So...... If Wakanda really chooses to return, then the alliance with S.H.I.E.L.D. is undoubtedly the best option. After saying a long description of the current situation on Earth and what might happen in the future, Lin Rui finally expressed his hope that Wakanda and S.H.I.E.L.D. would be in the alliance.

In Lin Rui's opinion, it is actually much better for Wakanda to form an alliance with S.H.I.E.L.D. alone than to be born directly and join the current Earth Federation. If Wakanda was just a force similar to S.H.I.E.L.D., then of course Lin Rui would not have any intention of pulling it out and hiding it alone. It's just that Wakanda's technology and strength far surpass that of other forces on Earth, and joining the Earth Federation at this time is likely to cause some unnecessary trouble.

As for Lin Rui and T'Challa, what they said was also determined by him taking the time to communicate with Rogers when he visited the various tribes of Wakanda. At the very least, they want to make sure that the Wakanda royal guard in Washington and the S.H.I.E.L.D.D. diplomatic envoy in Wakanda are on the same page when it comes to their interactions.

After listening to Lin Rui's words, T'Challa and the three highest-end core members of Wakanda beside him did not respond immediately, as if they were thinking about something. And Lin Rui was not in a hurry, just sat on the chair and waited quietly.

For Lin Rui, there is a great chance that Wakanda will choose to make one-way contact with S.H.I.E.L.D. After all, in the original plot, the real Wakanda has never been exposed, but the existence of Black Panther like a superhero is known to everyone.

"I already know your opinions and attitudes, if you don't mind, Lin, can you let us discuss them separately first. With the Queen Mother and the Great Elder silent, T'Challa, as the king, thought for a while and said to Lin Rui.

"Of course......" Hearing T'Challa's words, Lin Rui stood up from his seat with a clear expression.

"That's right......" Lin Rui, who had just stood up and hadn't turned around, looked at Su Rui beside T'Challa again, "I've already thought of what technology to exchange, why don't you exchange it now?"

Hearing Lin Rui's words, T'Challa, the Great Elder, and his mother were all at a loss, only Su Rui seemed a little embarrassed.

"Queen Mother, Great Elder, you and my brother can discuss it, and I'll go out first. By the time T'Challa was about to ask, Su Rui had already stood up as he spoke.

Then, under the puzzled gazes of T'Challa and the others, Su Rui walked to Lin Rui's side, "Is it necessary to be in such a hurry?

"Then I'll go out first. ”

Not caring about Su Rui's unthreatening and vicious whispering, Lin Rui smiled and said hello to T'Challa and left after Su Rui. Of course, Bucky also went out with Lin Rui.

After seeing Su Rui leave with Lin Rui, the three of T'Challa also withdrew their gaze. No matter what problems there are between Lin Rui and Su Rui, at least it won't have an impact on what they are going to discuss now.

"So, do the Great Elder have any thoughts on this matter?" After Su Rui and the others left, T'Challa asked the Great Elder beside him first.

After integrating the communication between the Royal Guard and Captain America on Washington's side and Lin Rui's words just now, T'Challa obviously had a new idea about the future of Wakanda. However, T'Challa's idea is one thing, and whether it can actually be implemented is another. But if T'Challa could get the support of the Great Elder, then the chances of success in what he wanted to do would undoubtedly increase a lot.

"My thoughts...... Actually, it's not that important. After all, what you want to do now is similar to what your father wanted to do in the first place. Hearing T'Challa's inquiry, the Great Elder said in a leisurely tone.

More detailed than what he had said at the all-tribal meeting before, the Great Elder had made it clear that T'Challa's father had the intention of changing the status quo of Wakanda more than twenty years ago. However, perhaps for various reasons, it was not implemented in the end.

It's just that, hearing the Great Elder's clear answer, T'Challa and his mother were even more puzzled. After all, they were the closest family members of the previous king of Wakanda, but they didn't know that their father and husband had the idea of changing Wakanda.

Perhaps, T'Challa's father did show that he was trying to integrate Wakanda into the world and develop science and technology. However, that is only a superficial Wakanda on the earth for others to see, and it does not represent the real Wakanda at all.

"Maybe you don't believe it yet, but it's true. Seeing the puzzled gazes of T'Challa and the Queen, the Great Elder spoke.

Call~

As he continued to speak, the Great Elder also waved his hand and tapped a few times on the smooth tabletop. Then, a curtain of light appeared from the table, and soon sketched a panoramic thumbnail of the earth.

When both T'Challa and the queen shifted their eyes to the panorama of the earth, green bright spots slowly appeared on it. Seeing this familiar scene, T'Challa's heart jumped inexplicably. However, the Great Elder did not notice the subtle change in T'Challa's eyes, and soon took control of the panorama of the earth to show the three of them something more detailed.

"It's ......"

T'Challa's queen mother didn't see with T'Challa the situation that the female general had investigated before, that is, the map about the strength distribution of the suspected Nijadaka private forces on Earth with the help of Wakanda technology. Therefore, she was very puzzled by the panorama of the earth that the Great Elder was now displaying.

"These little green dots are actually some of the strongholds that the former king secretly established on the earth. Unlike the scholars sent out by Wakanda to study high technology in various countries, the people who have been secretly cultivated by these branches in various parts of the earth are not the people of Wakanda, but they have also been following the development of the whole planet for Wakanda. After the queen asked, the Great Elder gave a timely explanation.

Hearing the Great Elder's explanation, the queen nodded knowingly. She can understand her husband's behavior. Although Wakanda is located in a special space and has a complete self-developing civilization and technology tree, as a king, it is undoubtedly normal for him to do so.

It's just that, after listening to the Great Elder's explanation, the surprise in T'Challa's eyes has gradually turned into a deep solemnity. Although his memory has not yet reached the point of unforgettable, he can still roughly remember the points on the panorama of the earth that the female general showed him before.

"Although a lot of them are different...... But...... There are a few that should be duplicates!"
