Chapter 89: Enlightening Hermione
"Ah, it's complicated. Pen @ fun @ pavilion wWw. ļ½ļ½ļ½Uļ½Eć info" Hermione listened to George's words and felt that it made perfect sense. But she didn't really think about it that much, she just felt that Harry Ron was a little pitiful for being punished.
"Remember Snape's relationship with Harry. George tried to give an example to make Hermione better understood.
"Harry's father had saved Professor Snape's life, so he hated Harry a lot. Hermione scratched at her hair, remembering what Harry had said.
"But Snape didn't really want to hurt Harry, and tried to protect him, on the Quidditch pitch, on the Philosopher's Stone. George guided Hermione to recall these events to illustrate Snape's special affection for Harry.
"But he still hated Harry, he always embarrassed Harry, and Harry hated him. Hermione pondered the complicated relationship between Harry and Snape, and how tangled they were, "It's very unfair and unseemly for him to extend his hatred for Harry's father to Harry. ā
"That's it, you see, if one person wants to protect another, the two don't need to be friends, the two can even be enemies. "George spread his hands, and the relationship between Harry and Snape was really complicated, and no one could figure it out.
On the other hand, if a person cares about helping someone, he or she will not necessarily be kind and recognized. "Hermione was smart, very smart, she always got the hang of it.
"You're always so smart, like you cared about yesterday, you just have to show a little bit and they'll know. But if you remind them repeatedly, they will feel like you're laughing at them. George explained that Hermione, a wise and gentle man, was actually the most vulnerable to injury, they thought too much and hurt the most.
"Ahhhh Hermione shook her head, a little unhappy, "You can't be more sincere and less routine." ā
"Have you ever thought about reading less books, doing fewer questions, studying less, and then taking first place?" said George, disapprovingly, giving another example that was relevant to Hermione.
"It's different. Hermione didn't think the book would be that complicated.
"Is it really different? You need time, energy, and practice to get good grades, so why do you think friends can get it so easily?" asked George with a serious face.
He very much disagrees with those who take friendship and feelings for granted. Whatever loves me, you will tolerate everything about me, and whatever friends you have, you must trust me unconditionally. Are you kidnapping or murder and arson? Feelings are never one-way, still less are they bottomless presumptuous.
Feelings need the cooperation of the two, unilateral words are good for you, just condescending accusations. Advice is only true if it provides a practical approach.
If Hermione had been able to come up with a way to save Ron from being scolded by his mother yesterday, Ron wouldn't have thought Hermione was nagging and verbose.
But when Hermione could only remind them of their mistakes over and over again, then the concern only turned into accusations, and Ron and Harry didn't like it, and it was hard for the others to like it, maybe only George would.
"Do you know what happened when Malfoy and Harry first met?" George certainly knew that Hermione didn't know, and when Malfoy and Harry first met, only two of his and Malfoy's henchmen were present.
"I just remember they falling out. Hermione frowned and recalled, she remembered well, she remembered what had happened on the train.
"Malfoy originally wanted to be friends with Harry. George leaned over and lowered his voice so that no one else could hear him.
Hermione's eyes widened and her mouth opened wide with a look of incredulity. Malfoy and Harry hated each other no less than Snape, if not more, but Malfoy actually wanted to be friends with Harry in the first place?" ā
"That's just the way it is. George spread his hands disapplauded, "This is a nasty person who will always mess up everything, Malfoy's dislike is no less, he wants to make friends with people, but he will not be like a normal person." ā
"That's what it says. Hermione pursed her lips, remembering something that would always be annoying no matter what she did, "Just like Snape, who wanted to protect Harry, we thought he was going to murder Harry." ā
"That's it. George liked the example too, saying that Snape was a standard case when it was annoying, "Malfoy found Harry in the car, and he even peeked at Harry in Diagon Alley. But when he came up and said he wanted to be friends with Harry, his tone and demeanor only wanted him to punch him in the face. ā
"You can imagine it. Hermione covered her mouth and chuckled quietly, this annoying Malfoy, even if there were good words coming from him, as soon as he passed by him, it was like being polluted, he had terrible polluting powers.
"It's not that kindness is enough. George uttered the most crucial words, "Malfoy is still incredibly annoying even when he wants to make friends with people." Because he's used to being a troublemaker, a nuisance. His demeanor, his tone, his movements all bear this out, and his true thoughts, his inner intentions, are not worth mentioning. ā
"Oh, that's a terrible truth. Although Hermione always said complicated and troublesome words, she also took George's words to heart, and she definitely didn't want to be a nasty guy like Malfoy.
That's when Professor McGonagall approached her, and she sent Hermione a class schedule. She didn't ask Hermione why she was here in Ravenclaw, but gave her her class schedule directly, and good students always make teachers like.
Hermione looked down at the class schedule in her hand, and she would have to take an herb class with Hufflepuff later.
"Looks like I'm going to have to go, I'll have a herb class in a minute. Hermione hurriedly took a few more bites of the sandwich and swallowed it mixed with milk.
"Have fun in class, grab points, don't mind Harry and Ron later. George winked at Hermione.
"Giggles. Hermione laughed, she liked the nickname, "Scorer." ā
By the time Hermione was with Harry and Ron again, she had become very kind. Together, they went out of the castle, through the vegetable patch, to the herb greenhouse. It is home to a variety of magical plants, which are often the source of materials for Potions classes.
When they came, the rest of the students arrived, just waiting for Professor Sprout. Professor Sprout arrives soon, accompanied by the new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher, Gilderoy Lockhart.
