Chapter 12: The Bells
The girl reappeared, and according to Gülen, she wasn't supposed to be a Terran, at least not the Terran it is today.
That's even weirder, although I'm confident that I won't be killed by her, there's no need to mess with her.
I threw away the minecart and swam back, and before I could get out of the mine, Glenn and the others had already come in, and a group of crab people had swam in.
They seem to have explored the rest of the place, but they didn't find anything out of the ordinary, except for the place where there was no exploration.
Gülen gestured and asked me if I had found anything. I can still understand simple communication, but it's too complicated, so I don't know how to tell him that I see that girl again.
And even if they say it, they won't listen, they are bound to get the treasure chest.
I shook my head, and Glenn ordered the crab people to lead the way, and the group headed deeper into the mine.
It's more complicated, but there's only one destination, and all tracks lead to the destination. There must be valuable minerals there, and so many mine roads have been built to get there.
There was nothing to do all the way, we were on the same mine road, and there was no movement along the way.
It didn't take long to get to the end, and here again was a vast space, filled with murky water, and the head was covered with rocks and mud from the bottom of the sea, and I don't know how thick it was.
The surrounding walls looked solid, and some crab people knocked on them, and then they seemed to find something and started digging for dirt.
Glenn waved his staff, and the crab people ignored it, digging for a while and digging out glowing stones.
This is not an ordinary iron ore copper mine, but a diamond mine, although it is far less than the gems of the dragon family, but it is also a priceless thing.
There was apparently a diamond mine here, and the crab people were crazy, swimming around in search of it, completely ignoring Gülen's orders.
They do love money, and their IQ is low, so it's a mess at this point.
Glenn and the others couldn't, so they had to grope their way through this murky pit on their own.
I stepped on the ground and felt like it was empty underneath. Walking along the track, you can see a large cavity in front of you, and the sea inside is completely black and muddy.
I was wary that this was the end, and that something must have happened here to the miners, who had dug a big hole with undead spirits underneath.
I motioned for Gülen to come and see, and he came over to look at it for a while, and the rest of the people came over and crouched down to look inside the cave.
A few bright lights went down, it was lighting magic, the light was very dim, but it was still possible to see what was underneath vaguely.
Below was a semi-muddy muddy space, devoid of any life, and I saw what seemed to be some broken hull wrapped in the muddy water.
Glenn waved his staff a few times, and he was pleasantly surprised, making sure that this was his destination.
There is no doubt that the remains of the naval battle are below, the warships are in the mud on the seabed, and the treasure chest must be underneath.
The problem is that the undead are there, and we can't rush in.
Glenn and the others are tough enough to catch the crab man, and Gülen even kills another crab man, so scared that they finally stop looking for diamonds.
Then they were forced to go down, and the crab people all looked at me, because I said I would be with them.
To be honest, I don't want to go down, I'm not afraid of the undead, I'm afraid of that girl, she must be nearby, maybe she has gone down.
I hesitated, and the crabs were about to cry, and Gülen kicked them down. I still didn't break the promise and jumped.
Gülen was taken aback, apparently trying to pull me, but I had already gone down and my feet were in the mud. The water is black and yellow on all sides, and it is very uncomfortable to rush over at once.
I was supposed to be on a boat, and when the dirt broke up, it revealed a piece of iron covered in rust.
This is a corner of the ship, it is so tattered that I can crush it with a little force.
In fact, it is very rare that the ship of 400 years ago can still be maintained in such a state, the ancient craft must have been very developed, but now it is lost, I think the ancient craft is combined with magic, otherwise it would not be so well preserved.
The crabs lay down and brushed away the yellow mud with their tentacles, they were very fast, and they did not feel uncomfortable in this yellow water, and quickly got the yellow mud nearby.
A small warship was revealed, no more than twenty meters long, with rust holes in the iron sheet, and the wood inside was completely rotten, and the water floated away.
Glenn and the others waited on it for a while and jumped off when they found that it was okay, and the water shook and caused a disturbing aura.
I ignored the boat, but looked around warily, I always felt that there was someone here, it must be the girl.
Glenn and the others were so excited that they put down their identities and cleaned up the sludge on the boat with the crab people.
The old ships were revealed, but these were not what they wanted, and they had to find Duke Pips's ship and then look for the treasure chest on it.
I didn't get involved, I swam in the water, and everywhere was dead silence, except for the sound of muddy water bubbling. There was a lot of space, and I went around and came back, and Gülen and they had already found the main warship.
