Demigod Introduction and backstory 01
Thank you readers for paying great attention to the Garden of the Gods, and since there are some gods from Greek mythology and some backstories in the work, Merlin's book will add some introductions to them for your convenience. Pen "Fun" Pavilion www.biquge.info
So let's first learn about some of the gods that appeared in the previous demigod part of the story. (in no particular order)
God's introduction
Zeus
Needless to say, everyone should know it well. Zeus is the third king of the gods in Greek mythology, that is, he is the king of all the gods (very powerful). At the same time, he is also the god of the sky who rules the sky, one of the twelve main gods, and his weapon is a super powerful thunder. He is usually called Heavenly Father.
Zeus has had a strong ability since he was a child, and the reign of the third generation of gods was created under his leadership, and there will be an introduction to related stories later. He loved humanity and was a just God.
Of course, even if he is revered as a god of gods, Zeus has human feelings. He does have some romantic legends, from gods to humans, but the offspring created from it are remarkable. Many of the twelve main gods are his children, and some are descendants of human demigods, such as Perseus and the like, who are great heroes of Greek mythology.
Hera
In the previous story, Selena's mother summoned Hera. The goddess Hera was the only legal wife of Zeus, the god of the gods in Greek mythology, and one of the twelve main gods, the goddess of marriage, fertility and family.
As the wife of the emperor, the goddess Hera is naturally equivalent to the queen of the divine realm, and she is generally called the queen of heaven. In fact, Hera also has an identity, he is Zeus's own sister.
As the goddess of marriage, Hera was naturally loyal to her husband. But Zeus prefers freedom, so catching the junior naturally became a major activity of the goddess Hera. Regardless of whether the other party is a human or a god, Hera will punish them (of course, the offspring that should be born will eventually be born). But the punishment is also deserved, who let you rob the husband of the queen of heaven!
Poseidon
Poseidon was also mentioned in previous stories. Poseidon, one of the twelve main gods of Greek mythology, is the god of the sea who rules the sea, and his weapon is a trident.
As the elder brother of Zeus, the god of the gods, he naturally deserves a share of this world, so Zeus got the sky, and Poseidon got the ocean. Like Hera, Poseidon also has great power (no way, people are in charge of the sea, if you provoke others, wait to be flooded), but Poseidon is very ambitious, he has been plotting to overthrow his brother's rule and become the god of the gods himself (since you are even an elder brother, why should you even submit to you). But his plan was once discovered by Zeus, so he was once punished for serving humans (hey, no matter how powerful, after all, Zeus is the one on the throne).
Poseidon also had a lot of lovers, including Medusa (introduced in the previous story), and his own sister Demetl (I don't know what's wrong with this family, they all like their sisters) and so on, so I won't introduce them all here.
hades
Hades is time-limited as one of the twelve main gods, and why is that, because he is conditional as one of the twelve main gods, Merlin's book will say in a moment. But it doesn't matter if it's the twelve main gods or not, after all, he is the boss of the underworld, the god of the underworld, and the weapon is a two-strand knife.
Hades is also the elder brother of Zeus, and when the world was divided equally, he was supposed to draw lots to decide who would rule the sky, the sea, and the underworld. Because, right, no one would want to manage the underworld, but Hades is so upright, he was tricked by Zeus and Poseidon to manage the underworld. However, what is even more tragic is that not only let the big brother of the family manage the underworld, but also because the underworld and the human world are not the same world, even the position of the twelve main gods did not sit down.
Hades is supposed to be the most just god, he does everything according to the rules, and he is selfless, so the underworld is managed in an orderly manner (he is really good). But since he knows that he has been tricked, he is not comfortable with anyone, and he is always not happy.
In fact, Hades is completely different from his two younger brothers, and he doesn't have any feelings for love (this family finally has a man who doesn't love his sister). As a result, Cupid didn't believe in this evil (who could resist my arrows), and an arrow made Hades fall in love with his niece (yes, Persephone, the daughter of his sister Demeter, oh my God, this family). So Hades captured Persephone to the underworld and didn't let her out, and Demetre had no choice but to promise to give up the position of his twelve main gods to Hades for half of the year to let her daughter return to the yang realm.
As for in the novel, let's read it for ourselves in the future!
Hermes
One of the twelve main gods of Greek mythology, the messenger of the gods, is responsible for conveying the message of the gods. At the same time, he is also the patron god of thieves and merchants.
Hermes was probably a very young god, and he was also the fastest god, with a pair of wings on his shoes and a snake staff in his hand. He was the child of Zeus and Maia, and as the god who carried the message, he spent his days in the east and west in the east and west of that door. But in modern times, he shouldn't need it, after all, a mobile phone will do the trick.
Hephaestus
One of the twelve main gods of Greek mythology, the god of fire, the god of craftsmanship, and the god of forging.
Hephaestus was Zeus' first child with Hera. He and Cyclops are good friends, and they craft weapons together, and it is said that every time he fights, a volcanic eruption is accompanied by a volcano (it's terrible, thankfully he doesn't craft weapons now).
Remember Pandora, Zeus's gift to mankind, Pandora was originally created by Hephaestus.
Flora
In Greek mythology, a beautiful flower goddess once had a love affair with Zeferros, the god of the west wind.
Zeferos
The god of the west wind in Greek mythology, had a love affair with Flora.
Introduction to the Titan God
Kronos
The second king of the gods, yes, he is the emperor of the generation that ruled the gods before Zeus, and he is also the father of Zeus. One of the twelve main titan gods of the second generation of ruling gods.
Anyway, this guy ruled the world quite well in the first place. It was later that he became a tyrant, and it was predicted that he would be overthrown by his own children (it is said that he had also overthrown his father's rule). So he was a little afraid, and when his wife gave birth to a child, he swallowed one, and swallowed Hestis, Demeter, Hades, Poseidon, and Hera one after another. At the last Zeus, his wife Rhea finally couldn't bear it (it is not a way for this child to give birth to one and swallow the other), so she sent Zeus out to be raised by two fairies (this is really her own mother, risking the crime of beheading to save the child), and posed a large stone as Zeus for Kronos to swallow (God, the form of this god when he was born...... )。 As a result, Zeus was terrible, and when he grew up, he broke his father's belly to rescue his brothers and sisters, and then led troops to overthrow his father's rule. In the end, he was imprisoned in Tartarus (hell).
Okanos
He was one of the twelve main titan gods of the second generation of ruling gods, the god of the sea at that time.
Actually, Okanos is also the elder brother of Kronos (huh, why does it seem familiar), but he helped his nephew overthrow Kronos's rule, and it is estimated that he is not the same as Poseidon's heart (in this case, neither of us should be kings).
Okay, that's it. Hey, what about Alastair? Hee-hee, Merlin's book was written by himself.
