Chapter Seventy-Nine: Creation Ambition
"Elven relics! How could I possibly get that kind of thing?"
Winston asked rhetorically. Pen @ fun @ pavilion wWw. ļ½ļ½ļ½Uļ½Eć ļ½ļ½ļ½ļ½
"The elven relic I'm talking about is not a specific prop, but a heritage ornament. ā
Winston asked, "What's that?"
"The World Tree, which is said to be the incarnation of the elven god and the birthplace of the elves, is enshrined as holy relics by the elves for its naturally shedding branches and leaves!"
Winston thought for a moment, and agreed, "Okay, I'll do my best to get it for you, but I'm not guaranteed to get it." ā
"Don't worry, I'll guide you to it. ā
Kruger smiled confidently, "Turn left and destroy the passage." ā
Winston gathered the power of blood into the blade of the sword, easily piercing the stone wall that had lost the protection of the magic array.
With a strong twist, the blade made a large circle on the stone wall, and with a kick of his foot, the broken masonry was scattered to the ground, revealing a hole.
Stooping down and digging through the hole, Winston found himself in a new world, where a large amount of equipment needed for magical experiments was piled up.
Winston had no interest in what was needed for these magics, and asked Kruger, "What now?"
"I'll give you a magic array, and you use your spiritual power to carve it into the third fastest floor tile on the left. ā
Winston did as Kruger had said, and carved the formation into the tiles.
"Titicaca!"
A blue magic array appeared above one of the partition walls of the room, and a light curtain as bright as water condensed.
"What is this?"
Winston reached out and tried to touch it.
A powerful pulling force came in an instant, and before he could resist Winston, he was absorbed into it.
As if he was walking through a space-time tunnel, with only a little starlight in front of him guiding the way, Winston was passively carried by meteors and flew into an unknown world.
The dappled shadows of the trees flew by, and the sound of night chirping beasts was endless. After flying for an unknown distance, the starlight finally began to dim, sending Winston to a dense jungle before finally dissipating into obscurity.
Everywhere there are dense towering giants, and specks of light are sprinkled from the layers of overlapping branches and leaves, leaving the light of the stars reflected in the green meadows.
The light in the forest was quite dim, and there was a thick fog wafting around, but fortunately, under the observation of the true sight dragon pupil, it did not have much effect on Winston.
Obviously this couldn't be in the lab, Winston frowned and asked Kruger, "What is this place?"
"Don't worry, do you know what the highest secret of magic is?"
Winston didn't answer, but this did not affect Kruger's interest in the slightest, "In my opinion, the secret of magic lies in creation, just like the creator god, turning decay into magic, and creating all beings!"
Hearing this, Winston was finally a little moved, and looked at the surroundings in amazement.
"Imp, do you notice? Yes, this is my attempt!
"Making the world?"
Winston glanced around at the plants, trees, birds, and beasts, and found that they were all very sluggish, lacking a kind of spirituality as a life, and questioned loudly, "Impossible!"
"What's impossible, let me out, I'll show you a miracle!"
With the Holy Pact Covenant, Winston was not afraid of what tricks Kruger played, and generously released his soul.
The powerful lich who had been robbed of most of his spiritual power by Winston using the law of fusion was just a weak remnant at this moment, like a wisp of green smoke, as if it would dissipate at any moment.
"Boom!"
The ground suddenly fell into an inexplicable shock, and when I looked up, a large hole was suddenly broken in the sky, like broken glass, covered with black cracks.
Even Winston was a little unstable under such a change, and looked at Kruger in surprise. I saw him smile and say, "I didn't do it, our guests also came in." ā
Holding the hilt of Hurard's illicette with his right hand, Winston asked in a deep voice, "Can you determine where they are now?"
"Of course, but these guests are mine!"
After speaking, the whole world became dark, and a huge eye of the storm was formed around Kruger, and the sky also reflected it, and the dark clouds swirled and pressed down, and dense lightning loomed in the clouds, and thunder roared incessantly.
The life of this world seems to be extracted by invisible forces, birds and beasts die in an instant, and the green trees wither and rot.
What was once a lush woods has now become a desert where life is extinct, and Kruger is no longer a thin soul, but a lich hidden under gray robes.
Winston asked, somewhat unconvinced, "You plundered life here?"
Kruger's voice was no longer dry, and his eyes glowed green, "No, I just retrieved what was stored here a long time ago. ā
As the two spoke, a tall ogre strode toward the cracked earth.
Its solid muscles were also covered in black lines, and a long string of sharp fangs hung from its neck, which, combined with the scars on his body, could imagine the brutality of the fight it had experienced.
ā*&ļ¼ļ¼ļ¼ā
With a low roar in an unknown language, the ogre pounced violently, and a dark halo of light appeared above the iron fist.
"Giggles, such a powerful breath of life, this is my first sumptuous meal since I recovered, you're welcome!"
Smiling coldly, Kruger's right hand waved, and before he could chant the spell, a long black tentacle flew out from the bottom of his robe, winding towards the ogre.
"Wow!"
With a roar of rage, the ogre did not retreat, but advanced, and the black qi around his body surged, and a pair of pitch-black armor covered his body.
"Zizi!"
The tentacles collided with the armor, and the two reacted violently like boiling oil and water, and thick smoke continued to rise.
The ogre's face was bruised, as if he was in great pain, but his fists did not stop for half a minute.
"It's ridiculous that a reckless guy actually uses dark power in front of a lich, and a hare dares to provoke a lion!"
Kruger stretched out his right hand under his robe, an arm like a withered twig, and his slender nails glowed with a strange light, "Fall into darkness forever!"
As Kruger spoke, the ogre's body froze in midair, and countless black smoke erupted from its seven orifices.
"Ahh
The ogre struggled in pain, a howl of pain and rage coming out of his mouth.
Kruger sneered and clenched his hand, and the black smoke rushed into his palm as if it had a spirit.
"The Upper Offering. ā
In a short time, the ogre, who had just been alive, had completely erased the world, and Kruger glanced at Winston with a vague and unfinished gaze.
True Sight Dragon Pupil's observation captured this scene, and Winston's heart sank, everything in this space seemed to be self-contained, and whether the Holy Covenant was valid was really worrying.
Suppressing the uneasiness in his heart, Winston pretended to be indifferent, and looked at the world with interest: "It's really amazing, just like the realm! Kruger, do you think my fusion law can integrate this into my body." ā
