Buddhism also divides supernatural powers into five types: retribution, cultivation, yi, demon, and ghost according to the source of supernatural powers. In the eyes of Buddhism, it is believed that Jin Kang was born with supernatural powers, which is the karmic retribution of the previous life, so it is called Baotong. Cultivation refers to the supernatural powers obtained by cultivating according to various techniques.
