Chapter 907: Mystery and Mystery Again
Zhu Xi and Rang Shi turned out to be a pair of old enemies, the fledgling Rang Shi and Zhu Xi both fell in love with a young woman at the same time, but Rang Shi was a deacon in the underground gladiatorial arena, and Zhu Xi was just a small novice of a sect in the Buddhist country.
Let Shi be graceful, handsome, he is a deacon in the underground gladiatorial arena at a young age, and his future is unlimited, Zhu Xi is just a small novice among the many sects of Buddhism, he has been wide and fat since he was a child, and he is not ugly, but he is much worse than Rang Shi.
What's more, Zhu Xi is still a monk, that young girl has always liked to let Shi, and it is just an ordinary friendship for Zhu Xi, but Zhu Xi can't get out of this level.
Because of the existence of this young woman, Zhu Xi's cultivation has advanced by leaps and bounds, and almost at the same time as Rang Shi, he broke through the shackles of the True God Realm and entered the ranks of True God Walkers, and since then he has squeezed into the top of the cosmic food chain.
But it is precisely because of this young woman that after Zhu Xi broke through to the True Divine Walker, his progress slowed down infinitely, and now Shi's cultivation is unfathomable, some people have already reached the legendary realm when he sleeps, and there are also a number of people who have already stepped into the legendary realm in half a step, and it is not far from stepping through the void and ascending to the divine realm.
For so many years, Zhu Xi's cultivation has been stagnant at the peak of the middle-level True God Realm, and if he has a knot in his heart, he can't let go of it, so he can't transcend himself.
To let go and not to let go is a very mysterious thing.
It's all about obsession, hovering between stubbornness and paranoia, and it's one of the most common problems that hinders a practitioner's cultivation and state of mind.
Excessive self-esteem is the basis that leads to the formation of stubbornness.
Self-esteem, as a spiritual need of human beings, is understandable. But there are people who have self-esteem for their wise thoughts, skilled skills. Humorous and witty conversation, incisive arguments. Noble character and modest attitude, so they can only satisfy their vanity by stubbornness, confrontation, attack, and unreasonable defense. so that stubbornness develops in this satisfaction. In this way, it will inevitably affect the normal interaction with others.
Pompousness, arrogance, laziness, and conformism are among the elements that make up a stubborn character.
This kind of person often manifests as emotional instability, poor social adaptability, indifference to the surrounding environment or people, easy to friction with others, and poor interpersonal relationships. My heart is depressed, but I can't listen to others patiently, so my psychological accumulation has nowhere to be solved, and finally I fall into the quagmire of psychopathology.
Stubbornness is a paranoid personality disorder.
This type of person is sensitive and suspicious, jealous, has a high self-esteem, does not accept criticism, is impulsive and sophistry, and lacks a sense of humor. Stubborn people often break up with friends, break up with lovers, discord between husband and wife, and turn father and son against each other.
Thus it can be said. Stubbornness is the enemy of interpersonal communication.
Stubbornness can be divided into sensory stubbornness, memory representation stubbornness, emotional stubbornness, these psychological phenomena can be connected into one, forming a habit, when others break this habit, it will make the individual unpleasant, uncomfortable, and even distressed emotions, thus triggering aggressive behavior, showing strong stubbornness.
Personal cultivation and the objects with which we usually interact are important factors in the formation and development of stubbornness. Often associate with people who are well-cultivated, good at socializing, flexible, or open-minded. tends to change or weaken one's level of stubbornness, and the association of a stubborn person with a stubborn person will make both parties more stubborn.
Stubbornness is convincing. First, overcome vanity. It is an objective fact that no one is perfect. There is no need to hide your shortcomings and mistakes. Don't talk about it and don't pretend to understand, but direct your energy to your career so that vanity can be transformed. Achieve mental balance.
Second, it is necessary to improve personal cultivation. Enrich your knowledge and free yourself from dogma and stereotypes. Be respectful and trusting of others. Develop a tolerant attitude towards others. Don't appreciate your own achievements too much, talk about the shortcomings of others, be open to new knowledge and new things, and don't worry about those trivial things.
Third, we should be good at restraining our own resistance and rude words and behaviors, strengthen self-regulation, and learn to use psychological adjustment methods for emotional transformation. Take the initiative to admit your mistakes and don't stubbornly stick to your own opinions.
Paranoia refers to self-invoking ideas or delusions of sexual superiority, commonly about victimization, love, hate, jealousy, honor, lawsuits, and exaggeration. Such ideas or delusions may be associated with organic psychosis, intoxication, schizophrenia, or a response to stress, and may also be a personality disorder.
