PS: I added a prologue, about what happened before Arcanis died. Pen ~ fun ~ Pavilion www.biquge.info because the starting point can't change the order.,So I had to change chapter by chapter.,I hope you'll like the prologue.,This prologue is also compensation for the fact that I didn't update it before.。
It is extremely painful to be swallowed as food, especially if you are not dead and eaten alive.
The instinctive desire to survive the resistance to death, the undead nerves faithfully respond to the extreme pain in the brain, and the pain is like poking a hot iron coated with acid into the nerves. The desire to survive and the pain easily crushed the newborn Arcanis, and she was so desperate that when the terrible whisper in her heart rang out, she prayed to it like a drowning man grasping at a life-saving straw, longing for its salvation.
"Weak brains .... Accept me willingly, accept the body that you once forsaken!"
Arcanis agreed without hesitation, and the pain immediately moved away from her. She saw again, she saw what Kazkaz saw, and when she saw the black-robed mage, her heart was filled with morbid hatred.
During the battle, she was encouraged by the strength of Kazkaz and deeply rejoiced (though strangely disgusting) that she was so powerful. Because it shattered the mage's terrifying malice and protected her sense of security from the imminent collapse.
It wasn't until Kazkaz crossed the space with the mage and impaled him that Arcanis realized something was wrong.
For some reason, the phrase "there is no free lunch in the world" popped into her head.
Kazkaz began to show its hideous face, and Arcanis could feel the hunger mixed with hatred, the terrible hunger, the hunger for the body of the enemy in front of him.
Arkanis cried out for Kazkaz to stop eating, she could not accept cannibalism, but as the mage wailed and begged for mercy, Kazkaz remained unmoved.
The feeling of chewing human flesh and swallowing it was so real, as if she was eating, too. Arcanis suddenly realizes that she is actually imprisoned in the monster's body, and she screams and struggles to escape from the monster.
At last the world went dark, and just as she was at a loss, a white light lit up, and she saw the incomparably tall Kazkaz, in front of which the Arcanis was as small as "a small piece of fat in a broth".
It lowered its head, bent over, a pair of large compound eyes approaching Arcarnes' face, and the half-elf could feel a tangible anger and contempt coming from it.
Arcanis trembled with fear, and angry voices appeared in her heart, and the monster in front of her commanded her to accept it completely, to become one with it and become a part of it.
Arcanis realized that it was no different from being eaten, and she shook her head tremblingly, and the monster became even more angry, raising its wings and waving its terrible forelimbs. She could feel the monster's wrath like a myriad of blades piercing her body.
The monster wanted to punish the ignorant and weak creature, and he opened his mouth and bit down the screaming Arcanis.....
The world returned to darkness, and Arcanis felt like he was wrapped in flesh and blood. The half-elf struggled to get out of the small space, but felt as if she was tearing her flesh apart, a painful process that was partly connected to her.
She is both part of the monster.
The process of escaping from the prison was difficult and painful, she was not brave, but she was afraid that if she stayed a little longer, she would be assimilated by the flesh prison around her.
The flesh grew softer and weaker, and the flesh prison finally began to "loosen", and Arcanis vigorously ripped open the flesh and crawled outward.
The eroded flesh, soft to the touch, was covered with colorless liquid, Arcanis's head was exposed, the dark chamber mixed with the smell of blood and bitter almonds inhaled into her nostrils, and she crawled out, feeling alive again.
Just as she breathed a sigh of relief, a sharp voice sounded in her heart.
"Weak brain, you can die twice. ”
"What?" she shouted in her heart.
"Every time I die, I can devour a part of you. ”
The monster's voice, like a death knell in winter, long and cold, echoed in Arcanis's body, and she grabbed the little cat on the ground, poured into her arms, and began to cry.......
The chamber was silent, and Arcarnes could feel the faint heartbeat of the kitten on his chest. Kazkaz's corpse grew softer and softer, like a pile of ice cream that was beginning to melt, and the half-elf in a daze finally moved her eyes, and her eyes caught a glimpse of trash in another corner.
The fresh skeleton, with some red flesh still hanging on it, and only a small half of the fleshless head remained, and the feeling of nausea came back to him, and Arcanis couldn't hold back any longer, tilted his head to the side and spit it out violently.
After a long time, the feeling of nausea that was desperately pouring out of her body disappeared, and she looked at her vomit. Thankfully, they are white, much like the corpse of Kazkaz that has become semi-solid.
Although he lost all his memories, Arcanis still had some common sense things, such as collecting all the useful things in the secret room.
Unlike the mentality of collecting stone houses at the time, Arcanis was cautious, lest something full of murderous desires pop out of the dark corners and take her precious life.
She was so frightened that she jumped when the broken magic still fell off the table.
"Meow?"
Melly, who was crouching on the enchantment table munching on the death knell flower, glanced strangely at Arcanis, who made a noise, and knocked down a crumbling cabinet.
Arcanis' face flushed with embarrassment, and he bent over again, searching the ground for something useful.
Due to the strange liquid from the Kazkaz spikes, there are hardly any magical items left in this chamber. The pair of bracelets containing the legendary scimitars were lucky to escape, and she also found her own extradimensional space bag, and put on durable clothing, which gave her a little more security, after all, clothing is one of the obvious differences between humans and monsters.
In addition to this, she found a large number of gold coins, most of which were in bags of 100 pieces. Arcanis found forty or fifty bags, which tell the story of the mage's astonishing wealth.
As the sun sets, the evening golden red sun shines on the rejuvenated meadows. The young unicorn's shell-like horn gave a second life to the withered grass and trees, and the tender green grass covered the terrible battlefield. She stepped lightly across the green meadow like a white cloud drifting across the blue sea, and the young unicorn lowered its head, the horns of its head lifting the broken ruby necklace from a bush of grass.
The unicorn's magical power caused the broken ruby necklace and its fragments to surround her unicorn. After a while, the magic made it a compass, and her clear eyes reflected the ruby necklace that once contained magical power. In her eyes, it pointed her to the direction of its owner.
Orient.
So the young unicorn jumped into the woods without hesitation, and like a white lightning bolt, disappeared into the forest, and hurried to the far east.
In the middle of the night, the bright moonlight fell on the forest, plating the grass, bushes, and trees with a faint layer of silver glass.
Arcarnes' buckskin riding boots stamped across the meadow, the dew wetting her boots. She was expressionless and unconcerned about the beauty, completely lacking the enthusiasm she had had before to explore the new world, let alone stop to speak to the hollow of the tree.
Smelling the unknown scent of flowers, Melly poked her head out of her hood, stretched out her paws, and plucked a nameless white flower from the branch that had crossed Arcanis' shoulder, and munched on it with pleasure.
The faint scent of flowers did not save Arcarnes from her contemplation until she left the woods full of nameless white flowers.
"So it was decided. ”
She said to herself firmly.
To get rid of Kazkaz is to avoid death, and to avoid the situation like today, there is no doubt that she must have great strength to protect herself.
From her few memories, she knew that there were people who taught combat skills, and the price was usually gold. Believing that the gold she received from the mage would help her learn her skills, Arcanis was determined to find the best place to teach her how to fight.
Having regained her purpose, Arcanis took a powerful step, looking up at the starry sky, at the brilliant nebula and the eternal twin moons. Feeling it, he said to himself:
"When did the time pass so quickly?"
(Because the planet is round!)
