The gravitational pull of these two poles causes us to experience different states of energy, mood, and balance of mind and body. The Kalachakra deity has three colored necks representing the three veins. The right vein is red, influenced by the sun, and is the vein through which the solar energy passes; The white neck is the left vein, which is influenced by the moon and is the vein through which the moon qi passes; The blue neck is the midrib.
The central channel is equal to Rahu and Karani, and the qi of the central channel is called the laja, which is not often seen and is very important when practicing the Kalachakra generation and perfection stages, and is usually only experienced by meditative practitioners. The Kalachakra empowerment is to provide a strengthened energy that allows the qi energy of the left and right veins to merge into the central channel. If a practitioner is able to successfully control the constantly moving qi in his body, especially the subtle breaths, he will be able to calm the fluctuating mind.
Prior to this, Qi constantly disturbs the mind. The balance of central and bodily fluids is also affected by the movement of the planet. For example, red, female bodily fluids, and blood are all affected by the sun; White, male bodily fluids, and chicken fluids are all influenced by the moon. Other Kalachakra usually refers to its initiation, generation, stages, and stages of perfection. The other Kalachakra is the lam-rim stage of transformation. Empowerments form the basis of practice. At the generation stage, the practitioner sees himself as Kalachakra, which is very clear, including the Kalachakra mandala in which he resides. At first, he could only get a rough view, but the walker continued to work hard until he was able to see the whole mandala clearly, even if the mandala was as big as a bean, the details would be missed, and he could see it for as long as he wanted. Then the stages arise and provide the basis for the stages of perfection. Once the practitioner is able to freely visualize himself as the mandala itself, he will be able to use further techniques to bring the visualization to life. This requires a physiological process to control the qi and endocrine systems. After this kind of practice, we have understood the state of the mind, but we have not yet attained enlightenment, and this is only the beginning of the 12 stages of becoming a Buddha. This makes it clear why Kalachakra is one of the highest levels of tantric practice, which requires focused practice, which in turn is rooted in a focused mind. That's why Jean Xiu said that before world peace can be achieved, one must first attain inner peace, and through that one must arouse the desire to benefit all sentient beings. One must transcend oneself as an individual illusion, governed only by physiology. The Kalachakra Tantra makes it clear that enlightenment affects not only the mind, body, and planets, but ultimately the entire universe. Each individual is a part of the interrelated universe and is one whole – the Kalachakra mandala. The true survival of humanity depends on the realization of this truth.

Xu Le first drank the soup and then ate the mutton, the soup is fragrant, the meat is also fragrant, and the mouth is full of fragrance, which is the true taste of eating Tibetan food. He ate five large plates of mutton alone, and when he got to the back, no one ate and looked at him, Xu Le didn't care about others, just ate vigorously, and then drank the yogurt that was served!
