Teng Yun looked at the old man at a loss. Pen & Fun & Pavilion www.biquge.info
"I can't help you," Professor Ash said helplessly, "I told you, my mana is low, and I can protect myself, but I can't stop him from attacking you." He spoke slowly, as if overwhelmed by the approaching evil atmosphere. "But you can deal with him," Professor Ash continued, "young and energetic, and I can see that you can take him down." β
Teng Yunshen didn't believe much what the old man said, however, one thing was very clear: the old man did not intend to help.
"What am I going to do with this guy?" he stared at the monster that was half-leaning out from behind the door.
"You can see him, you can touch him, that's enough. Professor Ash said in a flat tone, "Just like you did before, and you will do better than before." β
Teng Yunshen clenched his fists.
"Anger? It's an intense emotion, and it's great. Professor Gray nodded approvingly, "It will make your punches and kicks more destructive, and impulsiveness is often much simpler than restraint." β
He picked up the album and said, "It's the color you need, red." The old man pointed to the superhero on the cover, "Do you recognize him?"
Teng Yunshen shook his head nervously.
"Remember him tightly," Professor Ash tore the cover, "and it was not for nothing that he appeared on the cover. Now, his color will give you power. β
The old man sprinkled red pieces of paper on Teng Yunshen's body. With just a pop, Teng Yunshen felt that his blood was ignited, exuding hot gas, like gushing magma.
And he didn't suffer from it, he was full of strength, unprecedented strength that inspired him to fight. The determination that was once unwilling to give up in the face of overwhelming fear was strengthened by the strength bestowed by the wizard.
Professor Ash held up the bottle, as if to greet the soldiers who were about to go on the expedition, "Go ahead. β
Teng Yunshen flipped over the heavy wooden table and rushed towards the staggering monster. He was like a hurricane, his body was incredibly light, his muscles, his bones, and even his skin seemed to have been created for jumping and colliding.
Boom! Teng Yun pushed the blind and ignorant wizard and pushed him towards the door. The dripping glass door was gone, and an elegant wooden door took its place, and two men crashed into it with a dull squeezing sound.
He raised his fist and smashed it down, smashing it into the wizard's eye, the solid silver eye...... The wizard wailed, just as he had been when he had been shining a flashlight before.
Teng Yun was stunned, his red fist stopped abruptly, and the anger that was contained roared, but he turned a deaf ear.
Professor Ash told him that wizards weren't evil, they just didn't know what they could do.
The wizard stretched out his hands and grabbed him by the neck. The wizard will kill him.
Teng Yunshen continued to wave his fist. He didn't feel breathless, and the blood was whistling and boiling in the strong veins, giving the body strength. He smashed open a delicate eye, and a silver glow splashed out.
"Enough. A voice said. Then, the invisible hand ripped him away from the wizard.
Professor Gray walked over. "Your red color is mixed with blood too early, and it's not a good color. He said as he stepped lightly on the wizard's body, just stepping on it. His gray footprints landed on the sorcerer's satin-like body, causing ripples like stones entering water, and the ripples spread. The wizard was reduced to ashes, blown away by a strange wind, and disappeared without a trace in an instant.
Teng Yunshen covered his throat, which was constantly being hit by his heart, in surprise, "It's over." He listened to the old man, "You are doing a good job." β
The strange wind hovered at the old man's feet, swirling slowly. He may understand why Jiang Xiaoxiao associates "wind" with "color", in the world of wizards, wind has color...... The wind blows like butterflies carved out of moonlight.
"What does this mean?" Teng Yunshen stammered again, "You killed him?"
"No, I destroyed his magic. Professor Ash denied, "It's part of the wizard, but destroying it won't affect his health." β
Teng Yun stared at Professor Gray's boots in disbelief, hoping to find some traces of the past from underneath. But he couldn't find anything.
"You can trust me, or rather, trust that little girl," Professor Gray dragged the door open completely, allowing more butterflies, more winds, to drift in, "she wouldn't just execute an innocent person." β
Teng Yunshen quickly became angry again, "Do theyβI mean, those good wizardsβjust let the monsters come back to life again and again? Half a year has passed since then, maybe ...... earlier?"
"You can rest assured that these are just two tests. Professor Ash shook his head nonchalantly. "What you feared didn't happen. β
Teng Yunshen leaned on the shelf in frustration, he didn't know anything about the wizarding world, and could only expect the old man to tell the truth.
"The first test is tolerance. You've got the truth about the 'monster', you care about his life, and even if he makes a mistake, you have compassion. This is important, and that's what differentiates a wizard from a real monster. "The second test is reason, and overflowing compassion is very dangerous for a wizard, and when he was about to break your neck, you decisively smashed his eye, you did the right thing, the right person should not die because of the wrong person." β
"I didn't think about it that much," Teng Yun pressed the back of his rattling neck in annoyance, "It's just...... That's what you see. β
That's why it's all the more commendable, and sometimes, not having thought it out means not being disguised. I'm not talking about hypocrisy or not, it's not like that. However, an action that is taken after considering the thoughts of others is not the same as an action that is taken without thinking about it, and the meaning is different. The latter expresses a precious nature. β
"Okay. Teng Yunshen didn't seem interested in this, "That's it." I don't care about the test, I just want to get the answer. β
"The answer is......" Professor Gray prolonged, "come here, kid, out of this room." He beckoned.
Teng Yunshen walked up to him, "What do you want me to see?" he stared at the dancing wind elf with some fascination, "Is this it?"
"Oh. Professor Ash smacked his lips, "They're fascinating, they are, but no, I want you to see the city." β
The old man pushed him out the door. He cursed inwardly, "Oh my God!" and he clenched his screams against his teeth, terrified of what he saw.
There are monsters everywhere, hundreds and thousands, monsters everywhere.
