Chapter 474: Bodhisattva Tuo
Qu Rong, the commander of the Chu army, saw that the fire in the Hu'an Palace was burning, and Fan Yuntong and other Pakistani warriors also turned the bones into ashes, burst into tears, and sighed: "What is the suffering of the Ba people! It is a pity that this incomparable Ba-style palace was destroyed in the war. ”
Looking at the smoke burning in Hu'an Palace, Qu Rong repeatedly blamed himself: "The death of the fighting eagle is also my great sin!"
The people around him saw that Qu Rong had said similar things several times, and said: "I also want to blame General Dou for insisting on a duel with Fan Yuntong, please forgive the general." ”
Qu Rong said: "You should know that the year before last, it was I who let Fan Yuntong live in the pavilion to have today's duel." ”
The man comforted: "No one would have thought that Fan Yuntong at that time was not a fake, but a ghost that lingered and came back from the dead." (For the past, see Chapter 388 of this book, "Let the Tiger Return to the Mountain")
Qu Rong's tears flowed, and he was so happy to pack up the bodies of Douying and other generals, and immediately sent them back to their respective hometowns for heavy burial.
Jing Ling, the overseer, had been by Qu Rong's side, and then said, "General, did you order to extinguish the fire and check if there are the bodies of Hu Anbo's father and son?"
Qu Rong thought for a while and said, "It is estimated that it has been burned beyond recognition, how can we verify the correct body?"
After a while, Jing Ling, the superintendent, said again: "Ask the general, are Hu Anbo's father and son really in the Hu'an Palace?"
Qu Rong smiled slyly and said, "I have informed General Zhuang Fu. ”
Jing Ling seemed to understand something, and didn't ask anymore.
Hu'an Palace turned into ashes, there are only some elderly people in Hu'an City (including the old village of the Gu'an family) who have not escaped or can't escape, Qu Rong thinks that there are more important things to do, and ordered that in addition to the various armies surrounding the grassland of Hu'an Mountain, other troops will be collected, and ordered that no one should harass the Ba people in Hu'an City who have not escaped, let alone destroy the houses, ancestral halls, and tombs of the Ba people.
Many years later, Hu'an City and Xiangshitai were also completely destroyed. Since then, there is only one relic in the grassland of Hu'an Mountain, which is said to be related to the Ba people at that time.
This legend is not false, this relic is related to the guest Qing of Hu'an Palace and Deng Lu of Chu State.
However, before the decisive battle of the Hu'an Mountain Grassland, Deng Lu learned that the Chu army had broken through Hu'anmen, and said to the two entourage: "The Chu army has entered the grassland, and the jade and stones are burned, so you quickly move all the utensils and food in the wood and grass hut to the nearby cave, and then evacuate the wood and grass hut." Over the years, I still have some surplus wealth, and you can divide it, so run for your life. ”
A few days later, a Chu army passed by and saw that the wooden and grass hut where Deng Lu lived had been demolished, thinking that there was no one here, so Deng Lu escaped in the cave.
More than 20 years later, some local people found that there was a stone statue of a young and middle-aged woman in the cave where Deng Lu had been hiding.
An old woman heard about this and came to see it, but said: "You don't have to guess, I have seen Mrs. Hu'an Palace many times, this stone statue looks like Mrs. Ba Yongqiu." ”
It is suspected that this old woman fled from Hu'an Palace back then. As a result, the local population said that Ba Yongqiu, the wife of Hu Ambo, turned into a god here, burned incense and prayed for blessings, and continued for several generations.
Of course, these people will never know, in fact, this is the time when Deng Lu, the guest secretary of Hu'an Palace, missed his lover in this way.
It wasn't until six or seven hundred years later that some Buddhists from other places came to the Hu'an Mountain Grassland (at this time it was already called the "Fairy Mountain Grassland"), saw the stone statue in this cave, and heard that it was the statue of the lady of the Hu'an Palace during the Warring States Period, and said: "This stone statue, the face may be similar to your legendary Mrs. Hu'an Palace, but the body and clothes of the stone statue are suspected to be the statue of Guanyin." However, one thing does not make sense: At that time, Buddhism had not yet been introduced to the Central Plains, let alone the remote country of Pakistan? Could it be that Buddhism had already been introduced to Danfushui earlier than the Central Plains through some channel, but the locals did not know that Buddhism was Buddhism, so it was not spread to the world? "It's confusing.
