Chapter 15: Dreams

To Arcanis's reassurance, Frogiza didn't go any further and do anything more intimate after tying her a "squay". Pen & Fun & Pavilion www.biquge.info though she is grateful to the elf, apologetic to him, and even likes him. However, there was not the slightest trace of affection in his affection, and if the elf's movements were more intimate, she would definitely feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.

Frogiza began to act like an older brother, discussing her future life at the academy. Of course, Arcanis knew nothing about the Academy, and with her trust in the elves, she was obedient to the elves' plans.

"Culture classes, art classes, are very important to you. ”

Alina nodded obediently, but she didn't know that the golden retriever in front of her had already arranged a course for her in her heart that focused on elf culture.

"For these three days, my maid will teach you manners, and tomorrow you will sleep beforehand. ”

Alina nodded again, and followed the tall Frogisa to the room assigned to her. As they went up to the second floor, an exclamation came from the door.

"Oh my God, this naughty cat, get off the dictionary. ”

"Meow, meow!"

This was followed by Melly's meow.

Frogissa's eyes lit up when he heard the word dictionary, and he suddenly quickened his pace and walked briskly into the room. The half-elf girl hurried to follow, and she heard the sound of tearing paper and the sharp meow of a cat. As soon as Alina entered, she saw the little milk cat that had been grabbed by the elf by the back of the neck, a messy thick dictionary spread out on the table, and the elf's feet were covered with shredded paper.

"Melly, what did you do?"

"Meow woo. (Look at the desktop!) Melly cried as she pointed her paw down at the table, on which there were a few words made up of different shredded paper:

"The elf is lying!" he thought. ”

"Faith Mericay!"

"The Golden Retriever is lying!"

"He's going to trick you into sexual intercourse!"

Wait a minute.

But these sentences full of warnings happened to be blocked by the elf's body.

"It's just interested in words. Frogissa's heart beat faster, and as she spoke, she turned around. When turning, take the opportunity to scramble the shredded paper on the table.

Alina looked curiously at the flying shredded paper behind the elf, and Frogissa still had a faint smile on her face, as if nothing had happened. Curious, she grabbed a piece and read the small print on it.

"Deception, copulation?"

"Alia, comfort your fellow. The elf handed the writhing cat to the half-elf who was about to grab a few more pieces of shredded paper.

"Thank you. As soon as the kitten was freed from the restraints, it turned around and bit Flogisa hard, but of course it did not have sharp cat teeth and did not cause any harm to Flogisa.

"Melly!"

"Meow!" Melly cried out to Alina unhappily.

The half-elf tapped on its head, and the angry kitten fell silent and curled up in her arms.

"Sorry for the trouble. ”

"It's okay, Melly is still so energetic. The elf stared at Melly, "But pets are not allowed in the student dormitory, especially the noisy ones. So you can foster Melly here first, and then have time to see it later, okay?"

"But that's causing you trouble..."

"Actually, I like Melly's a lot and want to see it more. The mongrel raised its head and barked at him in warning.

Responding to his cousin's request, Arcanis nodded.

"Then I'm bothering you. ”

So Melly was reluctantly taken away. The room was re-cleaned, and Alina was led to the bathroom, where she took a comfortable bath with the help of the maid, and all her cheap clothes were discarded, so she put on a soft goose-yellow bathrobe and returned to her room.

The soft and tidy big bed, so that Alina couldn't help but pounce on it, the soft big bed gently hugged her, her mind rose a little tired, the half-elf suddenly wanted to experience the feeling of sleep.

Yes, the five-day-old half-elf, who had never slept yet, knew that she was different from the rest of the world, and that she would use the night to wield her scimitar all night.

The orange magic lamp goes out. Alina rested her head on the pillow and fell asleep....

She dreamed of hell.

The stench of hot air, roasted sewage, burrowed into her nostrils, her face pressed against the filthy ground. Her eyes were red with blood, and she could see only the dirty ground, the dust raised, the thin little hands clenched tightly and the back in the distance.

One foot after another stomped on her fiercely, kick after kick without stopping, like the fangs of the panther that day. For some reason, she was desperate to believe that the back would save her. So she squeezed the cry for help from her lungs to her throat with all her might, and finally screamed with difficulty.

The cry for help became trembling and cold after the sound of the voice that was constantly shaking from the beating, and even the Heart of Stone would tremble slightly at the pitiful pleading. The blurred back paused, all her eyes suddenly focused on it, and at that moment, Alina could see it very clearly, silver hair, pointed ears turned back, and a sword hilt peeking out from behind the cloak. Next, he would turn around and even draw his sword. She was convinced.

But no, he just paused, and her world went dark. All that was left was the heat and the pain of the beating, and in a vague way she heard something like the sound of an executioner, followed by a heart-rending pain from her right leg, which woke her up with the crisp sound of cracking bones.

Alina snapped her eyes open and sat up from the soft bed.

Her chest heaved with the horror of the nightmare, and the heart-rending pain of the dream was so real that the half-elf pulled open the thin quilt that had been covered at some point. She was wearing a wide nightdress, and her beautiful, snow-white right leg peeked out from under the goose-yellow nightdress, and Elina touched it without any abnormality, let alone pain.

"It scared me to death, I thought my right leg was broken. ”

Alina breathed a sigh of relief and muttered to herself, then slipped into the thin quilt that had been covering her at some point and continued to sleep.

Frogissa leaned his back against the door and took a deep breath, the female voice that had just come from behind the door he heard clearly, and it fell on the elf's heart, knocking on his broad conscience. Sure enough, the pain was so deeply imprinted on his soul that he couldn't forget it even after he was reborn?, the elf thought, his fists clenched, and an incomparably complex emotion churned in his chest, like a mixture of guilt, sadness, and compensation.

This complicated emotion dispelled the last bit of wavering in his heart, and he made up his mind to make sure that the plan was successful, so that she could completely forget those pains and grow happily in a better world.

The elf stayed in front of the door for a moment until he heard the sound of Aliana's steady breathing, and then left.

A quarter of an hour after he left, Alina frowned and fell into a new nightmare.......
