There are two shifts a day, Monday to Friday at about 12:10 p.m., and around 8:10 p.m. Only on Saturday mornings is around 2:30 a.m. The first watch in the evening is still around 8:10.

When there is a change to the third watch, the time is uncertain, either in the early morning, or around eight o'clock in the morning.