As soon as the outsider said it, the locals came here to worship the Buddha.
There is also a legend that people later built a temple here, and then it was destroyed, and this place is called "Bodhisattva Tuo".
So far, there are still several stone statues in the Bodhisattva Tuo, but the stone statues carved by Deng Lu are probably gone. Local good men and women often come to this cave to burn incense and worship Buddha, the incense is vigorous, especially in the lunar calendar February 19, June 19 (said to be the birthday of Guanyin Bodhisattva), the most lively.
———— that's another story.
Get back to business.
The commander of the Chu army, Qu Rong, collected the army, returned to Hu'anmen, the gateway to the Hu'an Mountain grassland, and exchanged the latest situation with Zhuang Fu, the deputy marshal guarding here, and then asked: "General Zhuang, on your side, is there any news of Hu'anbo's father and son? Also, has General Longfei of Ba Guo captured Wucheng?"
Zhuang replied: "In this way, it is very likely that Hu Anbo and his son had fled before the decisive battle on the grassland, but they have not received any relevant news for the time being; it is reported that Wucheng has fled into the sea of ten thousand winds and forests and is chasing after them! In addition, they have also received a report: Furong, the main plate of Sanmiao Village, has fled to the area of Fukou and cannot be captured in a short time. ”
Qu Rong said: "Pan Furong is a woman after all, if she runs, let her run well, don't have to chase her anymore, let her find a place to live in Ba." What I am most worried about is, of course, not Panhibiscus, nor Wucheng. ”
Qu Rong said a secret to Zhuang Fu, Zhuang Fu smiled knowingly, and said: "I'm afraid Hu Anbo can't think of it, among the Ba people, there are also informers." The dream dragon is indeed a more dangerous person than Hu Amber, he must see people in life and corpses in death, otherwise there will be endless troubles. ”
Qu Rong said: "How to hunt down Hu Anbo's father and son depends on General Zhuang." ”
Zhuang Fu said with a smile: "General rest assured, the last general has not just been quite sleepy in the past few days when he entered Hu'an Mountain. ”
"I knew you had a clever plan. Qu Rong snorted a few haha.
After the two commanders discussed, Qu Rong ordered a part of the Chu army (the part of the water division to land) to retreat to the gate of Danfu Water Gorge to strengthen the waterway defense, and never let Ba Yuan'an, the eighth prince of Ba Guo, have a counterattack; Of course, Qu Rong's main target is not Wucheng, a native of Chu.
Two days later, a Chu army entered the Dongting Village of Wanfeng Lin Haimuzisan, and there were more than 100 scattered Baguo warriors, wounded soldiers, and refugees hiding in the village.
The Chu army searched carefully and found the secret path that Mu Mangzi, Yu Mengyu, Du Qunfang, and Lan Hui had entered Longshui Gorge from the cliff when they ran away (escaped marriage) (see Chapter 209 of this book, "The Great Escape of Victory"), thinking that a Ba warrior had descended from Longshui Gorge.
The Chu army reported to Qu Rong, and Qu Rong believed that the more dangerous the legendary Hu'an Mountain, the more likely it was to hide the remnants of the Ba army, so he ordered a general to lead 300 people to go down to Longshui Gorge to eliminate the remaining enemies, and prevent them from coming out to make trouble again like the remnants of the Gong's clan, the Yu'an clan, and the Yuhou subordinates.
The consequence of Qu Rong's order was that the Dadong tribe (formerly the Dan tribe of the Wuzhen Kingdom of the Ancient Kingdom of Yushui) in the Longshui Gorge, who had disappeared for many years, was discovered by the Chu army.
The Dan tribesmen fought a battle with the sudden and uninformed Chu army, and the tribe collapsed. I don't know the life and death of the wise man's great cave master.
