Chapter 62: The Exam Ends

"You mean, that cloaked monster we saw earlier is the mystery man?" Hermione said incredulously. Pen @ fun @ pavilion wWw. biqUgE怂 ļ½‰ļ½Žļ½†ļ½

"That's right. "But he's weak, so he needs to feed on unicorns' blood to stay alive." ā€

"In the Forbidden Forest, Ferenze once told me that it was a very cruel thing to kill a unicorn, and that although the blood of a unicorn could prolong life, those who drank it would pay a heavy price for it, and from the moment their lips touched the blood, they would be cursed and become half-dead. ā€

Hearing this, Hermione subconsciously glanced at Al.

"So, Snape didn't want the Philosopher's Stone for himself, but for Voldemort. Harry, still spinning around in front of the furnace, said, "The Philosopher's Stone will restore the energy and immortality of the cursed Voldemort, so that he can make a comeback!"

"Don't say that name!" Ron whispered in panic, as if he was worried that Voldemort would hear.

Harry didn't listen to him, though.

"Ferenze saved me, but it shouldn't have done that...... Bane was annoyed...... Saying anything that would disturb the fate of the stars or something, the stars must have indicated that Voldemort was making a comeback...... Bane thinks Ferenze should let Voldemort kill me...... I guess that's also shown in the astrological signs. ā€

"Can you please stop saying that!" Ron said in a low voice.

"So I can only wait for Snape to steal the Philosopher's Stone now. Harry continued in an excited tone, "Then Voldemort came here and killed me...... Okay, I guess Bane should be happy now. ā€

Al rubbed his head and digested Harry's messages, he spoke, "But since Ferenze saved you, it means that the signs can be changed, so it seems that we can also stop Snape and prevent Voldemort from returning!"

Ron stood up with a 'bang', and he said in horror, "I said that you guys, all of you have him on your lips, aren't you afraid of the name?"

"Scared?" Hermione said, "I think it's the Mystic who should be scared! Everyone says that the Mystic has always been afraid of Dumbledore, and as long as Dumbledore is here, the Mystic can't hurt Harry a single hair." ā€

"And who says the centaurs are always right? I think that sounds like fortune-telling, as Professor McGonagall once said, is a very inaccurate kind of magic, and it can't be counted at all!"

It wasn't until it was dark that Al and the others stopped talking, and they both felt that their throats were dry and painful, and they had to go to bed one by one, exhausted.

Thanks to Hermione's supervision and urging, Al was able to cope with those exams with ease.

On the day of the exam, the weather was very hot, and it was even hotter in the large classroom where they were answering questions, and the teacher gave them new quill pens specially used for the exam, all of which cast anti-cheating spells.

However, this had no effect on Al, and looking at the questions, he was confident, and he answered them quickly and easily.

There was also a hands-on test, and Professor Flitwick told them to go into the classroom one by one to see if they could make a pineapple tap dance across a desk.

Professor McGonagall watched as they turned a rat into a snuff box, and whoever had the more beautiful box would get a higher score, and if the box still had the mouse's whiskers on it, it would be worth deducting points.

The most elaborate snuffbox Al had ever seen was one his grandfather had ever used, and by memory he had made it vivid, and the result apparently did not disappoint him, with Professor McGonagall even complimenting him in public.

As they struggled to recall the Forgetting Potion's recipe for the Potions exam, Snape stood behind them and watched them closely, their breath seemed to be felt on the back of their necks.

I have to say that Potions is the best subject that Al took on the spot, and when he handed over the finished Forgetting Potion to Snape, even Snape, who had always looked down on Gryffindor students, had to admit that El was indeed very talented in making potions.

The final exam was the history of magic, and after an hour of answering the question of which eccentric old wizards had invented the self-mixing cauldron, they were free to play for an entire week until the results were announced.

When Professor Binns told them to put down their quill pens and roll up the parchment for their answers, Al couldn't help but cheer along with the other students.

"It's so much easier than I thought. As they followed the crowd to the sunny field outside, Hermione said, "I don't need to remember the 'Werewolf Code of Conduct of 1637' and the Elf Rebellion. ā€

Hermione likes to revisit the exam after it, but Ron says it makes him feel sick.

They walked slowly down the slope to the lake, where they sat down under the trees with a thud. Over there, a large squid lies basking in the warm, shallow water, while the Weasley twins and Lee Jordan gently play with its tentacles.

"How nice, I don't have to review anymore. Ron exhaled happily.

Al lay on the soft grass with his limbs stretched out, letting the sun shine on his face, Hermione sat beside him like a lady, and several people looked at the lake, soothing and calm.

Al saw Harry rubbing his forehead.

"What's wrong? Do you have a headache?"

"He's due to tight exams. Ron looked very aware and said, "Harry, be happy, we'll find out how bad the exam is in a week, there's no need to worry about it now." ā€

Harry still couldn't keep his spirits up, and he said, "My scar hurts all the time, and although it has hurt before, it has never been so frequent as it is now!"

"Let's go to the hospital and see Madam Pomfrey. Hermione suggested.

"I'm not sick. Harry shook his head and said, "I think it's a warning...... It means that danger is coming......"

A thought slipped through Al's mind, Harry's scar was left to him by Voldemort, and he saw Voldemort in the Forbidden Forest, could there be some connection between it?

After thinking about it for a moment, Al decided not to say his guess wrong, he was afraid that it would cause them unnecessary panic.

"Harry, take it easy, didn't Hermione say before that as long as Dumbledore is around, the Philosopher's Stone will not be in danger. ā€

"We haven't found any evidence yet to be sure that Snape found a way to subdue Neville, who almost broke his leg last time and I told him he wasn't going to risk it. ā€

Ron made a joke and laughed, "yes, if even Hagrid betrayed Dumbledore, then Neville could have been drafted for the Gryffindor Quidditch team." ā€
