Chapter 481: Yin and Yang Rules
(Cat pounce Chinese ) What you can't do while you're alive, then solve it after you die. Although it may sound a little unreliable, such curses still happen every day, and the danger is also every day.
If that's the case, the appearance of this underworld should have something to do with the Heavenly Palace, and the relationship is not shallow! Do you remember why the Heavenly Palace was built in the original legend?
"So, I think there is a relationship between the Heavenly Palace and the Underworld, and that legend is very reliable. Siddhartha is convinced of the statement that the underworld is formed because of the heavenly palace, especially now after analysis, it can be seen that the existence of the underworld is almost for the purpose of serving the heavenly palace.
The first is the souls of the dead on the Ancient Continent. Before the appearance of the underworld, the existence of these souls was always a danger to the survival of other beings, not only because they had nowhere to go after death, but also because their obsessions never dissipated.
Some of these revenant souls were cultivators, so they were very dissatisfied after they died, so they went to the Heavenly Palace to ask for an explanation, and the Lord of the Changtian Palace had to find a way to settle them, so it became a top priority to come and go and find a place to contain these revenant souls. So the emergence of the underworld is logical.
Since it is its own rudder, it must have its own people in charge, so the legendary things seem to have been confirmed. It's just that everyone doesn't understand that since the underworld has such a relationship with the Heavenly Palace, why the Heavenly Palace doesn't attach importance to the underworld, and judging from the affairs of the Dongzhou Continent, the Difu does not respect the Heavenly Palace.
Everyone doesn't understand the reason for this question, but everyone still wants to know why these ten halls of Yama are divided. Although they have reached the huge institution of the underworld, such a huge institution needs too many ghosts. So many ghosts. Where did it come from?
"At the beginning. I don't think there should be so many branches, but as there are more and more affairs, things have to be specific and refined, so that more departments will be added, and more people will be employed, so that there will naturally be more people. Take these ten halls of Hades, for example, the ghosts under each of their kings. Definitely no less than the people of our Proud Heavenly Palace!"
Wu Di's words were not alarmist, because there were also chief judges Cui Fujun, Zhong Kui, black and white impermanence, bull head and horse face, Meng Po God, etc. There are also many ghosts under them who help them with their daily tasks. Take Meng Po as an example, it is rumored that there is a Meng Po Village on the Nai He Bridge, which is responsible for delivering tea called Meng Po Soup to every soul.
That's how the whole Netherworld is like this. Among the classics that Wu Di saw, there was a unique system of the god of the underworld, as well as a Tibetan Bodhisattva created by Buddhism in order to better preach in the land of China.
The existence of this Jizo King Bodhisattva is also the reason why Wu Di is sure that this desolate ancient continent has nothing to do with his planet, because there is no Bodhisattva in the Buddhist holy land here, and there is an existence of a system similar to the Shaolin Temple.
Legend. The Bodhisattva of Jizo intends to transcend all the ghosts of the underworld so that the world will no longer do evil. No more descent into hell and suffering. Therefore, all the ghosts, although they have committed mistakes in this world, if they sincerely repent and change their ways, they can be lenient for their sins and be spared from suffering.
It is said that the Jizo King Bodhisattva's "Hell is not empty, and you will not become a Buddha" vividly shows the great compassion and perseverance of the Buddhists: on the one hand, if there are no more evil deeds such as killing in the yang world, and on the other hand, the ghosts of the Jizo King Bodhisattva who have been tortured will no longer appear in hell.
Because hell is used to punish those who make mistakes in the yang world, the king of the earth can also become a Buddha on the ground. The so-called "hell is not empty" refers only to the genus of lonely souls and evil ghosts, not to the literal understanding of "hell should be empty" as the nitpickers literally.
Wu Di once read a record of the Jizo King Bodhisattva in an ancient document, which said that a person walked in hell and saw the Jizo King Bodhisattva. The book says: "Walk more than ten miles, to a water, not a few feet wide, and flow to the southwest." Observing Xi, Xi said: 'This is the so-called Nai River, and its source comes from the underworld'. The water is bloody, and the filth is not approachable. ”
Therefore, Naihe is actually an existence that makes all ghosts fearful. Because there is a bridge on the river, it is called "Nai River Bridge". The bridge is narrow and smooth, and it is guarded day and night by the god of day and night. The blood river under the bridge is full of insects and snakes, the waves are rolling, and the fishy wind is blowing. The ghosts of the wicked fell into the river.
And the legendary Nai River Bridge is also extremely eerie. There is no scenery of fish and water in the Nanai River at all, and some are also copper snakes and iron dogs to fight for food, once there are ghosts who have done evil in their lives, they will see those things they did in their lives on the bridge, those who are sorry, those people's unjust souls will come up to ask for their lives, and if they are not careful, these ghosts will fall off the bridge. And this is what was often said at that time, there is no way out of the eternal Nai River.
As for the provenance of the Nai He Bridge, Wu Di believes that it originated from the Shang and Zhou dynasties, because at that time, everyone had already recorded ghosts. As for the first time in the document about the Nai He Bridge and the Yang Realm, I still have to see it in a book about Buddhism, in which a judge said to Taizong: Your Majesty, it is called Nai He Bridge. If you go to the yang world, you must have a biography!
Folklore: After death, the soul will cross the Nai River Bridge, because of the existence of faith, they will say, but all those who are full of evil in the world, after getting on the Nai He Bridge, the soul will emit a stench, and this stench is the most attractive to those copper snakes and iron dogs under the Nai He Bridge, not only will there be evil ghosts asking for their lives, these copper snakes and iron dogs will also jump out of the water to bite these souls, ninety out of nine souls will fall under this double effect of the Nai He Bridge, and the soul will be scattered.
And the souls of these wicked people will not be pitied by any ghosts and ghosts, because this is a natural law, and the yang will be punished for doing evil in the underworld, if this law cannot be adhered to, then the rules of the yang and the underworld will not be maintained, and in that case, the meaning of the underworld will be gone.
Evil is rewarded with evil, and good is naturally rewarded with good.
Legend has it that those who do many good deeds in the yang world will be blessed by gods and Buddhas when they arrive at the Nai He Bridge after death. With the blessing and protection of these gods and Buddhas, the stench emanating from the evil spirits will not be contaminated with these good souls, and the copper snakes and iron dogs that jump out of the water to bite the evil spirits will not attack the souls of these good believers, so that they can smoothly pass through the Nai He Bridge and arrive at the Senluo Hall to be judged and arranged by the king of Hades.
Therefore, if you do too much injustice, you will kill yourself, and in this case, it does not represent a kind of psychology, but a kind of rule. (To be continued.) Cat flutter Chinese
