the hot springs alone, took off his clothes, and soaked his tired body in the hot springs.
Warm springs enveloped Bahrain, dispelling the fatigue he had accumulated since he fled.
They made room for him in a separate hut, and he slept comfortably, and did not get out of bed until noon the next day.
Stretching his back, Balin changed into the clean clothes provided for him by the werewolves. Pushing open the wooden door, he walked out lazily.
"Wizard?" Alice stood at the door of her room in Bahrain with a blank face, looking like she had been on guard for no telling how long.
"Say it!" Balin nodded! He slept well last night, and he was in a good mood today.
"I want to learn spells!" Alice stared at Balin with a serious face, as if there was a way that I was harmed like this by you, and you must be responsible for me.
"First of all, I am an arcane master, not a wizard in a fairy tale compiled by the Holy See! Secondly, if you want to learn arcane, you must first be able to awaken the arcane talent!" Balin looked at Alice seriously and said softly: "It's a pity that you haven't been able to awaken at your age, and your soul and body have been completely stabilized! So it's a pity that you don't have the talent to become an arcane!"
Bahrain clearly saw that Alice was like a skin that had completely lost its support, and the last bit of existence of the whole person seemed to be gone. It was as if in an instant, she was a soulless shell.
"However, there is another way that allows you to control your power!" said Bahrain suddenly, "It's just that this way is dangerous and cruel!"
"Yes, I'm just for revenge!" Alice's dark eyes lit up again.
"This is an ancient ritual that has been handed down from the age of ancient magic. Burn humanity and finally be reborn from the ashes!Turn into a messenger of ashes!" After Balin finished speaking, he sighed slightly: "It's just that there are very few people who can succeed!"
"I'd like to try!" said Alice, with great firmness, the flames of vengeance had been kindled, scorching her soul.
"The conditions here are limited, so let's try to hold a ceremony for you when the conditions are available!"
