Chapter 5 Dinner

Maxim's Restaurant.

Tong En sat leisurely opposite Jerry, as if he was in the luxurious and comfortable surroundings of Paris, enjoying an authentic French meal.

Jerry gently shook the wine glass and looked down the rim of the glass to Tong En on the other side.

From the first time he saw this beautiful oriental woman, he couldn't help but be fascinated by her. She has a unique temperament, even in the mixed crowd is easy to find her, she is bright, dignified, frank and elegant, in her can not see the Oriental woman kind of bird coquettishness, she treats people sincerely, open-minded, and reveals a kind of independence and self-confidence in her gestures.

The longer I knew her, the more Jerry became obsessed with her, just like the glass of Maxim red wine in his hand, the older it was, the more mellow and rich it became.

Tong En was in a good mood to enjoy the French meal in front of her, she was already used to Jerry's affectionate gaze.

It is said that Italian men are the most romantic and affectionate men in the world, Jerry has half Italian blood in his body, and the deep and amorous eyes on his face that blend the excellent qualities of two peoples, even if he glances carelessly, will make many women's hearts ripple.

After five years of friendship, Tong En has long been immune to this kind of murderous gaze. She admired the deliciousness of Maxim's fine foie gras pie, took a leisurely sip of red wine, raised her clear black eyes and smiled at him.

Jerry sighed, put down his glass, picked up his knife and fork, and looked up at Tong En unwillingly.

"Oh, try it, it's really good."

Tong En pointed to the plate in front of him with a fork and said seriously.

Jerry glared at her in dismay, looking down and viciously slicing the crunchy foie gras.

"Hey, you're about to cut off the plate."

Tong En looked at the miserable and delicious foie gras on Jerry's plate, frowned and shook his head: "Violent things." ”

Jerry looked at her waryly, "What?"

Tong En rolled his eyes widely, "Tyrannical creatures, such delicious food has been wasted by you." ”

Jerry looked down at the delicious rice on his plate, depressed to the extreme. He raised his head and looked at Tong En unwillingly, "Tong En, do I really have no hope at all?" ”

Tong En sighed, put down the knife and fork, looked at him seriously and said, "If this is the purpose of your insistence on transferring me back, then I can only tell you regretfully, No."

Jerry stared at her fiercely, his deep gaze gradually turning from anger to helplessness and sadness.

"You cruel witch."

His heartbroken expression would move even a hard-hearted person, and he looked at the foie gras on the plate and said a word quickly.

"What?"

Tong En didn't understand because he spoke Italian.

"My heart is like this broken foie gras." Jerry looked up and said with a sad expression.

"Ahem, ahem, ahem......"

Tong En choked on the laughter that reached her throat, she quickly took a sip of water, and then continued to eat as if nothing had happened.

Tong En can't remember the first time she has expressed love like this, she is not at all worried about Jerry's wounded heart, and the speed at which Italian men heal the wounds of love is just as amazing as the speed at which they fall in love with someone.

As ever, this romantic reception dinner came to an end in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

When the last dessert was served, Tong said sorry to Jerry and got up and went to the bathroom.

Today, because she was in a good mood, she drank a little more than usual, and now she feels a little hot in her face. She stood in front of the sink in the bathroom, looked at her slightly reddened face, reached out to take a little water, and gently touched her forehead and temples with her fingers.

"Auntie, can you do me a favor?"

An immature child's voice sounded behind her, and Tong En turned around and looked down to see that a pair of big crystal clear eyes were looking up at her without blinking.
