"The Fifteen Treatises on Chongyang Teaching"
This chapter is Baidu content, so you can ignore the teachings of the Quanzhen Sect to give you a little understanding
The first dwelling hermitage
Those who are ordained must first join the nunnery. The hermitage, the house, is also leaning on. If there is a movement, you must not overwork, and if you are overworked, you will lose your qi; you must not move, and if you do not move, your qi and blood will stagnate, and you must move and be still, and then you can keep the normal peace, this is the method of living in the hermitage.
The second cloud tour
There are two ways to travel: one is to see the beautiful landscapes, the red and green flowers and trees, or the prosperity of the state capital (with "play"), or to enjoy the temples and pavilions, or to find friends to indulge, or to pay attention to food and clothing. The two of them, seeking life, asking Miao Xuan, climbing the mountains of the mountains, visiting the Master's fearlessness, crossing the noisy distant waters, and asking questions tirelessly. If you have a similar sentence, you will have a round light and an inner hair, and you will be a true husband for the major events of life and death. Such a person is really wandering!
The third study book
The way of learning books, not to find the text and mess with the eyes, should be adopted to meet the heart. She can collect it into your heart, be sincere for a long time, be naturally full of light, be enthusiastic, know everything, and understand everything. If you come here, you can adopt, and you can't gallop your ears for fear of losing your life. If you don't exhaust the original intention of books, you just want to remember more and read widely, talk about them in front of people, praise talents, are not beneficial to cultivation, and hurt your spirit, even if you read more books, what good is it with the Tao?
Fourth, on combination medicine
The medicine is the beauty of the mountains and rivers, and the essence of plants and trees. One warm and one cold, can be replenished or discharged, one thick and one thin, can be supported. If you are a scholar, you will be a living person's life, and if you are blind (the same as "medicine"), you will damage your body. Those who learn the Tao must not be able to pass it, and if they do not understand it, they will not be able to help the way. If you can't be persistent, it will be detrimental to Yin Gong, greedy for money and goods outside, and cultivate the truth at internal expense, which is not enough to attract sorrow in this life, and avoid retribution in the next life.
The fifth treatise on covering
Thatched hermitage huts, need to cover their shapes, sleep in the open, and violate the sun and moon. It is not the work of a sergeant, and the high hall is not the work of a Taoist. Cut down trees, cut off the earth's veins, turn goods into wealth, and take the blood of others. Only cultivating external skills, not cultivating internal skills, such as painting cakes to satisfy hunger, snow for food, vain labor, to become empty. Those who have aspirations should have looked for the treasure hall in the body, the Zhu Lou outside the body, and after the repair, look at the collapse. Wise gentleman, take a closer look.
The Sixth Treatise on Companionship
Taoist companions, instinctive illness to help each other, you die and I will bury you, I will die and you will bury. However, choose someone first and then partner, not partner first and then choose someone. You can't fall in love, if you fall in love, you will tie your heart, and if you don't fall in love, you won't be in love. There are three in three and three in one: clear heart, wisdom, and ambition, and this triad is also. Ignorance of the external environment, no wisdom and stupidity, no ambition to do anything and coax, these three are not compatible. The foundation of one's life is in the jungle, all by one's will, not to conform to human feelings, not to take appearance, only to choose the wise, is the law.
The seventh treatise on meditation
Anyone who meditates, who is not speechless and has a straight body and eyes closed, is also a fake sitting. Those who really sit must be twelve hours, dwelling, walking, sitting and lying, in the middle of all movement, the heart is like Mount Tai, not moving or shaking, breaking the four doors, eyes, ears, mouth and nose, not letting the outside scene enter, but there is the slightest movement and quiet thoughts, that is, not nameless meditation. Those who can do this, although they are in the earthly world, their names have been listed in the immortal position, and they do not need to go far to others, they are saints and sages in their bodies. A hundred years of achievement, shelling and ascending to the truth, one pill into one, and eight tables of iQue.