The ship was broken, split in half from the middle and sank to the bottom of the sea, where it was covered in endless yellow mud.
Maybe it was the leopard who knocked the ship off with a stick. Each section of the broken warship is nearly 100 meters long, this is really a super warship, from which you can get a glimpse of the glory of the human race four hundred years ago.
Glenn and the others swam to the cabin and began to clean up and go deeper. They ignored me completely, and it seemed like the treasure chest was close at hand.
Actually, I'm very puzzled by that treasure chest, it's a very important thing, so why did Duke Pipps take it to sea in the naval battle four hundred years ago?
Did he want to leave the Sea Moon Country with that treasure chest?
I really can't figure it out, I shook my head and didn't think about it, and continued to pay attention to the surroundings, about ten minutes, Gülen and they came out, and several people were holding a huge box together, the box was made of unknown metal, and it was still locked, and it still didn't rust after so many years.
I was stunned to find it so quickly, and that's it?
Glenn and the others had already swam over, waved their staff in surprise, and then motioned for them to leave. The crab people also swam quickly towards the entrance of the cave, and they seemed to be nervous.
I was still a little stunned, so I hurried to follow, wouldn't it be better if nothing happened, so as not to get hurt.
But whatever they were afraid of would come, Gülen and the others were so excited that when they swam up with the box, the corner of the box hit the rock and made a strange metal buzzing sound.
The sound came far through the sea, and everyone was stunned at once. The crabs panicked, and no matter what happened, they frantically swam towards the mine, and Glenn and the others were also terrified, jumping and swimming on the ground, trying to get out of here.
I stepped out and immediately felt a hint of coldness, and then my skin sensitively felt the water shaking. It's like something is brewing in the sea.
It was pitch black at first, and then it was pitch black everywhere around.
It was not the darkness of the light, but the darkness of the color, like drops of ink dripping into the sea, staining many places black.
When I looked at it, there were undead spirits in all directions, and they appeared silently, with a black evil aura floating in the water.
The crabs screamed, they were already approaching the mine, but the mine was instantly filled with undead, and they were all submerged in it, like a grain of sand, squeezed without a trace.
The number of undead was still increasing, and Glenn was shivering, barely holding the box.
I also had the undead with me, so I swam over and stood with Glenn and them. They placed the chest on the ground and began to drive the magic.
The white light finally appeared, and it was a spring of light that spread out like a circle of ripples in the sea, driving away the nearby undead.
But in all directions, whether it is front, back, left, right, or above, there are dense undead.
The surging light of more than a dozen blue-robed mages was extremely weak, and it could not create the slightest deterrent power against many undead.
Glenn and the others looked at me with a look of horror. I understood what they meant, and just opened my mouth and yelled.
The sound has been worn out a lot in the sea, but the majesty of the dragon clan will not be erased, not even a trace of sound can be transmitted, as long as the majesty of the dragon clan goes out, all the creatures in this large area of sea will know that there is a dragon here.
The undead apparently knew, and they began to agitate, and I saw some of the orcs retreating, crowding into the others, and many of the undead were entangled like a black mist, indistinguishable from each other.
But they did not leave and seemed to be waiting for orders. I thought to myself, this time it's in the territory of the undead, and Gülen and they also robbed the undead's things, I'm afraid it won't end so well.
Sure enough, the next moment the sea in front of us also turned dark, and a tall leopard man appeared with a roar, its fangs almost touching Gülen's face, causing Gülen to fall to his knees in fright.
I roared again, and the leopard man raised his bone blade and circled around us.
It should be afraid of me, but it won't give way. Soon the Wurm Knight also appeared, and it appeared behind us, and the black dragon kept staring at me.
I don't know how much consciousness remains of the undead and whether they want to communicate. Anyway, the situation is not good, if you don't do something about Glenn, they will definitely die, and then I won't be able to get the dragon knight literature.
I pulled Gülen and them all to me, and I spread my wings and sheltered them with two crippled wings.
The numerous undead were visibly frightened, and the leopard man took a few steps back, staring at my wings.
The true wings of the dragon clan are the supreme weapon, and when my father's wings are opened, the powerful krakens from a hundred miles away will be frightened, and the breath of the dragon clan will sweep across the area as far as the eye can see.
I'm trying to pretend to be a dragon as much as I can at the moment, and I'm also depressed. If it were my father, he would have stopped here, and no undead would have dared to show up, but now I am surrounded by so many weak undead, and I dare not leave, which is really embarrassing.