The paranoid personality is also called the delusional personality.
Their behavior is often characterized by: extreme hypersensitivity, resentment of insults and injuries, stubborn and rigid thoughts and behaviors, sensitive and suspicious, narrow-minded, jealousy, nervousness and anxiety about other people's achievements or honors, jealousy, either picking quarrels and quarrels, or saying cool things behind their backs, or publicly complaining and blaming others;
Self-righteous, pretentious, overestimating one's own abilities, accustomed to blaming others for failures and responsibilities, often exaggerating in work and study;
They are unable to analyze the situation correctly and objectively, they tend to proceed from personal feelings when they have problems, they are subjectively one-sided, and if they start a family, they often suspect that their spouse is unfaithful, and so on. A person with this personality cannot get along at home or get along with friends and colleagues outside the home, so others have to stay away from him.
Zhu Xi's situation can be described by the Buddhist term "attachment", "persistence", also known as "attachment", the correct translation is taking, transliterated as Apodhana, a Buddhist term. It refers to the insistence on a certain thing, which generally refers to stubbornness or stubbornness, and also refers to the reluctance to pursue a certain thing.
Love robbery.
The most difficult tribulation for Buddhist disciples, if they can get through the emotional pass, then the other calamities will be much easier, most of them will become Dharma masters, there are many Buddha worlds, and the red dust is long, but there are very few Buddhist cultivators who have seen through the red dust.
You don't need to let go of the love word to see through the red dust, you just need to understand what this love is, why people are so obsessed, and make people die. Only by understanding the word love, a big step forward is a big step away from seeing through the red dust.
A lot of the time. What Buddhist disciples need is a great change in their lives so that they can realize it.
Survive the catastrophe. It has become a major test point for studying a Buddhist disciple, hundreds of millions of Buddhist disciples, who have gone out of the mountains to enter the world and enter the red dust experience, but there are only a few who have really returned to Buddhism.
Hongchen originally referred to a prosperous and lively place.
In Buddhism, "dust" means pollution, which means that it can pollute people's true nature. "Dust" is also synonymous with "realm", which refers to all external things that are perceived and understood.
Buddhism believes. The dust realm is realized by one mind, and it is not a real objective reality, but a false "appearance like an external realm". Later, the red dust refers to the illusory earthly world.
As the saying goes, seeing through the red dust means seeing through the vanity and filth of the world, and not enough nostalgia. It is often used to describe the view and freedom.
Only when you can see through and let go can you enter the door of the Dharma, and as long as you can see through and let go, you can quickly enter the Dharma.
It seems that Zhu Xi seems to be very open-minded and free-spirited, but in fact, it is not. This is just like Lan Juechen facing Qin Yun.
In everyone's heart, there is such a person, who is loved from afar, and may not be able to be together in this life. Maybe they didn't say a few words, and they didn't eat and watch movies together, but it was this distant person who supported the most important thing in youth. The most brilliant days.
So much so that we in the future will remember. There are no regrets, just warm memories. When I think of her. There will always be an indescribable sourness in my heart, an indescribable complexity, and an indescribable worry.
Cultivation is a kind of metaphysics of mutual paradox, and if you let it go, you may not be able to see through it, and if you see through it, you may not be able to let it go, how it will become the avenue under the feet of cultivators.
Will there still be waves in Lan Juechen's heart when he faces Qin Yun? Lan Jiechen himself is not sure that he has let go, but he has seen through it, so the last shackle bound to him disappears.
Zen is the Tao.
The path you are taking, others don't know, others say Zen, you can only learn from, the real Zen is so mysterious, in fact, it is to let the practitioner understand on his own, enlightenment is enlightenment, and failure to realize is not realization.
Most of the time, the Tao can only be understood, not spoken.
There is no image in ten directions, and there is no trace in six directions. Jumping out of the Three Realms, not in the Five Elements. One is higher, one step at a time. Sitting down on the Buddha's pass, but lost the way to come. "Zen" is the abbreviation of "Zena" in Buddhism, and it can also be called "renunciation of evil" or "jungle of merit".
It translates to "meditation" or "meditation".
It is a practice method of Buddhism, in which there is a difference between Patriarch Zen and Buddha Zen.
Speech and thinking cultivation is based on the cause of the name, which means that the single-minded thinking and cultivation is the cause and can be fixed, so it is called thinking cultivation.