The eighth treatise on lowering the mind
When talking about the way of the mind, if it is always clear, its mind is not moving, it is faint and silent, it does not see all things, it is silent, it is neither inside nor outside, and there is not the slightest thought, this is the center, and it cannot be lowered. If the mind is born upside down with the situation, upside down, looking for the head and the tail, this name is also disordered, and it should be cut off quickly, and it should not be indulged, corrupting morality and losing life. Living, walking, sitting and lying, often diligently descending, hearing, seeing, and perceiving, without ("Daozang" was originally written as "for", according to the context, when changed to "none") patients!
The ninth treatise on refining
Rationality is like tuning the piano, the strings are tight, the strings are broken, the slow is in the middle, the piano can be adjusted!
The tenth treatise is on matching the five qis
The five qi gathered in the middle palace, the three yuan were gathered on the top, the green dragon sprayed red mist, and the white tiger spit black smoke. Ten thousand gods are listed, hundreds of veins are flowing, dansha is shining, lead and mercury are condensed, and the body is sent to the world, and the gods have swam in the sky.
Eleventh Treatise on Mixed Life
The sex is also God, and the life is also angry. If sex is fateful, it is like a bird with the wind, fluttering and light, and it is easy to save effort. "Yin Fu Jing" cloud: "The control of birds is in qi", yes. Those who cultivate the truth must not participate, and they must not leak to the corporal, for fear that there will be gods to blame. Life is the foundation of cultivation, so be careful to exercise it!
The twelfth treatise on the holy way
The way to enter the sainthood is to be a person who has worked hard for many years, accumulated meritorious deeds, a wise person, and a virtuous person before he can enter the holy path. Living in a room, full of sex, the saints of the whole world, silently supporting, the infinite immortal monarch, surrounded by the underworld. The famous collection of purple mansions, ranking in the immortal ranks, the shape and placed in the dust, the heart has been clear outside the object!
The thirteenth treatise on the Three Realms
The realm of desire, the realm of color, and the realm of colorlessness are the three realms. The heart forgets the thoughts, that is, the transcendent desire realm, the heart forgets the realms, that is, the transcendent color realm, and the non-empty vision, that is, the transcendent colorless realm; away from these three realms, the gods live in the land of immortals and saints, and sex is in the realm of Yuqing!
The fourteenth treatise on the method of self-cultivation
The Dharmakaya is also the formless appearance. There is no emptiness, no back, no front, no lower than not high, neither short nor long. If you use it, you can do everything, and if you hide it, you will be silent. If you get this way, you can raise it, and if you raise more, you will have more merit, and if you raise less, you will have less merit. Don't want to return, don't love the world, go to live naturally!
The fifteenth treatise on leaving the world
Those who leave the world are not separated from the body, but also from the heart. The body is like a lotus root, the heart is like a lotus flower, the root is in the mud and the flower is in the void! A person who has attained the Tao is in the mortal world and the heart is in the holy realm! A person who wants to never die and leave the mortal world is a great fool who does not reach the truth! A person who speaks the 15 commentaries, and a person with lofty aspirations in the police gate, can be deeply observed and known
The "Fifteen Treatises on the Establishment of the Chongyang Religion" expounds on the basic ideas of the founding of the Quanzhen Path, discusses a total of 15 topics, and actually talks about three central issues:
Code of Practice
First, it expounds the principles of the spiritual life of the Quanzhen Taoists, including living in the nunnery, wandering, learning books, combining medicines, building buildings, and joining the Tao. He pointed out that the Taoist priest lived in the nunnery in order to "have a body to rely on, gradually gain peace of mind, and be in harmony with the spirit," so as to enter the true way; but it was only necessary to cover the shape of the thatched hermitage and the thatched hermitage, and to oppose the high hall of the main hall and the carved beams of the Junyu; otherwise, it would be "not the work of a master" and "how could it be the work of a Taoist"? Obviously, this was a frugal measure taken against the great revival of the palace and the corruption and degeneration of Taoism in the Northern Song Dynasty. For Yunyou, it is believed that "looking at the scenery of the world, the mind is chaotic and declining, this is a person who wanders in the void", and "seeking life, asking for mysteries", "visiting the Master tirelessly", "asking tirelessly" is "true Yunyou".
