Coupled with the contradictions between ancient and modern times, the two questions silenced Xunzi and his disciples, and Xunzi was not allowed to consult Yunyao's opinion.

"Although we don't respect Yao Shunyu, we are also promoting etiquette and music, and we also hope that everyone will 'clearly divide the group', which is the source of peace in the world, how can everyone not like it?" Xunzi said that this question is really strange, so he said: "It seems that because of the evil of human nature and the lack of etiquette, everyone is not aware of the benefits of a gentleman, so everyone will not compete to be a gentleman." ”

That's right, it's definitely like this, either their proposition is wrong, or human nature is too bad, and the world is too bad, so everyone reverses black and white, and doesn't know the wonder of a gentleman, so naturally they won't cultivate themselves and become a gentleman.

"So how can it be the same thing as desire? It stands to reason that people are going to compete for scarce things, right? Yun Yao continued to ask.

Therefore, the idea of wanting evil and being the same thing is not 100% firm, and Xunzi has already begun to reflect.

So what matters is the good and the bad itself? Not. The important thing is the right to interpret the good, if I have the right to interpret, I can sell the dung as jewelry, not only will people not feel cheated, but will be complacent. "Why do Kong Meng admire Yao Shunyu, is it because they are really good? Is it because they are really perfect? No, it's about getting the right to interpret the good. With the right to interpret the good, Confucius and Mencius were able to propose changes to the monarch to implement their own ideas. "And why are you not twelve? Is it because they are not good enough? No, it's because you want to establish your own right of interpretation by criticizing the Twelve. "Yun Yao and these people also tell the truth directly and don't play false, because their endurance is very strong.

Why did Confucius and Mencius admire Yao Shunyu? It is also to grasp the right to interpret the good, and to gain the opportunity to promote the proposition and increase one's authority by honoring the past and abusing the present.

Why aren't Xunzi masters and apprentices twelve? It is also to establish his own right to speak, to establish his own right to interpret the good, so that everyone knows that Mencius's human nature is inherently good and bad, and his own human nature is inherently evil.

As for whether it is good or not, who can tell? Not really. It seems that there is only consequentialism, which infers right and wrong from the result. Then Li Si is the most correct person without intention, because he established the institutional foundation of Great Qin and laid the foundation for the next two thousand years.
