Dungeons & Dragons is the first role-playing game to propose the concept of nine factions.

Neutral Kindness Camp: Neutral Kindness does what a good person can do to the best of his ability. He is committed to helping others. He cooperated with the king and his ministers, but did not feel favored. The common term for neutral kindness is "true goodness". A physician who assists others in their needs is a representative of neutrality and goodness. Neutral kindness is a camp that does good without prejudice or against convictions.

Chaotic Camp of Goodness: Chaotic and good people act according to their own conscience and rarely consider the norms and requirements of others.
