When the root of faith is pure, there is no doubt, there is only one faith; when the root is pure, there is only advance, there is no retreat; when the root of thought is pure, there is only the root of thinking without delusion, and there is no delusional root; when the root is pure, there is no distraction; when the root of wisdom is pure, there is no foolishness.

You believe that the wisdom of the mind has taken root, and the 'purity' can be said to add fertilizer to the roots, so that it grows more vigorously and more powerful.

Because we take root, we get the five powers, and the five forces are the power of faith, the power of progress, the power of mind, the power of determination, the power of wisdom, these five powers.
