Martial ancestor Gautama, after enlightenment, was revered as Shakyamuni, with Buddhism to the world, is already a sage.

And the qi practiced through the "Yijin Sutra" is what Mencius called the greatest and most rigid, stuffed between heaven and earth, is the qi of my Haoran, which can invisibly make people have the breath, temperament, and bearing of a saint, and finally achieve the holy position.

Just by visualizing such a Buddha Shakyamuni, Fang Yi had an urge to worship sincerely, and his heart became more and more peaceful.

And such a delicate Buddha seemed to appear in Fang Yi's mind out of thin air, such vivid details were definitely not something he could visualize when he tried to visualize it for the first time.

In fact, this method of visualization, which can only be understood, is the most crucial part of the practice of the Yijin Sutra. Even if other people have obtained the external exercises of the Yijin Sutra, but they are unable to visualize such a Buddha Shakyamuni who contains the realm of Buddhism, it will not be of any use.

This is also the reason why since the martial ancestor Gautama, "Yijin Sutra" has rarely been practiced.

Even, in the past, Shaolin Temple once announced the exercises of the "Yijin Sutra" through the Internet, and more than one billion people in the land of China have never been able to practice, which is also the reason.

It is rumored that the Book of Changes can observe the past and the future, although Gautama has not yet attained enlightenment and sanctification, but in the process of practicing the Book of Changes, he has foreseen the future realm of his own self, that is, the Buddha Shakyamuni.

Therefore, throughout the ages, in heaven and on earth, if you talk about the best understanding of Shakyamuni Buddha, there is no one more than Wuzu Gautama himself.

Therefore, it can be said that Fang Yi's foundation for cultivating the "Yijin Sutra" is the best one except for the martial ancestor Gautama, and he is the only one who does not know anything about Buddhism.