Perhaps the main problem is the chest, the undead were still afraid of me last time on the coast when they retreated. At this time, it refuses to retreat, which must be the reason for the box.
I kicked the box open, and it glided through the mud as it approached the leopard man.
Their eyes also moved to the box, but one of the mages who committed the second offense actually screamed and pounced.
My heart struck, it's over.
Sure enough, he rushed over desperately to suppress the box, and the undead were instantly furious, and the roar of the undead came from the entire seabed, and the wurm behind him opened his mouth with a mouthful of black flame.
I used my back to block it, and I felt a burning pain, but it was fine, it couldn't hurt the dragons.
Glenn and the others were completely frightened, and they all lay on the ground and dodged around, even losing their staffs.
I grabbed Glenn with one hand and the oldest old man with the other, and then rushed to the right, where the undead had the fewest spirits.
The undead retreated along the way, and the black wurm flapped its wings in pursuit, whirling above my head, but it didn't dare to rush down.
Those blue-robed mages I couldn't save disappeared in one look, so quickly that the undead overwhelmed them in an instant.
I broke out of the circle of the undead, saw a mine rail exit in front of me, and hurried to run over.
The result is a dead end, and it has not been opened at all.
I could only shrink behind the rocks, and the undead rushed at me, and they stopped with a roar, and the Leopard Man and the Wurm Rider whispered at me, but didn't come closer.
It's over, I'm blocked here, the leopard man and the wurm knight are here, I don't dare to rush anymore.
Glenn and the two shrugged under my legs, and I saw that their air shields were becoming more and more transparent, and an hour was coming.
What should I do? I look up at the sky, or do I kick the ground and crash out?
As a result, I looked up and saw a girl in a red shirt and a short ponytail hanging upside down and looking down, the ribbon around her neck floating quietly in the water.
I almost scared the hell out of me, and the corners of her mouth hooked up into an indescribable smile. Then the bell rang, and she flipped gracefully in the water, then slammed down like a large rock, stepping the leopard man straight into the mud.
I was stunned, and the girl raised her leg again, and kicked the sleek soles of her feet directly in the face of the wurm, and the wurm was kicked into the wall with a wail.
"Hmph...... Humph......"
A strange tune came through the sea, and the corners of her clothes fluttered, and the bell hung on it kept ringing.
The sea was agitated, and she jumped at the bottom of the sea, killing an undead with every time she fell, and using her body to scatter the undead.
What kind of magic is this? Hand-to-hand combat can disperse the undead?
"Hmph...... Hmph......"
The tone was slow, and so was she, and then she accelerated violently, flipping, the corners of her clothes fluttering, and her long legs slashed across a semicircle in the water.
All the undead in their path fell to the ground, as if they had been severed by a sharp blade.
The Leopard Man and the Wurm Knights were not dead, but they were badly wounded, and they were furious and roaring. Thousands of black undead struck the girl like a black mist.
A touch of her red shirt was drowned in black, but the bell never stopped. When she reappeared, she had the box in her arms, and she stepped on the leopard man's head again, using it as a pedal, and flew into the sky like a cannonball.
With a loud bang, a large hole appeared in the sky, and she directly crashed into the underwater cave and disappeared without a trace.
Glenn and I were stunned, but I reacted quickly enough to kick the ground and drag them to jump up.
The strength of the dragons is still very large, but the distance is too far for me to break out of the hole, and I swim outside with my hands and feet halfway through.
Countless undead had already rushed out first, and I swam behind them, the pressure of the water getting lighter and lighter.
But the air shield broke, and Gülen struggled, and I swam up at an accelerated pace, only to hear the bell again.
I was stunned, she came back?
When I looked sideways, it wasn't the girl, but a string of silver-white bells sinking into the sea, almost close to my ear
It was the bell that the girl had dropped, and I caught it and rushed out of the sea at once.
Glenn gasped for air, and his whole body was wet. I saw a lighthouse next to it and threw them straight up.
In the distance, the sky was dark and oppressive, it was an army of the undead, the moonlight did not illuminate their figures, they wandered there, as if they had lost their purpose.
Gülen clenched his fists and spitted water and hammered the ground: "Damn, she snatched the treasure chest!"
You're a disgusting fart, and you should be glad you picked up a life.
I climbed the lighthouse and hid, shaking off the sea water on my body and panting and spreading my paws, the string of silver bells with water droplets lying in the palm of my hand.
