"Oh, did anyone find out?" Lin Xiao couldn't help but be stunned for a moment when he heard Han Ya's words.

Generally speaking, it is not easy to spot the aircraft overhead in this kind of dark night, especially after the aircraft is separated, the size is even smaller, just like the small toy helicopter you usually see.

The noise generated by a vehicle of this size when flying in the air is very small, and it can even be drowned out by the wind and other noises in the night sky, so it is difficult for ordinary people to detect this thing.

People who can detect abnormalities are either with keen six senses, or their mental power is different from ordinary people, or they are simply supernatural or something, but judging from the video he saw just now, Lin Xiao didn't think that there were supernatural people in it.

"It's probably just a coincidence, I've already ordered the aircraft to be raised over there." Han Ya looked at it and judged.

The monitoring side also found a problem, and immediately according to Han Ya's instructions, the aircraft was raised.

In the night sky, unless you pay attention to it, it is difficult to see that thing, especially since most of these targets are in a hurry to leave and return to their own places, so they are only slightly confused, and then continue to bury their heads in the road, and some people simply come by car, so it is easier to track, and it is impossible to find themselves being tracked by aircraft.

"A false alarm." Han Ya looked at it and said, "However, we can verify this problem in the future and see at what height it can maximize the quality of the shot, and at the same time just avoid the attention of the person being tracked." ”

"Well, this matter still needs to be paid attention to, after all, we have to make long-term plans, and details determine success or failure." Lin Xiao agreed.

Of course, for such a thing as modifying the performance of the aircraft, naturally a group of subordinates went to Zhang Luo, as the leader, Han Ya only needed to put forward some key points in terms of requirements, and the people under her would naturally go to implement them for her one by one.

However, at this time, the manpower arranged everywhere is basically in place.

Looking at the targets on the monitoring screen, one by one, they were quietly arrested, and Han Ya's mood was still very good.

One of the most critical problems here is that in the domestic environment, whether it is the Americans or other foreign intelligence agencies, the network support for the actors is very limited, so it brings great convenience to Han Ya's people to arrest people.

Until the last target was caught, they didn't have time to send the news out.

It can be said that both in terms of process and results, the whole operation tonight was indeed very smooth.

"But it's a bit of a pity." Han Ya said suddenly.

"What?" Lin Xiao asked.

"Behind these people, there must still be people in charge, and now that we are arresting them on the road, we will definitely not be able to find those people behind the scenes." Han Ya said with some regret.

"Hehe, even if they are let go back, they won't be able to catch the people behind the scenes, and they will miss the opportunity to arrest these people." Lin Xiao smiled and said, "If my expectations are correct, the people behind the scenes should be in the embassy, even if we know that these people are engaged in espionage, there is no way to arrest them before there is no solid evidence, and even if there is conclusive evidence, there is no way to arrest them, after all, they have diplomatic immunity." ”

"Well, there's not much to say about that." Han Shengxian also interjected at this time, "It is not surprising that among the missions of diplomats is to collect intelligence on the host country, it is the same in all countries. However, if diplomats use diplomatic immunity to do work that is not in line with their status, they will be boycotted or even expelled by the host country. Generally speaking, both sides will exercise restraint and try not to get to this point. ”

The so-called diplomatic immunity, the full name of which is the jurisdictional immunity of a diplomatic agent, refers to the diplomatic agent of a country accredited to a foreign country, who enjoys certain special rights and privileges, and immunity refers to the immunity from the jurisdiction of the host country, which can also be included in diplomatic privileges.

In accordance with international law or relevant agreements, and on the basis of reciprocity between States, in order to ensure and facilitate the normal performance of diplomatic agents' duties, States shall give each other in accordance with the principles of mutual respect for sovereignty and equality and mutual benefit, and in accordance with customary practices or relevant agreements.

Diplomatic privileges and immunities are essentially those of the representative State, not of the individual diplomatic agent, and therefore the individual is not entitled to waive them on his own.

The main contents of diplomatic immunity are: inviolability of persons, premises, residences, documents, archives and property; the use of coded communications and the possibility of sending diplomatic couriers; the use of the national flag and national emblem in the host country; immunity from jurisdiction; Exemption from customs duties and taxes, and exemption from all service.

In addition, family members of diplomats enjoy such privileges and immunities.

A diplomatic agent cannot claim immunity from jurisdiction if he or she engages in commercial or other business activities in his or her private name and in other aspects of civil conduct, such as the right to inherit property.

