The battle on the green field is coming to an end.
The blackened body of the monster was covered in frost, and the swift and powerful slash followed, and the zombie in front of him was decapitated.
The iron statue of the staff tapped on top of his head, and the male mage in the gray coat breathed a sigh of relief as he felt his experience points rise.
"Cleaned up?"
He turned around, and three adventurers were walking from all directions of the green field, weapons stained with monster blood in their hands.
"Yes."
One assassin, two barbarians, they nodded at the male mage and began to report the information.
Matigalrog's team lost contact, and considering the mission they were performing, as well as the monster strength of the Blood Wasteland, the camp sent them, the adventurers, to investigate the matter.
Although they didn't say it explicitly, they knew that most of the Rogers were poisoned by the golden eyes.
More than a decade ago, the monsters of the Blood Wasteland were almost swept away by the adventurers, and they retreated to the "Evil Cave" to hold the last line of defense, which was a complete victory.
Under the leadership of the best adventurers, many outposts have been built, and with the exception of the "Evil Moon" period, the Blood Wasteland has become a peaceful green field.
The good situation boosts morale, and the adventurers intend to step out of the bloody wasteland and advance into darker places.
However, in the short time that the elite team had gathered their strength to break into the "Icy Plain", the "Evil Moon" suddenly came.
All the astrologers in the camp did not expect it.
Thick darkness obscured the sky, and the shadows that poured out were flanked back and forth, blood and screams mingled, and only a few people fled back to the nearest outpost.
But the darkness didn't stop, and the bloody wasteland saw golden eyes, which fanned countless zombies, spurred flames, and reduced the largest outposts to ruins.
After the end of the Evil Moon, it remains in the Blood Wasteland, fading out of sight for adventurers.
It wasn't until the arrival of Amber and Nania alarmed it that the Rog camp, which had gathered its strength, wanted to take this opportunity to eliminate the scourge once and for all.
"There is a detailed record of the direction of each Rog's team, the terrain of the Blood Wasteland is not complicated, except for the withered forest on the east side, and the needleland on the west side, only the jungle in this direction has not been investigated."
"Master Araka will then send someone to set up an outpost, and we will only need to observe the entrance for a while before returning."
"Check out your gear and go."
The male mage unfolded the scroll he was carrying, took a quick look at its contents, and carefully put it into his bag.
"By the way, captain, you participated in the 'Battle of the Ice Field', aren't those golden eyes different from ordinary monsters?"
The barbarian who drank the antidote noticed the hideous scar on the male mage's arm and couldn't help but ask out loud.
The other two also looked over, their eyes curious.
"Haha, this is not a wound from that battle."
The male mage raised his eyebrows slightly, sensing the barbarian's gaze, and smiled dumbly.
He rolled up his wide sleeves disapprovingly, his sturdy arms covered with hideous wounds, and his shoulders gleazed with metal.
"This hand was originally broken, but then I managed to pick it up."
Gently tapping the metal block on his shoulder, the crisp sound echoed in the silence.
"The monsters that have experienced the evil moon will be greatly weakened, and the zombies we are facing now, the Sinking Demon, have all the attributes that are not as good as before."
"But that's just for ordinary monsters, and some tricky guys can retain their expanding power and give birth to terrifying abilities."
"Arcs, flames, frost, rot, and more."
The male mage explained as he noticed the change in the expressions of the three men.
The Assassin's eyes quickly became serious, and he knew well the dangers of these abilities as he knew the tricks that came with them.
The two barbarians seem to understand whether they understand or not, they are from Harogas, they are naturally strong in constitution, and many elemental resistances are stronger than ordinary people.
Or a newcomer who needs to be honed, the male mage shook his head secretly, "Strange, why haven't they arrived yet?" ā
There were two teams on this mission, a team of male mages and a team of barbarians named Gaskel, who had planned to meet at this time in this green field.

Tall trees cast shadows, and unknown grass grows inside.
A rough hand clenched it, and blood flowed from below, forming pools of blood.
"Brave Harogasian, won't you run away with your companions?"
The man in the faded robe sighed, his left arm raised slightly, and the pitch-black crow suddenly croaked and took off.
Through the crow's vision, he confirmed that there were no humans in the vicinity.
Except for the barbarians who fell at his feet, struggling in pain.
A meaningless rebuke came from his mouth, one hand pressed the wound of the sneak attack, and the other hand struggled to support the ground, trying to get up, but he failed again and again.
First he was hit by the poison of the corpse vine, and then he was slashed by a long knife coated with rotten hemp, and even Gaskell couldn't bear it.
"Iwamoto Heaven, you are willing to become a degenerate."
"In vain, I used to drink and laugh with you, and I am really blind, look at your appearance, vicious brute."
"Give Lao Tzu a good time."
The black blood was constantly coughed up by him, he laughed miserably, and he couldn't exert his strength, which was the most aggrieved way to die.
"Actually, your companion can't escape."
"When they join up with the 'Hara Asahi', we will catch you all."
Iwamoto said lightly, looked at Gaskell with an expressionless face, and stretched out his hand, and a bottle of clear potion landed beside him.
"You..."
Gaskel's face changed slightly, and he looked up at Iwamoto Ten, the shadow covering his face, and he couldn't see his expression clearly.
"This is the venom of the corpse vine, you kill yourself."
He chuckled, as if laughing at himself, and looked at Gaskell with a sad gaze.
The two sides were silent for a long time, and very different thoughts crossed their minds.
Clearly perceiving that the toxins in his body were rapidly dissipating, Iwamoto looked at Gaskell who was hesitating in front of the potion, and sneered with disdain.
"Don't you need this mercy, people of Harogas?"
He muttered, and the barbarian lying still on the ground of dead leaves roared angrily, and the circle of light visible to the naked eye spread, and the smoke and dust and broken leaves stirred in an instant.
Scream skill, Lv4 howl.
Iwamoto immediately retreated, a wall of eerie green rattans blocking Gaskel's path.
With anger, Hanguang tore through the vine wall in a domineering manner, and Gaskell held a short knife, and his figure was impulsive.
Combat skills, Lv5 Heavy Attack.
Flashing and deftly dodging the sharp rattan attack, he retreated to the corpse of one of his companions, picked up the tomahawk in the pool of blood, and dropped the short knife in his hand.
Combat skill, Lv2 two-handed swing.
Holding a one-handed battle axe in both hands can effectively increase the damage of "Heavy Hits" while dealing additional damage.
He rushed decisively, like a charging bull, and the tomahawk in his hand lit up with a cold light.
"Reckless because of strength."
Iwamoto's eyes froze, and he let out a beast-like roar, his brown hair grew wildly, and his body swelled in an instant.
Change skill, Lv2 Bearman change.
The huge body of the bear was a little taller than Gaskel, and Iwamoto ten, roaring and pounced, and the bear's paws set off a strong wind and hunted.
