Chapter Seventy-Eight: Delicious Memory

Roman did not follow the Colonel, but hurried to his room, longing to see his wife and daughter at once after his death, in order to calm his agitated mind.

From time to time on the road he was asked for news of the knights, and he excused himself from the colonel's strict orders.

From afar, he saw his wife and daughter standing downstairs, and when they found themselves jumping excitedly, Roman couldn't help running, and soon the family hugged each other tightly, and Roman's panicked heart calmed down.

Roman's wife, Larissa, had red eyes, and when she heard that her husband had come out of the wall to find the Silver Knight, although she knew that he had returned safely, she was still afraid, and she didn't know what to tell her daughter if something happened to her husband.

Roman's eyes were slightly red when he saw his wife's expression, but he hugged his wife more tightly, as if to comfort her uneasiness.

"Daddy, what's on your chest! It's so hard, it hurts me!" said her daughter, Anna.

"Hey, hey, baby, this is good!let's go!let's go home!" Roman smiled and touched the hard object on his chest, looked around before whispering.

"Hmm!" Anna nodded obediently.

Roman picked up his daughter, kissed her emaciated face hard, and walked towards their room together in the arms of his wife.

"Haha! Come on, let's eat Larisa Anna!" After closing the door, Roman couldn't wait to take out the contents of his breast pocket and hand them to his wife.

"Ahh

"No! it was given to me by those knights!" Roman wanted to tell about the mission of this trip, but looking at his wife's expression, the words came to his mouth and swallowed back, so it didn't make any sense except to worry Larissa!

"Open it! Little Anna's saliva is pouring out!hahaha!" Roman quietly changed the subject.

"I hate it! Daddy! Anna didn't drool!" Anna heard her father's teasing.

Larisa couldn't help but smile when she saw her daughter's cute eyes, and quickly tore open the seal, carefully pinched a piece of fish meat and stuffed it into her daughter's mouth.

Anna couldn't wait to chew on it, the pieces of meat turned into puree between her teeth, and the delicacy quickly spread in her mouth, and she couldn't help but close her eyes and a happy look on her face, as if she were eating the best food in the world at this time.

After chewing for a long time, Anna swallowed it reluctantly, and when she opened her eyes, she saw that her parents were looking at her with a loving face, and her pale face couldn't help but blush.

Roman looked sad and tried to smile, while praying in his heart that those knights could really bring a different change to the poor people in distress.

"Baby! Daddy has already eaten a box! You and Mommy!"

The mother and daughter slowly ate the canned food in one bite, and of course most of it went into Little Anna's stomach.

A small box of canned food brought Anna fond memories, and even if she lived a better life in the future, the taste of today is still deeply engraved in her mind.

"Tuk tuk!" suddenly heard footsteps outside the door, and then there was a knock on the door.

The two women who were reminiscing were suddenly startled, and as if they were thieves, Larisa hurriedly hid the empty cans, and Anna even fanned hard into the air with her small hands, trying to fan the smell in the air.

Roman watched his wife and daughter sit down before he walked to the door, opened the door, and as soon as the door opened, he saw that the living room outside was crowded with people, almost all of them soldiers and family members who lived nearby.

"Uh, what's the matter with you?" said Roman as he watched everyone outside the door look at him with hopeful eyes.

"Sir Roman, I heard that you went out of the wall to get those knights! you are so brave!" said a voice in the crowd, and as the voice fell, the crowd suddenly burst into praise of Roman.

"yes! If I don't dare to go out of the wall!"

"Of course you don't dare! I told you to go up to the wall to guard you, and you were so scared that your whole body trembled!"

"You're not the same!

"Hahaha!"

Larisa kept a smile on her face when she heard the praise from everyone outside the door, but she was proud of her husband in her heart, and Anna laughed happily.

Roman also had a smile on his face, but he couldn't understand their intentions in his heart, they wouldn't have come to praise him.

"Don't argue, it's important to get down to business!" a voice said loudly.

"Yes, yes, yes!"

"Sir Roman, are these knights the same as the silver knights of that day?"

"Well, I don't know!" replied Roman, though the knights were all dressed in silver and white armor.

"Then we will be able to eat well with these knights from now on!"

"Of course! Now those knights are clearing the city of monsters! When they are all cleared, the city will naturally resume production! Of course, they will have enough to eat!" Roman said loudly.

"Yes, yes!"

"Haha! Kill all those monsters! Restore the city!"

"Alright guys, please go back and wait in peace! The knights will arrange your mission soon, I just hope you don't drop the chain when the time comes!" Roman reminded.

"Yes, yes, just go back and wait!"

"Let's go, let Chief Roman rest! he's just come back from outside the wall!"

The crowd finally dispersed.

"Boss Sergei! What should we do now! What the hell is that damn Boris trying to do!" a bald head cursed loudly, a hint of fear faintly audible in his bluffing voice.

"That person won't say anything at all?" Sergei asked, squinting slightly and with a gloomy face.

"Boss! Don't talk about it, now you can't get close to a single step, as long as you cross the line, that bastard will shoot, and several brothers have been injured!" "The bald head remembered that he was almost hit by a bullet, and his back was cold, and his heart was even more itchy, thinking that he had given this white-eyed wolf so many benefits!

"You're talking about what you heard earlier!" Sergei stared at the bald head.

He said that Boris had Roman go out of the wall early in the morning with a few soldiers, and he didn't know what he was doing, but he said that when Roman came out of the wall, he asked the soldiers guarding the wall about what he had seen the silver and white knights of the brigade yesterday. Boss, could Roman have gone out to look for those silver knights?" the bald head suddenly became excited when he thought of this possibility.

"Hmm, you go down first!" Sergei waved his hand, leaning back into the soft couch.

The bald head looked at the boss's calm face, and a confident calm suddenly made the fear in his heart gradually dissipate.

Sherman's mind was spinning rapidly, the huge sense of crisis oppressed his heart extremely anxious, the peace on his face was just pretending to show his subordinates, he was not as confident as the bald head imagined.
