My 2019 keywords
Today is January 1, 2020.
At the beginning of the new year, I summarized my three key words for 2019.
Pain, growth, happiness.
Pain makes me grow, and growth makes me happy.
I won't say how painful it is, but how to grow up and be happy is written in "World of the Gods", and old readers should be able to feel that the style of the new book has changed.
A while ago, when I was chatting with the author of "Creation and Transformation Map" on the shelves today, I also said that I was destined not to write easy things, but within a few months, I began to let myself go, which is really fragrant.
Sure enough, no one can escape the law of true fragrance.
I won't say much about the content of the book, but I'll talk about it before I put it on the shelves.
At the end of the year, I still had a life review just like last year (see my official account article last year for the method).
There's a lot to cover, but I'll just make three important points.
1. Successfully lost 25 pounds.
And it only took half a year, and now another half a year has passed, and it has never rebounded.
Hahahaha...... Let me laugh for a while.
This incident made me realize that I can completely change myself!
There are many factors that contribute to successful weight loss, but the most important reasons and methods, which I wrote about in previous chapters, I guess no one can find.
2. Successfully master emotion management.
It's actually a blessing in disguise.
It may be because of the road construction outside the community and various factors, which caused my tinnitus.
Then, I started looking for a solution to the tinnitus, but in the end I found it difficult to solve, so I changed my mind and controlled my emotions.
Studying, enrolling in classes, reading books...... In the end, he successfully built his own emotional management system.
The foundation is built on psychology and neuroscience, whether scientific or not, it works anyway!
This incident has the highest happiness index on my annual coordinate chart, which is higher than losing 25 pounds.
3. Awareness.
This is the ability I learned this year through meditation, studying, emotion management, and a series of other joint efforts.
Before this year, half a life was chaotic.
After this year, I will be clear.
Most good people gain the ability to "perceive" in childhood, I don't have it, but I always thought I did.
Luckily, through continuous study, I learned the ability to be aware.
I'm not good enough right now, but I believe I'll be good in the future.
In a way, this year is also a year where I always find "I don't have but I think I have".
I even firmly believe that starting from discovering "I don't have but I think I have", starting from discovering "concrete mistakes" and actively "looking for ways to change", is the beginning of a person's self-awareness and progress.
Without going into details, it takes quite a bit of space.
Pain, growth, and happiness are describing phenomena.
Weight loss, emotion management, and awareness are all about reviewing behavior.
The next step is to summarize the rules and refine the thinking.
Well...... If it can be reflected in the text, I will not repeat it.
In the end, it is to plan for next year, not to look forward to it, not to fantasize.
I'd like to think about the keywords for next year.
1. Practice deliberately.
This thing didn't seem like much when I first heard it.
After reading other people's simple explanations, I don't think it's anything, I understand.
When I went to see the original work seriously, I was first in a groove, and then it was really fragrant.
Keeping up the deliberate practice of writing methods, study methods, reading methods, self-management methods, other methods, etc., will be my top priority for next year.
This theme will probably go on for many years.
I'm particularly pleased that the keyword theme set for 2019 last year is "accumulation", which is useful but too empty.
But this year, my "deliberate practice" keyword is more specific.
It also made me realize that every real learning is a subversion of "I understand". If you can't subvert "I understand" many times in a field, you don't understand.
I know, it's the brain's self-preservation.
Overturning "I understand" shows that there is the ability to think deeply.
2. The dumbest way to learn.
This is a set of learning methods that I have summarized by standing on the shoulders of giants, and for ordinary people like me, using it once is equivalent to squeezing out the brains once.
In order to avoid the excessive exhaustion of the brain and the physical confrontation, I dare not use it every day.
This is complicated to say, and it won't be said much, it will appear in the text.
The current goal is to use it 50 times a year, about once a week. After solidifying into an ability, the number of uses should be more.
3. Review.
I did a pretty good job of reviewing the year, and this year I not only reviewed the events of the year, but also reviewed the people of the year.
The sense of accomplishment is overwhelming.
However, my monthly review, writing review, and weekly review are not good.
I don't force, I don't criticize, I don't deny, I don't question, I just take a small step forward: that's a monthly review of my writing.
Wait for the writing month review to be solid, and then consider other reviews.