For the study of books, it is pointed out that "it is not possible to find the text and mess with the eyes", and it is required to "adopt the intention to meet the heart, give up the book to explore the reason, and the reason to collect the interest", and "collect it into the heart", so as to achieve "the heart is full of light, the wisdom and spirit are enthusiastic, and the omniscient and incomprehensible are all-encompassing". We should oppose the clear talk of "just remembering more and reading widely, and talking about and praising talents in front of people", and we must achieve "the meaning of the book can be hidden deeply". In terms of medicine, it is advocated that "those who learn the Tao must not pass it, and if they do not understand it, they will not be able to help the Tao". For making friends, it is proposed that "the foundation of life is in the jungle, all by heart, not to conform to human feelings, not to take appearance, only to choose the wise is the law". From the above, we can see the outline of the strict administration of religion at the beginning of the Quanzhen Path.
Neidan cultivation
Second, it expounds the cultivation theories of the Inner Dan of the Whole True Path, including meditation, lowering the mind, refining nature, matching the five qi, and mixing life. It is believed that the meditator only wants to sit with his eyes in a straight position, or "fake sitting"; Those who really sit must live, walk, sit and lie in the middle of all movement and stillness at 12 o'clock, their hearts are like Mount Tai, do not move or waver, cut off the four eyes, ears, mouth, and nose, and do not let the exterior scene enter, but there is the slightest movement and quiet thoughts, that is, they do not meditate. Those who can do so, although they are in the world, their names have been listed in the immortal ranks. In terms of cultivation, he advocates sex before life, and recognizes the power of "God and life." If sex is fateful, it is like a bird fluttering in the wind, and it is easy to achieve effort." For this reason, the Taoist priest is required to concentrate his mind and reduce his thoughts, and when refining his nature, he must experience the method of "attaining the middle" and being self-wonderful. In short, "life is the foundation of cultivation. ”
Theory of cultivating immortals
Third, it expounds the theory of the whole true path of cultivating true and becoming immortals, including the holy path, the transcendent three realms, the method of self-cultivation, and leaving the mortal world. It is believed that "the way to enter the holy world must be hard work for many years and accumulate achievements". It is required to achieve "living in a room, full of sex", "placed in the dust, and the heart is already clear outside the object". It is proposed: "The mind forgets the mind and the mind is the transcendent realm of desire, the mind forgets the realms that transcend the realm of color, and the mind that does not see empty sight is the transcendent colorless realm." Leaving these three realms, the gods live in the land of immortals and saints, and the sex is in the realm of Yuqing!" He also said: "The Dharma body is also invisible. It is not empty, there is no front, it is not high, it is not short or long, it is all-encompassing, and it is hidden without a trace. All these show the ideological tendency of the whole true path to merge with the Buddha and enter the path. And clearly stated: "Those who leave the world are not separated from the body, but also from the heart", and "those who have attained the Tao are in the mortal world and the heart is in the holy realm". Criticize "those who want to never die and leave the world today are foolish and unreasonable." It also shows that after absorbing Buddhist thought, Quanzhen Dao has abandoned the ideal of immortality in the flesh and has instead pursued spiritual (or "yangshen") immortality.
From the above, it can be seen that this book not only reveals the basic belief of the Quanzhen Dao - the immortality of the "yang god", but also expounds the basic means to achieve this goal - the cultivation of Neidan, and also stipulates the principle of Taoist practice - suffering oneself and benefiting others, and proclaims the main purpose of the establishment of the religion - the unity of the three religions. Therefore, this book is the outline and basic content of the Quanzhen Doctrine, and occupies a very important position in the books of the Quanzhen Dao. [2]