In fact, in the era when the Xia, Shang, and Zhou states of China were juxtaposed, each country attacked each other, and sometimes had to rely on diplomatic means to solve the problem to reduce the damage caused by the war, and there is a saying in China that "when two countries are at war, they will not be killed", which also reflects the spirit of diplomatic immunity.

In modern times, the definition of diplomatic immunity has become more strict and precise, and it is expressed in great detail in the Vienna Convention, and it has been recognized by most countries in the world.

"But anyway, today's harvest is still very good." Han Shengxian said, "Although the other party used graphite bombs to attack the secret service and caused some trouble, but your response was quick enough, not only to eliminate the impact, but also to lay a net to capture the incoming enemy, this is indeed a great achievement, and I will also go to ask you for credit." ”

Lin Xiao nodded, he didn't care about this matter, but Han Ya's side had a lot of credit.

After all, the base of the secret service was dropped by someone else, and if someone else was replaced as the director of the secret service, there might be no way to solve this problem, and it was more likely that someone would invade the base later, causing greater losses.

But Han Ya, the director, had a way to solve this matter, and he didn't take more than twelve hours to capture all these people, this is the ability, this is the merit.

Although Lin Xiao has a lot of credit in this, being able to find someone to help is Han Ya's ability in itself, so this credit must be counted on Han Ya's head in the end, there is no doubt about it.

Besides, there are not too many things like meritorious service awards.

"This kind of thing, it's better to ask for credit?" When Han Ya heard this, she felt that her father, Han Shengxian, was making a bit of a fuss.

"Of course, I have to ask for credit, it involves the secret struggle front, which is a rare achievement, and the upper authorities will be very happy to know it." Han Shengxian nodded in affirmation, "Think about it, the CIA side of the Americans has been boasting of their invincibility recently, and we have slapped them with our backhand, what a glorious thing is this?" There is a light on your face when you say it! ”

"That's right, after all, it's a matter of gold on the face, everyone is willing to support it, come to a commendation, send a few awards or something, it's also a matter of benefit and no expense, why not?" Lin Xiao said with a smile.

Lin Xiao's meaning is a little ridiculous, that is, the rewards of government departments, when they see real money, there are few and there are many worthless awards, but in addition to those who need honorary titles to promote their titles, these people like the secret service basically value material rewards.

After all, they are also engaged in dangerous professions, although there may not be so many opportunities to die heroically now, but this is a secret front after all, and I don't know when, the Grim Reaper will find him.

Therefore, their credo is to enjoy it in their lifetime and leave the benefits to their families after the fall, which is the most practical.

"Don't say anything weird." Han Shengxian glared at Lin Xiao and said, "Everyone's pursuit is different, we can't say anything about this, but the correct three views still have to be established, if people only get into the eyes of money, what great things can they achieve?" Although you keep talking about money, in fact, when you are serious, aren't you also very neat. ”

"Hehe, my father-in-law taught me a lesson." Lin Xiao smiled and nodded in response.

At this time, the phone rang again, and he was still looking for Han Ya.

"What's the situation?" Han Ya picked up the phone and asked directly.

"Director, there's been a bit of a movement at the embassy, and I guess it's because of the actions we took tonight." said to Han Ya on the other side of the phone.

"Well, stay tuned, I see." Han Ya nodded.

After putting down the phone, Han Ya said to Han Shengxian and Lin Xiao, "It seems that we guessed well, the embassy must know about tonight's operation, and now they may be a little flustered, I guess that among the people arrested tonight, there should be more important intelligence officers." ”

"Oh, that's a good thing." When Han Shengxian heard this, his eyes suddenly lit up and said, "Regardless of the reaction of the embassy first, these people who are arrested must be interrogated and strive to ask for some dry goods." ”

After a pause, Han Shengxian sighed again, "It's been a long time, and I haven't caught a more important intelligence agent for a long time, it seems that tonight's matter can't be too anxious, or it is more appropriate to wait for tomorrow to ask for credit for you." ”

"Of course, the premise is that you can pull something useful out of these people's mouths tonight, right?" The rest of the words, Lin Xiao directly said for Han Shengxian.

"Yes, I know that you are smart and clever, otherwise, I would not have married my daughter to you." Han Shengxian nodded in agreement.

That's a bit out of place, isn't it? Lin Xiao secretly scolded himself, what does the family marriage that I said have anything to do with whether I am smart or not? Even if I, Lin Dashao, am a real gentleman, I'm afraid that there will also be a father-in-law like Han Shengxian, right?
