A wizard who extracts the magic of a gem to perform a spell is known as a gem mage.

Like the Alloy Mage, the Gem Mage's body structure is alien to the rest of the special mana. Unlike the Alloy Mage, the Reserve chosen by the Gem Mage is more personal. They often choose a fixed gem as an ingredient to increase the effectiveness of their magic.