Those who speak of meditation are named according to the body, and their body of meditation is silent and has the purpose of deliberation, so it is called meditation. Stillness is determination, consideration is wisdom, and the wonderful body of wisdom equality is called "Zenna". That is, Buddhism generally talks about Zen meditation. The ethereal spirit is tranquil, the outer edge and the external things are discarded and unaffected by them, and the spirit is "Zen" when the spirit is withdrawn so that the spirit can reflect on itself.
Zen, through the "cicada", all changes without departing from its ancestry, such as cicadas and chrysalis, chickens and eggs, karma, reincarnation changes, there is no sequence, there is no always, different time and space, different postures, and finally it.
Zen change, Zen concession, no matter how to change or give way to whom, is ultimately the continuation of its spirit.
Whether it is Zen change or Zen concession, the fruit is ultimately a thing that is refined and created by fate because of the hen's awareness.
Therefore, the change of Zen is equivalent to awe, taking refuge in the law and not falling into hungry ghosts, greed, hatred and obsession, and the suffering of reincarnation are endless, and only prohibition and respect are the end.
The troubles in life are all found by themselves, and when the mind becomes broad and ethereal, like an empty cup of troubles, it can be quiet and quiet.
If the human soul can be like the lotus flower and the sun and the moon, transcendent and plain, without discrimination, give-and-take, love and hatred, gain and loss, then it will be able to achieve happiness and peace. The water flows downward, the clouds float in the sky, and everything happens naturally and harmoniously.
With a normal heart, life is like flowing water, returning to the truth, this is to understand life, is Zen.
Tranquil heart, simple and flawless, return to the truth, this is to penetrate life, is Zen. Definition of Zen: Zenna, translated into Chinese as meditation, is to think about silence and contemplation in a dependent environment.
Zena and meditation can be regarded as synonymous, but the difference between the two is that the scope of Zena is narrow, and the scope of meditation is wide. Zen refers specifically to the four Zen realms above ****, and the desire realm cannot be called Zen because of the narrow wisdom.
"The Treatise on Great Wisdom" volume: "The four Zens are also known as Zen, also known as Ding, in addition to the Four Zens, the remaining Ding, also known as Samadhi, not called Zen." Because the Buddha and his disciples mostly attained nirvana with the power of the four meditations.
"The Sixth Patriarch Altar Sutra - Zazen Product Fifth": "The external separation is Zen, and the internal chaos is determined." Outer meditation and inner meditation are for meditation. "For those who meditate, the use of the external unstained and unstained is Zen, and the clear and clear dwelling in the mind is concentration, and the so-called outer meditation and inner concentration are meditation as the same. Externally, in the face of the five desires and six dusts, the life and death of the world, the mind can not be moved, it is Zen, and internally, the heart is free from greed and love, which is concentration. If you meditate, it's like a dark room!"
The meaning of Zen is to produce supreme wisdom in concentration, to confirm with supreme wisdom, and to prove that everything is true and true, which is called Zen.
In the Heart Sutra, "when you go deep into Prajnaparamita, you see that the five aggregates are empty, and you can overcome all suffering", and the so-called "deep practice" is meditation and deep concentration.
In meditation, the Bodhisattva of Avalokiteshvara discovers that when the aggregates are empty, that is, when there is no self, all problems and sufferings are liberated.
Zen is a kind of Buddhist thought, which basically abandons the use of existing knowledge and logic to solve problems. I believe that the easiest and most effective way is to solve the problem directly with the perception that comes from the heart, to find and prove the self-nature.
Its theory is that this method is not bound by any knowledge, any logic, or any common sense, and is truly derived from the self, so it is also the most suitable for solving the problems of the self.
In other words, Zen can be understood as the simplest and most effective way to solve problems.
At the moment, this thought is clear and clear, and it is clear to see the greed, ignorance, and ignorance contained in each of your thoughts, and to break it at the moment, so that you can not climb the external environment and dye it, and you will not be drowsy and unremembered.
Zen, the abbreviation of the Sanskrit word "Zena", is translated as "meditation", "thinking and cultivating", "abandoning evil", etc.
It is to quietly filter the fragments in life, correct the wrong thinking, and abandon the evil thoughts. A common practice method used in Buddhism is to meditate and adjust the mind, control the will, and transcend joy and sorrow in order to attain the state of "Brahman".
The reason why there are so many people who practice Buddhism is that cultivating Buddha can calm down and cure troubles, and realize the transformation from evil to good, from ignorance to wisdom, and from pollution to purity. It enables the practitioner to move from tranquility to happiness and to a clear and empty mind. (To be continued.) )
