March plan
College is really a two-faced place.
On the one hand, it looks like heaven, giving people the pleasure of greed for pleasure, but the result is undoubtedly that the end of heaven becoming hell is only one step away.
On the one hand, it seems to be a good situation, giving people the joy of "doing my best", so that people can learn something, climb higher peaks, and achieve themselves.
A bad system will make good people do bad things, and a good system will make bad people do good things.
The university system has indeed made many students live in a muddled way, and I sometimes do the same.
But, at least, I still have an awakening, I know how to be enterprising, and I know what I need.
A person who does not learn and does not know how to fool all people at some time, and he can fool some people at all times, but he must not fool all people at all times.
But when the real difficulties come down, people who have experienced difficulties can better reflect their ability to resist pressure than those who have not experienced difficulties.
You force yourself to do what you don't want to do now so that you can do what you want to do in the future. Now you are forcing yourself to grow and become better, and grasp the initiative in life, so that you will not be forced by the situation and driven to move forward in the future.
Important words don't need to be overemphasized, they have already taken root in the heart.
While I give myself a shot of blood, I hope that readers will also understand what I am saying, and of course, to those who understand.
Originally, this plan was to be written in the journal at the beginning of March, but due to some reason, it was postponed for more than ten days, but this did not prevent me from carrying out the task, because the plan was carried out in the plan book early.
The third book I read in the library was "2007 Selected Chinese Campus Literature", which was also the first book I read seriously this semester.
It can be said that this book has made me understand that reading more books is quite helpful for broadening my horizons, and I have learned that the descriptive techniques of writing articles can be piled up through countless idioms, and can be feathered into countless beautiful words and become immortals.
In particular, the description of love transcends the boundaries of the universe.
This made me more determined to read more books, and at the very least, he made me understand more and more what I wanted.
This is the first book I finished reading in March.
The second book I finished reading in March was: Job Hunting, Starting from Freshman Year.
This is a book that I have had since the college entrance examination, but I never finished reading it, and after only reading a few pages, I joined the army of games.
But I knew that I had to bring this book to school because it was a must-read book for my freshman year.
However, in my first semester of college, due to various reasons, coupled with my curiosity and anticipation for the campus, I once again put it on the shelf.
This semester, after reading the first book in March, I decided to choose it as the second book in March.
Suffice it to say, if I hadn't read this book, I would still be a person who has no understanding of the future, no understanding of graduation, and no understanding of my own life.
Even if I could name many reasons, these two passages (which I have summarized and recorded from several parts) do not allow me to say.
In the eyes of employers, the value of a candidate depends on what kind of competency structure he has, and how much value this competency structure can create for himself.
The employer is a place to employ people, not a place to train people, so among the finished and semi-finished products, the former is always preferred, and even if the semi-finished products are selected among the fresh graduates, they will also give priority to those with part-time experience who are closer to the finished products.
What are you worth, and what would you do today?
The famous university from Central South University is a few grades higher than you, gets a scholarship every year, is still the president of the student union, and has twice as much work experience as you, but is forced by life, and has countless resumes but very few opportunities for interviews.
While I laughed at this, it also made me have to ask myself a question: Are you thinking of something too simply?
It is also this book that let me know the idea of core competitiveness and let me understand some things that the vast majority of college students do not know.
If you are a talent with sufficient core competencies, other people's hell will become your paradise, and if you don't learn and learn nothing, other people's paradise will be just a ruthless hell for you.
To put it simply, at the same time to participate in the stage competition, people dance first-class, but you don't know anything, this is his core competitiveness.
This forced me to take a look at myself and find that the core competencies I possessed were simply not up to scratch.
Dance, half a bucket of water, novel, novice.
In addition, there is almost no core competitiveness, and I am not among the top few in the professional theoretical knowledge assessment (final exam), and the things I have that I have to be proud of are not worth mentioning in the eyes of the employer.
So, it had to deepen my mind to improve myself.
In universities and in society, the barrel theory no longer works, instead, they need an anti-barrel theory.
Depends on the longest stick!!
In this case, my pursuit is to train the longest stick in the barrel, and the other sticks, under the leadership of the longest, slowly go up.
If you can't complete the transformation from "material" to "talent", you will naturally not have the opportunity to create "wealth".
It's time to give yourself a comprehensive, specific plan and goals.
Plan 1: Read three books in March.
I've finished reading two books in March, and in the second half of the month, the third book is going to read: Did you eat right today?
This is a book about diet, and it is also a book that I must read, the body is the capital of the revolution, if the capital is gone, there is no need to say anything.
Plan 2: Three changes a day, and finish the novel in the next month.
At this time, the novel also has 431 chapters, which is a "unique" person for an author who has not signed a contract.
Of course, I don't say much, the first novel made me understand a lot of things, and it also made me understand a lot of things.
I'm thankful for it, at least knowing some of my flaws and getting some information that might be of great help to me in the future.
Plan 3: At least three complete sets of ghost steps (at least six tricks each).
The ghost step dance is now a scattered way of dancing, jumping around is like that, looking at myself I feel too pediatric, it's time to climb up first.
Plan 4: After reviewing the words in Reading and Writing Tutorial 2, memorize 30 words a day, which must be words that you don't know and belong to Level 4 (this plan is applicable to the whole semester).
Plan 5: Summarize 6 of the more than a dozen essays memorized in high school and recite them again for Level 4 preparation.
If you don't push yourself, you will never know how good you are, and if you don't push yourself, you will never know how much potential you have. A lot of "excellent" is forced out in this way.
Since I can clearly plan my daily itinerary in the third year of high school and implement 80% of it, I naturally can't show weakness now.
There are always only a few people who can persevere in the face of adversity to pursue their dreams, so success is destined to belong to only a few.
It's like a new life, and I remember it!!!
